  1. After I get up what my ideas already are. Just had forgotten they have to be separate. I'm pretty sure 40 days is reasonable. Plus I'm thinking of the sandbox settings where the nichlings can live a really long time... but I suppose I should be considering Story Mode as well so it's not as long. I'm also trying to keep some of it in line with the lifespans of some critters already around. Rabbils are immortal unless one swipes them so easy. I'm pretty sure the devs would choose a more reasonable lifespan.
  2. Poison it? I mean the days its alive can always be adjusted as I'm not too good at figuring out how to balance that out.
  3. I'd love to see some more critters in the savannahs. Both for dinner and for danger. I think a Jaog would be an interesting creature to add to the savannahs. They appear to look like a cross of a Jackal and a Wild Dog. The Jaog is a pack predator. The Jaog prefers to scavenge for meat, but will sometimes snack on berries. They move each turn, but only attack once a day. During their moves each turn they will steal whatever food they can get their paws on (be it fruit, meat, or roots) The Jaog will also hunt other animals in the savannahs for food. As a pack, they will even attack together, so its unwise to leave a nichling overnight surrounded by them. The Jaog is least likely to smack anyone with a mask pattern. The Jaog has a strength of 3. A defense of 1. They have 1 fishing. They have 1 collecting. They have 1 digging. They live for about the same amount of time as a ramfox. They are worth 4-8 food each.
  4. I'd love to see some more critters in the savannahs. Both for dinner and for danger. I think a Leotah would be an interesting creature to add to the savannahs. They appear to look like a cross of a Leopard and a Cheetah. The Leotah is a solitary predator. Typically if two Leotah's come into contact with each other they'll fight, or one will run away from the other. It's not often that they'd run into each other, but if there are more than two on the savannah its possible for nichlings to lead them to each other and use their fighting as a distraction to escape certain doom themselves. The Leotah prefers to scavenge for meat. So they will first steal meat a nichling has left unguarded. If a nichling is standing on top of a pile of meat they will attack that nichling. If there is no meat anywhere they will attack any nearby nichling(s). The Leotah will also hunt other animals in the savannahs for food. The Leotah is least likely to smack anyone with spots and/or beige fur. The Leotah has a strength of 4. A defense of 4. They have 2 fishing. They live for 100-200 days. They are worth 50 food. The Leotah can escape into a tree and only creatures capable of flight will be able to attack them. The Leotah if hit has a 15-30% chance of a counter-attack as soon as they're smacked.
  5. If it cannot collect food on land, then maybe allow it to collect food under the sea. Like krill, kelp, algae, seaweed, plankton... that's all edible to some fish and mammals.
  6. A certain friendly critter has the brows, kind of, don't they?
  7. This would be amazing and very useful for those doing a blind genes challenge - especially anyone who wants to record the challenge for youtube. No more worries about accidentally clicking the wrong thing.
  8. For a pet, definitely feline. I live with three although only two of them are mine. Yet for my favorite wild animal I'd have to say wolves and red pandas.
  9. Hello, I'm Trinket. I was born in Michigan, USA but lived the majority of my life in New York, USA in a village.
