Hello everyone! I’m NightWillow. I’ve been playing niche for a pretty long time, and i’ve recently found these forums. I’ve only been browsing around them as a guest though. But now I finally got enough courage to make an account and say hi! I’m a person that likes to draw, read, and write. The games I like are Niche, Spore, and uhhh that’s all I really play on my computer at the moment. Also I like things that are quite popular on this forum as well, like Warrior Cats and Wings Of Fire. I hope to talk more on this forum soon, maybe do a playthrough. Found them! This one's name will be Rorschach, after a character from the graphic novel Watchmen. No idea how I'm going to call this one. I'm not sure he's an albino, his fur looks beige-ish, especially the part on his head. Might just be the lighting though.

News! I'm going to pick up two six months old boys this saturday! Their owner is giving them and their massive cage away for free because he doesn't have enough time for them. I'm really happy and look forward to owning boys again. There's only one slightly weird thing: The owner described one of them as an albino. But on the picture that he sent me he doesn't look like one. I'll try to post them so you guys can try and see wether or not I'm right.

I like to turn niche off the moment I'm not having as much fun as I possibly can, and then only come back when I want to. forcing yourself to play something will always make it boring, and taking breaks is important!

(That's her steam screenshot) She's my goddess of beauty and love She was actually the result of my second favorite nicheling, Rosebriar, and a random wanderer I found. Her mother was actually pretty frickin ugly, but Rosebriar was beautiful. She was their firstborn, and her sisters Stormmask and Crackerjaw could never compete with her beauty. At birth, a male named Ashpaw was destined to breed with her, because he was one of the few left who had HII. But Sunglow chose another path. A wandering male showed up, and he had new genetics. He had derp snout and webbed hind legs, which made him pretty undesirable to most. But Sunglow saw past that, she fell in love with him for the great person he was, and rejected Ashpaw head on. They had seven children, and died on the same day, whispering goodbyes to eachother and their children. TLDR: Sunglow is gorgeous and not a shallow jerk

It might help to identify your exact triggers for boredom. Too many nichelings and immunity issues get bad for me, and these are directly related to each other and core game mechanics. So you plot around these and set limitations. Hoarding problem? Nope. Three food per nicheling. 20+ tribes? Don't stray above 12. Use console when need to for a while and document your experience with that. Play challenges with a maximum of three immunity genes Difficulty? Get off these green islands and cap your strenght or speed. Do your lines end up without personality? Use a random generator and assign consoled genes. Adaption running too fast/ mastering islands too early? Set a percentage of a wanderer blood in each breeding pair ....
