I find a river with a central island tile and just make pointless nichelings swim laps in circles. Those kinds of rivers are usually in the rainforest though...

I mostly watched Disney movies. Bambi, Dumbo, Lion King, Aristocats, Robin Hood. Princess movies. I was obsessed with animals. Also this movie: And this movie: what can I say? I like cats.

As for colors...all are tolerable. Too much red/orange/yellow with black pattern is cool at first but drives me insane after 20 generations. (First ever Story mode tribe I’m looking at you) Yellow + black and beige + black isn’t super pretty but I don’t hate it. Basically I only hate colors that appear too frequently in my tribe. Except pink. I will never get tired of too much pink.

Big body, lean body, antlers, saber fangs, poison fangs, big nose, short snout, peacock tail, fin tail and stinky tail are my favorites XD I also like the looks of velvet paw, runner leg and claw a lot. Toxic body colors are pretty but the shape is like a toxic frog and it looks odd All patterns are cute too. Especially D shape mask. :0

I agree with Valkyrie Wolf. And I have a few more specific pointers for your art So the first drawing. It looks good, the changes you made from the original improved it a ton! What I would do is underneath the main layers, I would start with simple and quick circles for the head, chest, and butt. Then from there you can connect with the back etc. and it flows better and has better proportions. With this one perhaps the body could be thiccer. Also the back leg is connected at the top, I would leave it open like you did with the front leg. the second drawing is also great. The neck is a bit thick at the top so I would slim it down. Also notice how in your drawing the body is straight while the leg goes slanted? I would reverse it so the body is leaning forward and the leg is straight, because that is how an animal realistically sits. the other two drawings have similar suggestions to the first 2. Some things that may help you overall is cleaning up the lines. I see a lot of overlap in the lineart. Do you draw with a mouse or a trackpad? If you don’t then a tablet with low-ish correction settings may help avoid that.

It’s so cute! I love your style! I don’t know if this is part of your style or not. But the legs in a few pics are a little long. And In picture 5, the arms bend too low on the arm and one arm does not seem connected to the body as it is drawn too low. Keep drawing it looks awesome otherwise!! 👏👏👏
