  1. Having the exact same problem with one of my saves.
  2. It seems to be working now. Thanks for the help!
  3. When I try to play a specific save, the game freezes and forces me to exit on the loading screen. I've tried entering it with nothing else open and with the graphics at the lowest, and it still freezes. Could it be something about the save? Slot2ttc-Karg.nichesave
  4. Here's an old suggestion back before even the mountain update, so it's pretty outdated, but I'm too lazy to (completely) fix it up. I made another.. Suggestion.. With all of my old suggestions, but I've decided to split them up so they could be voted on separately. Original thread if your wondering: https://strayfawnstudio.com/community/index.php?/topic/2352-very-old-animal-suggestions-of-mine-i-found/ So, here it is. Jellyfish- moves 1 tile each 2 moves. Gives 2 food (Perhaps 3, 4, or even 5 food instead?) but has a 50% chance of poisoning the creature killing it. Doesn't really care about the nichelings, sometimes even going near them! (Perhaps nichelings with 2+ or possibly 3+ fishing can fish it?)

Original thread if your wondering: https://strayfawnstudio.com/community/index.php?/topic/2352-very-old-animal-suggestions-of-mine-i-found/ So, here it is. Eagles- birds that roam around like the blue birds, but can't be seen if not above lit up tiles. Instead of swooping down to take pups, they take meat from things your Nichelings and carnivores kill before they could get to it even if a nicheling is next to the meat. They can attract the blue birds because the blue birds could think a tribe is near because of all the food it is trying to take (???). They stick on the ground for 2 moves (I presume every turn or so?) and can be attacked once for 3 food (Maybe a little more like 5 or even 7 food?). (Perhaps they could be called Eaglak (Eagle/Hawk) or something instead?) (Maybe they can spawn as common or a little less common as the bluebird and only on Medium+ or Hard+ islands?)
  6. Yeah I know, but this was long ago and I didn't know that. And I would've made it two creatures but I just don't know what other creature it would be. Sorry if I came off mean-
  7. Here's an old suggestion back before even the mountain update, so it's pretty outdated, but I'm too lazy to (completely) fix it up. I made another.. Suggestion.. With all of my old suggestions, but I've decided to split them up so they could be voted on separately. So, here it is. Goats- stick near high ground, are less common then rabbits but get more common the more high ground there is (How about instead of that, they spawn on the mountains?). Has the same movement as rabbits and drops 5 food. There are male and female goats- Males have horns and can deal 2 damage to a nicheling that attacks it. Females can move faster than males (2 tiles instead of 1). takes 2 hits to take out (Let's just say it has 15 health or so), if there is just one it will run, if there are multiple they would stay and try to attack as they think they are stronger than the nichelings. (Could possibly be called Geep, Shoat, or something similar, as it could be a Goat/Sheep hybrid)Baby goats- spawn after turn if a male and female goat are near each other. only give 2 food but are easier to get. Stick near older goats and don't spawn that often (Perhaps they grow up in 3 or 5 turns and randomly become one of the genders?)..
  8. I have probably caught around 10 Clownkoi, yet I have not gotten the achievement. I know that I was online because on the same day I caught one, I got the Erose achievement. Hopefully all these achievement bugs will get fixed soon!
  9. Perhaps an Arctic ramfox nicheling? White fur, Black eyes, no pattern, white pattern, ram horns, gray or black horn color Normal ears, Big nose, Big body, Claws or Bearyena claws, Normal or Bearyena hindlegs, and medium tail? I don't know.
  10. I think I did it? Notes: I didn't even see a rabbil burrow I only used cheats to get food
  11. As you can see, I have 6 swimming and underwater breathing, however, I have not gotten the achievement. Yes, I was online.
  12. Here are all of my current tribes. Note: They are all in the newest version. Clayu Slot0.nichesave These guys have the 'Killer Island Challenge' I made myself, where you have to survive on every killer island for 100 days. They have already cleared the Deadly Hills, and now they have to get to day 288 for the Home Island. There are two tribes, the Shadows and the Birbs. The Shadows are obviously the completely black, sometimes gray ones. I'm currently trying to make them Poison fanged, double nimble fingered, with completely black fur and stripes, with white horns. The Birbs are, well.. You'd know if you'd look. I'm currently trying to get Toxic Body, white pattern, and black horns with them, though it isn't working out that well.. Also, they are just there for fun, they give no contribution whatsoever and waste food, the only reason I have them is because BIRBS. New Game Slot1.nichesave I didn't name these guys because I was lazy. They're my newest tribe and only here to have a good time. ttc - Karg Slot2.nichesave These guys... Oh, these guys.. This is my most developed tribe, having played for almost 200 hours, having them die and restart along the way (Causing the days to fall down to 73 or so, but once they had over 1000 days) and loose genes, etc. etc. I haven't checked on these guys in a while since when I get to the loading screen it crashes, and when I do get in, all I see is ocean, then it freezes and I have to exit, but meh. Wingaro Slot3.nichesave These guys were named because I wanted a winged Eve - and so I got one, however, I had already lost the wing since gen 3. What a derp. Anyways, they guys are currently divided into to parts, the Hybrids and the Berries. The Hybrids have orange gems, the breeding pair having a yellow gem in the middle. They are named based on what the nichelings think are 'tough' and 'fierce'... And all of the children's names start with S... (Except the newest ones that haven't been named yet) Anyways, the Berries. These are the nichelings with blue gems, the breeding pair having a pink gem in the middle. All have 'berry' at the end of their name, hence being called the Berries. The current leader of the entire tribe is Blackberry, which is why he has all yellow gems. Also, when the leader gets old, her pick the next leader, which is from the opposite part of the tribe (ex. if the leader is from the Berries, they will choose a Hybrid to be the next leader). Also, they all believe in the teaching of Nuta the family god, but took a twist and decided it meant "Your mate is your sibling unless there is a Friendly Bearyena and kill all wanderers!" ...Yeah. Just some extra information if you wanted to try playing it yourself. Let's Do This Together Slot4.nichesave This tribe is one from another thread, but I don't know how to link it, so meh. That's it and that's all.
  13. Oh boy old suggestions of mine, how fun Note: I posted this on a steam discussion way back in February of 2017, and I'm guessing that's before even the mountain update (Possibly even jungle update), but even so, it's very outdated, so some things might resemble new things (Such as the wolves being similar to the Arctic ramfox). Also, just in case you get confused, moving like rabbits / fish means moving when you do actions, moving like carnivores (This was before they were called Bearyenas mind you) means moving during night, and I called days 'turns' (I still do). Sorry it looks weird, I didn't know how to fix it. Prey:Goats- stick near high ground, are less common then rabbits but get more common the more high ground there is. Has the same movement as rabbits and drops 5 food. There are male and female goats- Males have horns and can deal 2 damage to a nicheling that attacks it. Females can move faster than males (2 tiles instead of 1). takes 2 hits to take out, if there is just one it will run, if there are multiple they would stay and try to attack as they think they are stronger than the nichelings.Baby goats- spawn after turn if a male and female goat are near each other. only give 2 food but are easier to get. Stick near older goats and don't spawn that often.Eagles- birds that roam around like the blue birds, but can't be seen if not above lit up tiles. Instead of swooping down to take pups, they take meat from things your Nichelings and carnivores kill before they could get to it even if a nicheling is next to the meat. They can attract the blue birds because the blue birds could think a tribe is near because of all the food it is trying to take. They stick on the ground for 2 moves (I presume every turn or so?) and can be attacked once for 3 food. (Overpowered, much?)Large fish- larger fish that give you 4 food and only spawn in deep water. Only nichelings with 3 or more fishing can catch it. doesn't usually run away but if there are 2+ creatures around it would flee.Jellyfish- moves 1 tile each 2 moves. Gives 2 food but has a 50% chance of poisoning the creature killing it. Doesn't really care about the nichelings, sometimes even going near them!Predators:Tigers- spawns near trees and has 3 attack. Moves stealthily through the grasses (using hearing ability doesn't show you where tigers are) and can pounce a creature 2 tiles away but then cant do that for the rest of the turn. Gives the same amount of food as carnivores do and has 2 defense. Goes for younger nichelings and can kill babies instantly (Can't every predator kill babies instantly?). Moves around like rabbits.Black birds- is bigger then the blue bird and has the same movements of it. It can land for 5 moves through 2 turns. During it's time on the ground it attacks nichelings if they get too close, steal bones, eat meat, and occasionally eats berries. If it is attacked, it doesn't take damage but goes back into the sky. They die from old age and can also get sick.Wolves- sticks in groups of 3-6. Move like carnivores but have 4 movements, goes for bunnies. Attacks carnivores too and collects it's meat, but the nichelings can get to the meat first. Their health is like carnivore's health. If there are some nichelings around but not that much, the wolves would attack. Wolves have 3 strength and can wipe out a nicheling quickly. Drops 7 meat and has less life then nichelings and carnivores. If a nicheling attacks / kills one of the wolves, the other wolves will attack that nicheling next turn. Only appear the hard and up islands. (As I said, a lot like Arctic ramfoxes.)Squids- move like fish and are found in deep waters. Go for the nichelings as soon as they are in sight. Has a 30% chance of draining the life out a creature (I don't know what that means, perhaps does more damage and makes it bleed or even kill the nicheling??). Drops 5 food and eats fish.Otters- Only spawns in rivers / ponds / lakes and eats fish and Clown Koi. Has 2 attack and is usually found in pairs. They have a chance of walking out the water and eating berries. Move like rabbits but can swim fast. Attacks nicheling no matter what if it is in / near it's territory (I'm guessing it's territory is either the whole river / pond / lake, or it might have a limited area it could roam and that would be it's territory), but if there are 4+ Nichelings, it would usually run away but they can occasionally attack. I ran out of ideas..Sorry if I spelled some things wrong, I do that often ^ ^" That's it and that's all.
  14. So, today once I got the update, I went straight to my main tribe, ttc - Karg . I went to the mutation menu and not only noticed some of the new genes are finally in - but apparently some of the genes I've already unlocked have suddenly locked again? My relocked genes are: Ram, Antlers, Bearyena Claw, Swimming Tail, Fishing Tail, and Stinky Tail. Hopefully this gets fixed soon! *Sorry for no pictures. Here's the file if you need it: Slot2.nichesave
