Chapter 19 - New Land Perspective of Zircon The last of the puddles vanished from the rainfall, but the air remained damp and the tribe was shrouded in sadness. Common hadn't been talking that much, Nibshubi was silent, and the rest of the tribe was tense. Slate had vanished, even the last bits of his scent fading with the mist. And Zircon had noticed that Common and Ambition had black gems like that of his and Koreko's, as if something was wrong. "What are we doing, again?" He asked Koreko, poking the river. Koreko had a grin, but sadness still glittered in her eyes and her smile seemed fake. Koreko had wanted Zircon to come with him to explore, likely trying to brighten the mood. "To explore the area past the river, remember?" Koreko smiled down at the water, wading into the stream. Her paws touched pebbles and fish squirmed out of the way of her paws. The rushing river was thin here, and the water was a nice temperature. Sighing, Zircon stepped in after her. . The two pulled onto the riverbank, Koreko dripping wet and grinning a bit more authentically than before. Zircon smiled at her briefly, before his ears caught the voice of distant humming. Koreko noticed as well, frowning, and sniffing. The smell was of sweat and cactus fruit. Zircon took a quiet step towards the noise, and then another, and another.. until.. A brown and tan nicheling was trotting through the grasses, humming to himself as he painted a rock with berry juices. Greens, pinks, oranges, yellows, and blues melted into an image on the rock. Before Zircon could see what he'd made, the nicheling turned and gazed at the two. "Hey there." The male's eyes were calm and laid-back, no hostility in them. "Oh uh. Hello." Zircon said awkwardly. "I'm uh. Zircon. And this is Koreko." Zircon glanced in Koreko's direction, but a lump caught in his throat as he saw the spark in her eyes. Her sadness had been washed away and she had become infatuated with this traveler. Zircon just turned back to the traveler and grinned, but the same look was now in the male's eyes as he looked back at Koreko. Zircon felt like he was going to gag. "Nice to meet you two. I'm Muskrat." The male nodded respectfully. "I assume you lot are in one of those.. groups, or a tribe?" "Ah, a tribe, I suppose. Although we have an Evils group in here.." Koreko said pleasantly. "That's great. I've always wanted to see those." Muskrat smiled. Zircon noticed his tail brushing Koreko's and forced his fur flat. This was not the time for romance! "Could you introduce me to one?" "Of course!" Koreko smiled. "Let's go, Zircon." She poked his shoulder. "Yeah sure. One second, I smell a.. rabbit." Zircon lied. Koreko shrugged, and walked off, Muskrat following her. Zircon turned back to the rock painting. The streaks of colors were hard to figure out at first glance, but soon, Zircon saw something else; a night filled with the rare stars that speckled the sky, 5 nichelings watching the stars through cleared grasses. On the bottom was a reflection of the nichelings, but with bloodshed and death. The first nicheling was a vibrant green, with a bushy tail. They looked relaxed in the top image, but on the bottom, their pelt was stained a bloodred, and they seemed on edge. Zircon shuddered. The second had orange coloration, and was big like a bear with sharp claws. On the top, they were peaceful. On the bottom, they were sitting on top of a tree stump. The third was blue. Their tail was curled into a scorpion stinger. On the bottom their invisible face seemed to sprout strings of which were wrapped around the other nichelings' legs and necks. The fourth nicehling had pink colors, similar to the second one. On the bottom they looked as if they were screeching at invisible villains into the distance of the rock, blood staining their fur. The final nicheling was golden yellow, with no distinct features. On the bottom, there was no nicheling, like an imcompletion in the artwork. Zircon wondered what the painting meant, when Koreko called out for him. Frowning, Zircon turned back to where the two left, running into the distance and wondering what Muskrat's deal was.

Traditional art yeet them

First impression after one new try: + new priority Buttons and Filters for Harvesting, so much easier now to let the berry bushes intakte when cleaning the complete map - now i would like an harvest filter that sets up a priority to the job. So i could set up the importend harvest jobs in 1 task in stead of 2(harvest job + priority order) +new Building for setting up certain generell, Harvesters, carriers and Builder jobs make it much easier to controll the village - if i want to set up each job group i need 4 of these buldings. +nice new building paintings +now i can see when sending explorers which ressources i have and need. +with the later poison nomades i could be able to realy help them this time. Generell ideas for improvment: -Because stone is still very rare as ressource from the start maybe increase the ammount gicen from one smal stone from 3 up to 4 or 5? or try to add a bigger stone that gives more stone

Lore: (warning: multiple mentions of death, blood and gore) So she was Born to AdderFeather (Mother) and YarrowHeart (Father), she had two brothers: Quailkit and Rushkit, Quailkit was very quiet and obedient while Rushkit was loud, fast, reckless and somewhat destructive she had a pretty standard kithood in the beginning, although YarrowHeart ended up being hit by a monster and not surviving while saving a deaf kit crossing the thunderpath, it was around this time the then medicine cat had a prophecy: ”The one who helps the leaves, shall nurse their blossoms, the one who is too fast for their own good will succumb to themselves, the silent one shall be mistaken for something they’re not, but the blooms will save us all” What did that mean? Nobody knew. A few moons after their father’s death Rushkit convinced Bloomkit to leave camp to avenge their father but once they reached the Thunderpath Rushkit got scared by an oncoming monster and raced back to camp, leaving Bloomkit alone. her, being scared climbed into a tree to wait for help and that’s where she stayed for about a day before a patrol came to rescue and bring her back to camp, then she was made into an apprentice with Quailkit, Rushkit was set back a moon for leaving his kin at the thunderpath, her mentor was MallowThroat, the Medicine cat. skip a few moons Rushkit has been made an apprentice and BloomPaw is training to be a medicine cat, one day when she is tasked with going out to get herbs she wishes there was more Thyme, as they were running low and she couldn’t find any, then when she walks a but further she finds a whole bunch of it! She was a little confused but happy and went back to camp content. Skip a few moons again she’s going out with a warrior to get her warrior training as every cat needs to know how to fight, but she doesn’t like fighting so she wishes the battle was over and then a freaking tree branch just magically falls in her tutor and now he’s kinda dead so she’s all scared and traumatized so she runs back to camp to get help and everyone else is like ‘wtf’ but they go to help her and so the fighting mentor is buried and yada yada she goes back to learning about herbs. one day her mother went on a patrol and went missing, so Bloompaw went out on her own, looking for her mom and found her in a ditch, stomach slashed open, they didn’t know who did it but Bloompaw was traumatized. Bloompaw got a break from learning about being a med cat to recover and when she went out for a walk one day she encountered a fox, she wasn’t experienced enough in battles to fend off the fox and she was killed..? (Her eyes were punctured) She was dead long enough (like 2 days don’t ask how) for poppy seeds to come into her eyes and sprout. Star land was very unhappy about her dying and had her come back to life, the seedlings in her eyes were still present and Starclan had them blossom into small flowers as a reminder for.. something? so she stumbled back to camp based on other senses alone and RushPaw, Quailpaw and MallowThroat where very happy to see her but were concerned about the flowers. she told them she was fine and then the leader (FlintStar) decided they were ready to be warriors and Bloompaw became Bloomsight, Quailpaw became Quailstrike and RushPaw became Rushwing. then the med cat died. For no reason other than plot, so now Bloomsight is the med cat and then one of the other clans challenges them to war because they scented Bloomsight’s clan on their territory and so yeah yeah war happens Rushwing pulls pretty hard but then he meets someone who matches his speed, they fight and Rushwing almost dies so Bloomsight heals him and tells him a speech about how ‘dont be so reckless, you’re gonna get hurt if you continue’ but of course Rushwing doesn’t listen and gets beat up again but the same cat and this time Bloomsight isn’t able to help so uh he dies and is now in every single one of Bloom’s dreams now so uh. Quailstrike is kinda just sitting on the sidelines and not helping so he gets accused of being a traitor and is exiled but Bloom knows he didn’t do anything so she gets pissed and gives a speech to the whole clan going ‘He’s innocent we need to stop this fighting !’ And so the two clans do a truce and Quail comes back thats as far as I’ve gotten with her lore but there might be more sorry that was so long lmaoo
