Hi there, It was my first time running Niche, and I really enjoyed the game. But the translating stuff is a little bit confusing, I've seen there're several minor translate issues with simplified Chinese version. And I'm a Chinese native speaker, who is willing to help. I mean, is there any possibility that I can contribute to language things? Like what other games do. For example, the first circled word that is shown in the 3rd picture attached should be "进度条" but not "酒吧" And some of the words shown in the 2nd picture are simply broked.

in the jungle, you use velvet paw to hide from the apes. you know how you need as much camoflauge as a predator has eyesight to avoid them? that's how the stealth works too, but with hearing.

You make a very good point for bumping up the priority of this fix, fine control bears on gameplay more urgently with racing in the mix. @Micha , I think this might be worth tagging for attention.

Also I think a combination of B and C would be good, velvet paw could use more stealth and help you move faster in the jungle. But I don't fully agree with C because I feel snowpaw would be a good gene (I made a name for it) on its own, and would let a nicheling walk on snow.

Nah. We're the slaves. We line up to adopt them. We examine them until one of them bonds to us, and we submit to it's will. We bring it home, we manage their medical care, we feed them and we clean their poop on a daily basis. They are definitely our masters.

so if anyone remembers moosestar (from december miss niche) this was her mate! hes called petalbreeze and hes a good boi. but not as good as oakblaze tbh (honestly he looks pretty deformed in my drawing but I just wanted to post this)

A) Give it all the power! -- Sneak attacks (The first attack on an enemy that hasn't targeted the nicheling) deal double damage. B) Eh... Maybe make it better at what it already does? -- +2 collecting, +3 stealth. C) Curse stealth! Who knows how it works, anyway? -- Velvet paw allows you to walk on snow and adds extra speed in the jungle. (To its current attributes) You know these tiles that you have to clear first before a nicheling can move on them? Not anymore with Velvet paw. D) All of these option are horrible. Leave the gene alone!

First attempt: Looks like a B pattern with very thin density. But it kind of isn't. Please ignore the colour. Attempt 2) Getting there! Size small+ tiny Now they both just look wrong Finally! A lead! Thick+ medium density Medium size Size tiny+ huge This just doesn't work Attempt 3: meet dragon tear 3 Big pattern, medium density Almost on the body (Big+medium pattern) That's the closest for now. I love option C, it doesn't sound to overpowered and seeing as velvet paw is obviously a jungle gene it would bring great joy to jungle Nichelings, also it is super annyoing that velvet paw doesn't add speed and I feel like that would be a good mix
