  1. Implement a net of some kind to catch them and catching different coloured ones awards that colour resource or allows you to change the colour of your lights?
  2. This could allow a practical use for the LEDs and maybe implement so me headlight type lights?
  3. A faction system for the enimies could be very useful, for instance the various factions control their own areas of the map and they would be the same enimies just with different colourings, adding this feature would allow for a bit of Lore to possibly be implemented and also it could be possible to align with one faction and one faction alone meaning in their area of space the enimies won’t attack for the first 30 seconds of gameplay for each planet. The allied factions leader could also give special missions for large amounts of resources or a special weapon which is only available through this method; this also allows for the implementation of bosses to fight who are the other factions leaders, as each planet is defeated it joins your faction and once all of an enemy faction had been taken over the boss mission is available and killing the boss gives large amounts of resources or again a special weapon or extra upgrade slot for only one weapon. As more and more factions join yours the enimies in the remaining factions become stronger until the final boss fight is difficult enough to be a challenge. Once all factions are conquered it becomes an option to spend a large amount of resources to build a machine that turns the black hole in the centre of the galaxy into a wormhole/portal to a new galaxy to conquer with the difficulty increasing until it maxes out, the higher the enemy difficulty the more rewards are gained. Also the ability to fight the same mission multiple times could still be a thing as it can be justified by rebels of the destroyed faction fighting back, on the whole I believe this feature adds a lot of interesting aspects to the gameplay and gives the opportunity for Lore or a story line such as... “You awaken in a metallic cube, it appears to be a drone command room. As you look around the memories flash back to you” -White writing on screen short scene of pod escaping a planet ravaged by war “You must become stronger and find your way home, you may be the only one capable of finally ending this war”-Womans(mother’s) voice Game begins and you now have an end goal.
  4. Yes that is the idea I envisioned a one time purchase so say once you have bought 10 of the better armour blocks you always have access to those regardless of whether it is destroyed in a mission or not, so it would be more a case of saving up to buy a large number of blocks for larger builds meaning larger builds cost more than simpler smaller designs giving a further feel of progression.
  5. To prevent large drones being created early game maybe add a block count system such as the first few accessable planets have easy missions and a block limit of 30-50, and after completing x number of missions you gain access to harder missions and a larger block limit. Also with the harder missions if the mission is completed with a smaller ship the rewards are higher then with a big ship, this will inspire players to design well instead of just big and powerful.
  6. I think a few extra pieces of armour should be available such as a “Heavy Armour Block” which has extra health but each piece has to be bought using a small amount of resources; also with the new Freeze/Burn update in the works maybe implement armour resistant armours with a tint to show they’re for each effect or perhaps if colouring is implemented add a coloured shiny effect ontop of the base colour. Also different shaped armour would be good such as curved corner pieces, Semi Circular pieces and eqalateral triangles for new unique designs.
  7. Would the controls also switch over to the selected drone or would alternative controls be required?
  8. Possibly implement a starting planet which after you defeat you claim as your own and can set up defenses and can use the new resources to purchase things to go on the planet such as a Garage which you can fly into and change your vehicle without having to leave the planet. You could also purchase a trade terminal which refreshes every 10+ minutes and has a selection of 3 or so custom items, maybe be able to purchase display cases with enemies encased within as trophy's possibly implement a way to earn them? Also the ability to add defenses could add new weapon types and tech trees specially for conquered planets and also a new game mode such as a ''Gauntlet mode'' similar in style to the survival mode in the arena with ever increasing waves; or possibly a daily attack and dependent on how well you do you gain resources/rewards etc. You could then also possibly set up mines on the planet which collect resources even whilst you're on other planets but the amount of resource on the planet determines the speed at which it is mined and the finite amount is refreshed every 30 minutes in game time? This could also be the enemies goal to destroy in the gauntlet mode. I have many ideas and will gladly let you know when anymore come to mind. To balance this you can only chose 1 maybe 2 planets for this purpose and can not change planets unless they pay a large fee in resources and they lose all progress on the planets and need to begin again.
  9. Smaller 1x1 versions of the main base block, they could be used in smaller detachable craft and with a press of a button the camera and controls switch to that specific cockpit allowing for multiple controllable crafts for different purposes rather than a behemoth that does everything. Also the main block being destroyed will still signal a loss, possibly make the small cockpits highly explosive to balance it a little more.
  10. I absolutely adore this game, would love an Alpha key for access to even more amazing features.
