Why don't bearyenas protect their prey? Tribe nichelings, rogues, and birbs all freely take their food, and they don't care.
On the same topic, why aren't deer mole scared of them? I've seen a bearyena sit right on top of a burrow, and the mole didn't care.
Is it because bearyenas are nocturnal? Why are they nocturnal anyways, they have no reason to be. My only guess as to why is that they're only predators (nichelings) are dinurnal.
