Cant miss the chance to show off my nichelings and go on a tangent in my head about why they're the best! /j/j/j starting off with-..uh yeah i dont have an excuse for this guy's name And his (I think) second cousin, Magina, a really pretty nicheling who's basically become a spirit of wildlife Her father was some random guy that I didn't have enough food to invite in (and, weirdly enough, looked a lot like one of my friend's nichelings), so I just bred one of my females with him before he disappeared and the result was Magina. I'm guessing that wanderer guy had some kind of secret he was keeping, considering Magina's abilities These next few are just nichelings from OBBACL that I really like- if i shoved every nicheling i liked into this post we would be here all day, so I'm gonna stop there for now-

Got the game a long while ago and my brain decided ``Didn't you spend money on this game you should play it`` Then I browsed steam discussions found the forum link and now im here. You can call me torkai or just.. fork I get called that a lot surprisingly.

Stabilizer/layer practice, how'd I do?

1-Green does look the best for me personally. Although I do like 3-Rose too.

actually the rose outline and background look pretty good, only problem's that they'd look TERRIBLE on my yellow waterbottle I just noticed all the gems have the middle one higher than the rest and that makes me uncomfortable. and the spiky bodied nicheling has a tail

Omg these are awesome! I really like the green ones because I think it matches the gems but the rose outline is a close second

I definitely like the green background. The outline is harder; green looks better, but white is most common and goes with other colors better when you put them on colorful things though some white/light gray details (like the snow and whiskers) are hard to see. no Meringue stickers huh? one day...one day...

Hi again Today i spent a couple hours making a generator that could randomly generate nichelings just for fun! epic time Here it is ^ ^: https://perchance.org/0i6yz68cvh It doesn't look very good, and i plan to add more things eventually (like randomly generated personalities and backstories), but for now it just generates their appearance and name. For fun, here's one that I got and particularly enjoy: Your nicheling is a small, gilled male with a bird wing and a deformed paw. They have a peacock tail, an ugly, patternless yellow coat, and their name is silur. If you have any suggestions on what i could add on this, then feel free to post a comment or something. (Also yes, I purposely left out some genes like ear types and eye colors so that y'all could have a bit of creative freedom! Another note: some things may not make sense, but I mean, they don't call it a RANDOM generator for nothing!!) 😎

She decides to go looking for them. Not to far away she find the little one on the port. She moves closer. Rain lands on their uncovered back and head, drenching them cold water. It's only a bit small than Daisy, and from here she can hear their sort whimpers and see their shivering body. There must be some way she can comfort it. Carefuly she takes out some of the stag-mole Baba had caught and offers it to the beayena child. They moves in closer and slowly Daisy brings them closer to her, sheltering it from the rain. Dispite being the one getting drenched, Daisy doesn't feel cold or wet. A smile breaks on her face. 'I wonder what we're gonna call you.'

Another rainy day. This time the child is gone. After fighting so hard, Nina and Baba are bummed out. Nina goes to lie beside the rock, curled right up to Baba. (and a dodo bird. Nice and warm)

By the end of the day, everyone's physical wounds are delt with.

Nina deliberes the final blow. Cross your fingers we didn't just traumatize that child.

Daisy starts collecting the food but runs into some... bugs? This island is so weird. After munching, Daisy takes a bath in one of the near by puddles Baba digs up some roots.

They should start gathering food before they leave. Baba couldn't smell any berries coming from that port, at least, not edible ones.

Wouldn't know what to criticize. It's alright. Maybe a bit confusing, you jump around a lot without saying things like the days and times. Although I just assume you use the day counter as an indicator of that.

and oop- another quick edit log lol Random Nicheling Generator: -added a tribe leader and your nicheling's thoughts on them just really quick. here's one that I got with all the new updates : Your nicheling is a thin, cracker jawed male with a deformed paw and a deformed paw. They have a fin tail, a basic, spotted brown coat, and their name is duktakir. duktakir is a focused, untrustworthy nicheling that likes to fight apes and hates to help with small chores. Their favorite things are destruction, peaceful bears, and sleeping, and they wish they could explore the entire island. They live in a tribe that has 8 other members in their ranks and they have hot summers that can leave nichelings hiding in shade. duktakir's mother was duksiro and she died of old age, while their father is koelsi and he is still alive but no longer in the tribe. The tribe's leader is kora and duktakir knows what they did. I'll probably stop updates like this for a while on only work on smaller ones (like adding an extra random option to something) but idk, I just think it's pretty decked out right now, and I mean, you're able to make an entire nicheling and know it's basic personality and tribe but you're still able to fully give them your own backstory and interpret things, which is what I wanted, so, I'm happy.

Part Twelve, Day Twenty-Nine—Heiress Mii Rahzere sat in the grass a few tail-lengths away from me, giving orders. “Gather those berries! Clear that grass! We have to have enough supplies to survive on the next island!” She looked to Niit, who was staring off into the distance, across the island---probably taking a last good look at his home. “I! SAID! GATHER! THOSE! BERRIES!” Chenthya screamed. Niit jumped and hurriedly gathered as many berries as possible. I crept a little closer. I was only a tail-length or two away from my sister. The sister that banished me and blinded my brother and who is tormenting all of my brothers and who is Queen and who I shall kill so that I may rule and make my Queendom better and is the one that will soon be dead at my feet. I took just one more step. I was close enough to pounce on Rahzere, close enough, just a moment more-- “Ah, so you’ve come back.” Rahzere did not even turn my way. “I presume this isn’t a friendly visit? Even if you intended it to be friendly, this meeting certainly wouldn't end well.” I sat up. She frightened me. My thoughts and words became slower, not as rushed together as usual. “No. It isn’t friendly.” I took a deep breath. “I’ve come here to kill you.” Rahzere laughed. “Kill me? You think you can kill me?” She stood up and turned my way. She….she was a lot bigger than I thought I remembered her being. Her fangs flashed in the bright sunlight. “Yes. I have to kill you, so my brothers don’t have to live in fear.” I gestured to my brothers around me, who were watching. They did not outwardly cheer me on, likely for the fear of being injured by Rahzere if I do not win, but their eyes gave away their hope. “Hm. Well, let’s get this started, shall we?” Before she even finished her sentence, she leapt at me. I managed to duck out of the way, her small claws brushing against my skin, making a small scratch, but not a big enough one to bleed. I slashed my own claws at her, but she smacked my paw away with her tail. Again she leapt at me, this time aiming her fangs for my neck. I ran as fast as I can. Rabbils scattered beneath my feet. I was becoming tired-- one of my gems has already darkened. I reached the edge of the island, where the grass stops abruptly at the water. It was windy, which caused large waves in the ocean. As I slowed to a stop to avoid being carried away by the current, Rahzere caught up. She opened her jaws and pounced. I was too slow. Her fangs sunk into my shoulder. Moments later, i could already feel the venom working at me, making me weaker. I collapsed to the ground, my tail getting drenched as I lost the energy to keep it from dropping in the water that splashed at my hindlegs. I might be resistant to poison due to the venomous fangs I myself had, but venom is still very strong. Enough to drain my energy for a few days. Rahzere stood in front of me. “This is where your story ends, Mii.” She grinned--and not in a good way. “My Queendom will not be tormented by you any longer.” I could see her legs preparing for a jump--she would leap in front of me (for dramatic effect), and then push me into the ocean. Even though I could breath below water and swim quite well, the current was strong enough to pull me far, far away. But I was smarter than that. So I put in a final burst of energy. Rahzere leapt through the sky. Time seemed to slow. I crawled forwards, towards her, and grabbed onto some roots with my teeth and paws. Rahzere’s pupils showed surprise--and fear. Time went back to normal again. Rahzere hit my back, her claws causing me more pain. But she didn’t have any traction, and slipped. I heard a splash behind me. I turned to see her paws barely holding onto some roots, just like me, but with most of her body in the water. She held on tight, but she was slowly losing hold. If she let go of the roots, she would be swept far, far away, where I’d never see her again. The venom was wearing off just a bit--the first wave of energy draining was over. I was able to stand and face my sister for the last time. “This is only where my book ends, sister; I have many more to come. But your book--it is the last.” “Sister.” She gazed into my eyes, a single ember remaining in what was once a great fire. “I still have a page left, do I not?” Her paws were shaking from the effort of holding up her entire body. She looked up at the sky. “Mother, Chenthya, curse this Queendom. They have disgraced not only you, their founding Queen, but me, their second Queen, as well. I know you are with the goddess of punishment, Hallie. Work with her. Punish this Queendom for their wrongdoings. Make. Them. PAY.” With a final look of vengeance, sher paws slipped, and Rahzere fell into the water. I watched her body be swept away in the current. And thus, Queen Rahzere fell. And Queen Mii rose.

My playthroughs never get very much attention, so I ask you these questions: what is is that makes you love a playthrough so much? Why do you not like mine as much as others'? How can I improve? Please answer them, and honestly.
