  1. Whoops! Well, alright. I mostly write stories, its not much of my concern that I have three acheivements that I didn't really work to earn. @Pokestardragacraft So I will ask a dev to reset my acheivements. Thank you!

  3. Currently on the game a blind nichling can only move to tiles that are seen by other nichlings. However, blind people in real life still move around and navegate the world based on other senses like sound and touch. So I suggest giving two unique actions to blind nichlings. 1. Blind nichlings should be able to have a listening action. It would allow blind nichlings to hear the tiles around them, making it so they can move around. You would be able to click action this in the same spot as the purring action. *How far the nichlings can hear depends entirely on their ears. 2. The touch/feel action. This would allow them to touch/feel something they can’t hear and interact with. For example touching a piece of grass, would allow them to clear it away next turn. This gives the nichlings more mobility.

  4. Alright, so I've seen some suggests asking for some type of creature creator/demo mode or whatever. I have been working on this for a while and I thought I'd make a new post since there's a lot more than just "A demo mode". This is gonna be mostly made up of pictures from what I call "Tutorial Mode" and I'll leave a link to a page with pictures without the text from tutorial mode. So first you can access this mode from the home screen like so: And then you would start at the creature creator (and to turn on tutorial mode you do this first (tutorial mode can be either be functional just with the yellow text or an example that goes away after you click)): Which can take you to either the creature list or the select mate screens which look like (also note that the scroll on the right on all screens is not accurate, and is just there to display its existence): (Where you can import creatures from save files like this: ) And confirming a breed brings you to the offspring list which is: Where there are trait statistics and custom filters (list of traits made by @Aysling here: https://strayfawnstudio.com/community/index.php?/topic/626-nicheling-sort-filter-and-select/&page=0#comment-2030) : Or you can go to the punnett square: And from anything outside of the creature lists, you can go to the gem colors (which you can find individually here: https://strayfawnstudio.com/community/index.php?/topic/646-customizable-and-programmable-gem-colors/) And the color cycle looks like this: And after all of that, you could use the creatures you used to start in sandbox mode like this: (Picture in production) So yea, that's all of it. Please let me know of any mistakes I might have made since this was a lot or of any logical inconsistencies. If you want to see the pictures without the text from tutorial mode, you can go to this link: https://docs.google.com/document/d/16dVKParfTHqHpSsuPD_UA_6cozEJ94_4Wtxpff6lIsE/edit?usp=sharing

  5. This suggestion is pretty cut and dry and like a year old, but oh well Like Rogue Males, there could be Lonely Ladies who carry similar genes as Rogue Males, mate with your male nichelings, and steal nests like dodomingos in order to have those babies, which will then either become Lonely Ladies or Rogue Males depending on their gender, though they will follow her around in the tile behind her like a bearyena and her cub until they're old enough to wander away. Rogue Males and Lonely Ladies won't mate with each other, though; just your nichelings. Also if you leave a baby unattended, the Lonely Ladies will take them away, and the baby will follow her around like her own Rogue/Lonely baby, but instead of going Rogue/Lonely once they're adults, they'll turn into Wanderers that you can invite into your tribe. If you want to take your baby back before then, like immediately after she steals it away, then you'll have to kill her.

  6. Hi, I am MemoryTheNicheling. I found a bug where if you try to set the weather to Snow via Console Commands, it jumps you far into the future (and claims it rained alot.) Please fix this bug. I got three unfairly acheived steam achievements because of this glitch. It only happened once, so I only have one screenshot of such a phenomena, but I assure you, it did happen. If you are wondering how I managed to find this bug, I was using a save file to test out various console commands to the game. This is my screenshot below. I did not catch the raining bit in it. And I only had three animals in my tribe at that point. I currently have ten, so its not very accurate as to where my tribe is now.

  8. I think this could be a cheat code you could toggle on and off. It would allow you to play as your deceased nichelings. Perfect for people who want to stay with thier nichelings forever, or at least, for a little while. Once they disappear off the tree in the world of the living, they will grow a 25-day long lifespan bar. When they die here, they are forgotten in the world of the living. Their icon appears with a flaming circle around it instead of a black one. You can switch between the two worlds using space if this is enabled. If it is disabled, space just ends the day like normal. When a nicheling falls off the family tree of the living and you have a pregnant female, the fallen nicheling will have the ability to bless the female with a reincarnation of themself. This is performed if you have a life bar in the world of the dead. You will see a "..." icon under the space you are on. When you click it, you will then see an icon with an angel on it. When you click this, it will bring up a list of your pregnant females in the layout of your family tree. There will be another angel icon on the bottom-right corner of the list, above the abilities. When you click it, the pregnant icon will become a "blessed pregnancy" buff, alowing you to go to any discovered nest, at the cost of all your action points. When the baby is born, it will be a spitting image of the forgotten nicheling, the nicheling will disappear from the dead world, and when the new reincarnation dies, They immediately disappear from the living family tree and the world of the dead, though they will still be on the dead tree. There will also be ghostly wanderers. If they are from your family, this means you are on the same island of different worlds. Your live nichelings will get a reunited buff that adds 5 stealth and 3 attack. This lasts 5 days or until your dead or live leave. When they are on the same island again, it won't last 5 days. If you were together on the previous island 4 days, it would last 1 day. Other wanderers are rare, like, excruciatingly rare, as they are like rouge males, except good. However, your kid will have a 50/50% chance to be instantly dead and ghosted, though they will be on the living tree. How does this sound? Reply below! -=- Special Credits -=- bostonlobstah for these ghostly wanderers

  9. I would say that they hobble, their heads would go low and their butt up and they would hobble around on their legs. I also imagine it to be painful and uncomfortable for the Nicheling to walk like that, though thinking about rogue males they probably don't have much of a problem with that ^^

  12. I really like being in the savanna, because it provides a challenge that is difficult without becoming tedious. I also love Whale Island because I can go anywhere I want, though I think it's a little OP because I encountered it in Story Mode once and went straight to Crossing.
