  1. Yes please, a couple more hotkeys would be nice. Added bonus if we can rebind them, but I'll take just the hotkeys by themselves.
  2. Interesting idea, though personally I'm not sure I really like it. It takes so long to kill dodomingos for little reward, having them get even more annoying by taking over nests for their own and attacking you if you try to eat their young...it feels like something that would get rather irritating than be an interesting thing to deal with once you'd experienced it once or twice.

This sounds interesting, though I'm not sure about the breeding thing since we've sort of already got that in game as the fertility genes, so having a secondary thing affect it might be too much. I do like the idea though, I'm not the greatest of storytellers so having something that adds to that aspect and helps with it could be rather neat.

  6. Huh, I swore I grabbed that right after the crash. Maybe it didn't include anything because it froze and I had to force close it? Odd. I'll try the game that crashed again and grab the log and save file if it crashes again. EDIT: Didn't crash out this time, but I'll keep this post open on my tab menu to remind me to grab the log next time it happens.
  7. My game sometimes does this thing where on the first load of the game, it'll crash when I try to load a save file. Normally it'll load on restarting Niche, but today it's crashed twice, so I figured I should probably get around to uploading the log. output_log.txt
  8. They already do, I'm pretty sure. Albinism removes all fur colour and pattern bonuses, so they have no camouflage at all.
  9. I can't support this idea, not with how sometimes I'm breeding frantically trying to get a pair of offspring that will match up immunity wise. I'd rather it be an option you can turn on or off if it was implemented, because it would really make it feel kinda sucky if I'm on the last few days of a creature's life, and end up losing the children to miscarriages.
  10. Yeah, you'll find one eventually! Whale Island's ports look like jungle tiles but the port itself is much larger than you'd expect from a jungle and it's got flowers on some of the ports. I usually end up finding it when I don't want to XD I ran into it a couple of times when I was trying to get to story islands before.
  11. I'd love to see albino creatures. I don't agree with albinism decreasing a creature's eyesight though. It's hard getting creatures with albinism since it's not mutateable, so it feels sort of strange that if you want to work towards a gene that's only breedable with also a negative downside to it. It's already got enough downsides in that it removes camouflage from fur colour and patterns, in my opinion.
  12. I much preferred the way wings were only invite to tribe. The way they are now, you have to breed in double wings, which can be difficult if you don't have great luck and at worst result in losing them altogether. Then having to fly a bunch before the Nichling dies of age or hope to get more double winged babies... I definitely wouldn't want them taken out of the mutation menu though. It's hard enough as it is to get double leg mutations to stick due to how both gene slots show up on creatures.
  13. I kind of like this idea. While the Archipelago island tends to feel kind of massive to me at times, it's also super unique. I kind of miss that there isn't another island that's really multiple smaller islands.
  14. Yes please. I usually don't have names for my tribes initially, but it'd be helpful to be able to rename them later on when I have more of an idea of what a tribe is going to be.
  15. I mark my breeding duo with matching gems. Everyone who's not a breeding pair gets default green. Breeding pairs that have given a breeding pair of children get the two outer gems turned green and the middle one stays the old colour.
