Hey folks! @NicheMobileTester A new Niche - Breed and Evolve update is now available for Android as well as iOS. 🎉 Here is what we changed/improved: - Added a prompt in petting screen to show required action for successful petting - Added a button which teleports to the encountered Nichelings in the meadow - Added error message dialogues for various possible errors - Fixed some bugs & improved performance Please report back to us if something is newly broken or if some previous issues you had still occur! ❤️

looking thru old posts is such a lovely mix between "aww nostalgia" and "i wish i could go back in time to slap myself in the face"

(I see some confusion, so here's an explanation. I'm pretty sure I have OCD. I'm not diagnosed, but a family member is and my symptoms are very similiar. Basically feel like I'm not allowed to think certain things (this of course makes me think of those things even more) and I try to supress them with other thoughs. This usually works after a while, but I end up repeating the defence thoughts over and over even after the original thought is gone. I have multiple of these and my thoughs can go in circles for a while, though luckily right now I have a way to stop them pretty quickly)

characters: polly she died seconds ((all canon lives just.. taken))before she took green's second life somehow ((we gotta destroy everyone's least favorite character someway ghostcake & pancake the withered animus was shattered by green when polly was reviving ghostcake so they both exist at once now Pancake basically went to the village and burn it to the ground and now burns everything she sees Ghostcake doesn't know where to go (after pancake killed her sheep in cold blood) so she just follows pancake around Zixvir lived peacefully alone until he was caught up in the village fire ((one canon life taken) and then murdered by pancake, so now he just lives underground to never be seen again. Green watching her only real home burn to the ground and then somehow lived through something that would of killed her kinda scared the crap out of her so she ran away into the nether to find a better home, she ended up at the far lands and met allium. i'll add the other characters later

Thank you, I appreciate the compliment, I really do, but please don't say that again (my mind is a mess and I'm religious so it makes me a bit uncomfortable. It's okay though, there's no way you could've known)

Shadows of the Past Lichen watched as Onion's body fell to the ground, dissolving into bones quickly. He turned to run back to the rest of the Organization, but Evergreen grabbed the back of his head, and roughly dragged him back up the mountain. He didn't struggle. Lichen watched as his brother, a cold and rude nicheling he hadn't known all that well, Dodo, left the Empires. Too brave for his own good. Tiger's Eye stared at him, mouth hinged like a snake, preparing to shoot venom out at any second. "Tell us, Lichen, what were you and Onion doing chasing down Arctic?" The pink nicheling stared into the jaws of potential death. His mind raced, but he couldn't think of a lie to save his mate and child he had never met. "Onion made this.. group. He forced me and Arctic to join. Arctic ran off, but I stayed with my mate and was made to help chase them down." "Where is this group?" Lichen swallowed fearfully, pointing his shaking paw towards east of the mountain. Evergreen looked over from her stump. "He's right. I can see Pomegranate." "How many nichelings are there?" Laika asks. "Uhh. Me, Onion- he's now dead- Fox Heart, Fire Ruby, Arctic- but not really-, me and Fox Heart's child, and Pomegranate, if you saw him." Horizon grinned. "Good. Easy to destroy. We have the ability to." She flexed her claw. "I suppose since you've been so helpful, we'll leave Fox Heart alive, and your child, I guess. Fire Ruby can make us immortal, so we'll keep her alive as well, just imprisoned." Lichen shook in fear. What have I done..? Horizon smiled, preparing to go to war. But, her sisters approached her. Tiger's Eye looked at her sadly. "Horizon, I'm going to be completely honest with you. Me and Evergreen don't.. we don't want to fight." Evergreen nodded. "I don't want to kill anymore. I've done that too much." Horizon stared at them, a mixture of emotions filling her mind. But she knew to be a great leader, she'd need to be calm and fair to them. Horizon: "If you help us defeat Onion's group, I won't make you fight at all after that." Evergreen's eyes looked so hopeful, it was bittersweet. "Thank you, Horizon." The shadows in Evergreen's past began to clear. There's no way to change the past. You just need to prove you've changed. And it looks like Evergreen has changed significantly.

btw i have a question. is it normal not to have many comment on the side in rps or playthroughs? cuz in a playthrough i've done, i havent gotten many comments, and instead more reactions and simple viewing. and i also see the same here, not much commenting from much of the people who follow the playthrough, and only a lil more reactions than comments

This is something I was thinking about for awhile, and I'm surprised that no one else has suggested it. I really enjoy the diversity of all of the types of genes and gameplay that Niche offers, and it would be fun to see what the modders could to make it even more diverse. I very much enjoy the big updates that the game gets, and that Stray Fawn Studio holds a poll for what features should be introduced into the game, and I also know that not all the features suggested will be able to be implemented into the game. Modding would be a great way for fans to add in the features that they want into the game.
