  1. oo, cool might use that generator for a playthrough similar to this one, if its alright with you that I do one thats like this one, but just with my own nichelings?
  2. thank you! tbh I kinda stopped being active here out of loss of interest for the game, but recently I just kinda had the urge to play it again so here I am, since I didn't wanna plague the video game channels on discord with long paragraphs of my gameplay ;w;
  3. As the small group of nichelings moved through the grass, they stopped suddenly at the sight of two large plants that were nothing like they'd ever seen before. Ember inched towards them, giving each one a good sniff. The scents of each plant wafted into his nose, giving off no signs of hostility from either one. Turning back to the other three, he told them that the plants were safe, and that they could move past them and into the clearing ahead. As he lead the group through the jungle, Spool lagged behind, having discovered a small patch of mud. He decided to roll in it, concluding that it may have some sort of positive effect. As he rolled in the mud, his scent wavered, and became disguised. As they entered the clearing, making sure to hop over the piles of leaves in front of it, Ember looked around whilst Uranium sprawled out on the ground, the heat of the jungle not doing any good for her. He sniffed at a strange plant. It seemed to be the root of a vine, and as he looked around it, he noticed more of them nearby, seeming to be connected. He didn't know why, but he had the odd urge to dig it up and destroy it. So he did. Doing this provided the small group with a few points of food. It began to rain the next day, causing the nichelings to smile slightly with the reassurance that any nearby food would be regrowing. Boreal destroyed a root that she was standing next to, and along with Spool, hurried along to catch up with the others. They continued to explore the small clearing that they were in, finding a total of three healing fruits, a few mud pools, a few roots here and there, tons of leaves, and two huge plants that they had never seen before. Ember took the initiative of examining the plant, sniffing it. He reeled back, scrunching his nose up at the strong, yet not unpleasant odor that the plant gave off. He leaned towards it again, and this time, he picked some of the fruit off the plant. The smell instantly got rubbed onto his pelt, causing him to give off the same strong smell of the plant. Uranium, who was standing near him, scrunched up her nose at him. "Ember, not to be rude," she started off, "but to put it simply, that plant makes you stink." She stood up on her hind legs, putting her front legs on the side of the stump Ember was standing on, and gave Ember a good few licks, ridding him of the plant's scent. When she was finished, she pushed herself off the stump and landed back on the ground. Ember flattened his ears in slight disgust at being groomed, but accepted the fact that the plant did in fact make whoever collected from it smell as strongly as it did, which could be bad in the case that any predators were using scent to hunt. "Thanks," he said to Uranium. "You know, since the plants make anyone who touches them smell as strongly as they do, I say that whenever someone collects from one, another one of us should stand near them to wash the scent off them when they're done." Uranium nodded in agreement, and called to Spool and Boreal, who were standing a distance away, to tell them the information. She then turned back to Ember. "You know, why are you even gathering from those plants anyways?" she asked. "I'm the one who's best at gathering here." She then proceeded to nudge him playfully. "Sorry, sorry, I shouldn't be taking your job from you," Ember chuckled lightly, before hopping off the stump and allowing Uranium to take his place. Meanwhile, Spool climbed a stump that was next to a different smelly fruit tree, and nearly fell backwards off of it upon spotting another one of the tall red plants, Boreal catching him and easing him back up onto the stump. He sighed in relief, noting that the plant, like the others, wasn't dangerous. He decided to clear the grass enveloping it so that any other approaching creatures would be able to see it beforehand. A few uneventful days passed, with the tribe gathering from the smelly fruit trees, rolling in mud, clearing grass, and calling out from the tops of stumps in hopes of attracting any other nichelings to their group. However, as they were clearing away some grass around the clearing, the tribe jumped as one of the red plants split open and grabbed Boreal, dragging her inside of it as she yelped in shock. Spool and Ember rushed towards the plant quickly, clawing at it in hopes of getting it to either let go of Boreal, or being able to claw through the plant and drag her out. They did eventually get her out after several clawswipes, the plant splitting open to reveal Boreal, who was terrified and bleeding. She instantly sprinted away from the plant, snarling at it as she did, whilst Uranium licked her wounds, stopping the bleeding. "Boreal, are you alright?!" Uranium asked in a panicked tone, quickly jumping to action and licking her wounds clean, stopping the bleeding. "That plant!" Boreal shouted, her voice drenched with anger and shock. "That plant grabbed me! I couldn't even take a swipe at it before I ended up inside of it! Do you know how scary that horrid thing was? It was completely dark in there, I was wrapped in some sort of slimy tongue thing, and I was being digested by some sort of acid or whatever! Completely disgusting!" she snarled, sneezing at the end of her sentence. Uranium smoothed down Boreal's bristling fur with a paw, silently sympathizing with her. "I guess we'll just have to be more careful from now on." Boreal snorted. "Doesn't help that we all have short snouts aside from you, even though your sense of smell is the same as ours. We can't smell a damn thing out here, how are we supposed to watch out for these plants when we can't even detect them?!". She continued to grumble to herself, Uranium making attempts to calm her down. Boreal sniffed the area around herself, detecting another hostile plant hidden in the grasses nearby. She snarled at it, flattening her ears against her skull. The others in the tribe knew, and took note to steer clear from the area. As the group continued to move through the jungle, gathering food and clearing grass along the way, Ember shook his head as a small bug landed on his snout. The group seemed to have discovered a swampy area amidst the jungle, which was now plagued with bugs after it had rained the day before. They moved around the insects, heading deeper into the swampy area, as they could sense that a port was nearby. Hopefully, whatever island was on the other side of it would be more friendly than this jungle seemed to be. Eventually, as they came closer to the port, splashing through small puddles on their way, they found a toxic berry bush, which Uranium was happy to gather from. As the tribe cleared the last patches of grass around the port, hopping off the island and onto it, they froze as theys saw another creature in front of them. Another nicheling, with the same toxic fangs and body as Uranium. The group, and the nicheling, froze, staring at each other for some time before Spool decided to speak up. "Um.. h-hello? Who are- who are you?" he asked, stuttering slightly as he spoke, anxious about talking to a nicheling outside of his tribe, but still somewhat relieved that it was just a nicheling instead of a predator. The other nicheling twitched an ear, his fur smoothing out slightly as he realized that the group of nichelings wasn't going to attack him. At least not straight away. "I'm Lantana," he answered. "And you?" "Spool," Spool responded. He wondered if he should introduce the others with him, but decided not to. There was an awkward silence between the two, before Lantana spoke up. "So, why are you here?" he inquired. "You don't exactly look like jungle nichelings, though to be honest, I guess I don't either," he chuckled. "I'm close enough though, don't you think? With the poison fangs and all... oh, sorry, I should let you speak now!" Spool smiled nervously at how friendly this nicheling was appearing to be, but it faltered as he debated whether or not he was allowed to tell him why he and his tribe were there. He looked back at Ember for reassurance, which caused the less bright orange nicheling to step forwards and stand next to him, taking up the speaking role for him. "We came here looking for a new home," Ember answered for Spool. "However, we've decided that this clearly isn't the place after some unpleasant encounters, and are moving on to see what kind of island's on the other side of this port." He paused, then continued. "And what about you?" Lantana perked up, a smile spreading across his face. "Oh! Quite the same for me! You see, my old tribe kicked me out for being too annoying... they couldn't really stand my non-serious attitude. They were all such downers! Saying," Lantana then deepened his voice, supposedly imitating his old tribemates, ",'We don't have room for jokers in this tribe! You either be serious and sad and grouchy all the time, or we kick you out!'" he exaggerated, dropping the deep voice after he finished. "I didn't listen to them, since I didn't wanna change my personality to be a grouch like them, so they kicked me out. And now I'm here, talking to you!" Ember snorted. "Wow, your old tribe was really like that? That must've been a pathetic place to live in!" he laughed. "Well, since it seems we're both searching for the same goal, how about you join us? It's better to travel with a group than all by yourself, especially in this world." Lantana's eyes widened, before he leaped up into the air in excitement. "REALLY!?" he shouted, startling Spool and the others, the hugest grin on his face. However, he quickly covered his mouth with his paws, realizing how loud he was. "Sorry!" he apologized, his voice muffled by his paws. He then uncovered his mouth. "You'd really let me join you though?" he whispered, his eyes still huge like a puppy's. "Of course!" Ember reassured him. "The more the merrier!" "Well, of course then!" Lantana replied. Ember smiled warmly, happy to have another member in his tribe. Boreal was a bit cautious and unsure about the new addition, whilst Spool and Uranium were neutral about it, but they decided not to object. "Well, come on then, we're about to cross the port," Ember told Lantana. And off they went, hopping across the stones, crossing the sea to see the new island that would greet them, hoping it would be friendlier than the last. -------------------- And that ends this update! Welcome to the tribe, Lantana! Lantana here is a random nicheling I found whilst on the port, as you can see! He originally had the derp snout, but I, notorious for cheating in video games, changed his snout to match his recessive snout gene, poison fangs! Lantana here is a jokester, seemingly never taking anything too seriously, and always joking around about things. Even in the face of danger, he'll laugh, and even dance around bearyenas just to annoy them. He has the mentality of a child, and doesn't exactly know how to deal with things other than joking about them, which is a problem for him. He has trouble handling his emotions, and can easily get overwhelmed. He doesn't try to find a way to fix this, though, as he's scared of potentially trying to find a solution, only to find out that there isn't any. Aside from that, I hope you'll like this new addition to our tribe!
  4. The distant sound of stones splashing into the ocean, accompanied by a rustle of grass shortly after could be heard amidst the quietness of the jungle. A group of four young creatures had made their first steps onto the island. "Is everyone here?" one of them, an orange-furred creature with gray, somewhat brownish spots asked. The others to looked left and right, each one counting each other and themselves to make sure they had all arrived safely. "Seems like it," another one chirped back, nerves easing at the reassurance that no one had been left behind, or fallen into the seemingly bottomless ocean. "Good," the same one who had asked the initial question sighed. "Now, we're going to need to be quiet, remember? We don't know what kind of creatures are on this island, or any others, so we could be in danger at any moment!" he instructed to the others. "Wow, real comforting, Ember," a dark brown creature with thin, darker stripes responded sarcastically. "Though, that is true. For all we know, there could be some giant rabbil in a tree that'll try to claw our eyes out." The creatures collectively chuckled at the far-fetched idea of the predator, but they soon went serious again. "Well, where should we go first?" a beige creature with white spots inquired, staring into the tall grass as it swayed gently in the warm breeze. The orange creature, named Ember, looked around. To be honest, he was quite unsure of where to go himself. He padded back and forth, carefully moving the stalks of grass to peer through them cautiously, retreating back into his group once he picked up the scent of some odd, yet intriguing plant life. "Left, past that huge tree," he called to the others. "I can smell some plantlife there. I think a couple of them are the healing fruits we had back on our home island for if someone got injured, but I'm unsure about the others. They don't seem to be dangerous smells, though." The others were somewhat comforted with the information that healing fruits were nearby. They could be helpful in case someone got hurt by something. Looking at each other, then back to Ember, they nodded in silent agreement, and followed him through the grass. Hello! Welcome to my Niche playthrough. It's been a long while since I've done one of these, but I kinda felt like doing one today. Though I can't guarantee I'll continue it, I'll give you a basic rundown on the information. This here group, from left to right, is named Boreal, Uranium, Ember, and Spool. They're a group of teen nichelings who ran away from their home, which was plagued with sickness, injury, food shortage, and endless threats due to the group they were born into being an unprepared group that moved to a difficult island when they weren't ready. They're a group that's searching for a peaceful home to live in, but they've ended up in a jungle, which is quite the opposite! This story will follow their quest for a place to call home, and hopefully, they'll actually make it! As for other information, Ember is the group's leader. He's a brave, selfless nicheling who would do anything to keep his group safe. He cares a lot about the others that travel with him, and it shows. However, despite this, he's overly friendly and trusting, and his naivety could lead to him getting hurt if someone tries to take advantage of him. Boreal is the group's second-in-command. She's sarcastic, pessimistic, and somewhat irritable, but she's a realist who's down-to-earth, and she possesses a great knowledge of the world around her. She's not afraid to judge and deal with others the way she sees fit, and will speak her mind on things no matter how harsh it may be. Uranium is third in the group's pecking order. She's the group's food gatherer, and whilst she may not possess enough strength to fight or hunt, she makes up for this in mental strength. Possessing a strong will, she's an encouraging creature who'll keep her head high even during the most troubling of times. She also has a motherly personality, caring for others deeply and helping them get up when they feel like they've metaphorically fallen down, and feel like they can't get back up again. And lastly, there's Spool, who possesses the ability to dig that no one else has. He's quite cowardly and jumpy, always seeming to be looking out for danger even in the most peaceful of places. He knows the world is full of threats, and he'll go out of his way to avoid them, and find safety for himself and others. Thanks to his constant awareness of what's coming, he seems to possess the ability to sense predators from miles away, and is quick to alert the others in his group about it. The others don't want to admit it, but if it wasn't for him, they probably would've been killed by a bearyena or some other creature a long time ago. And that's about it! I'll be continuing this in the next post, as this one is mostly just an introductory one, but I hope you'll enjoy what's to come of this! And I hope I'll be willing to continue this kjdhfdghdjkd
  5. Hmm, I'm just a couple days early before the deadline.. hm! I'll join for someone who said they wanted niche on discord!
  6. I faintly remember seeing an update installed to Niche, however, I'm still using the tester branch beta and I was wondering if that's become outdated due to a recent update yet, since I wanna make sure I'm playing the latest version of the game.
  7. It hasn't snowed for over ten days now, and what's stranger is what has been found at the edge of the territory... Everyone looks over. Questions are whispered left and right. Why is the ground over there green? What are those tall things growing out of the ground? Where does it go? Why does the place over there radiate heat as if the land itself has a heat body? Nobody can provide any answer except an old prophet... Elrera. He steps up and speaks from the top of a tree stump. "The world is changing. No longer do we live in a white wasteland, but instead, we now live in a warm place, where new plants and life are springing up all over the place. A place where creatures with shorter fur and bigger ears, creatures that dare to have different traits aside from the standard long fur and small ears, creatures who wouldn't survive during the past's weather, can thrive. I do not know what's out there, but I will not go to find out. However, I believe someone should." Everyone turned to look at each other, before Elrera pointed at the youngsters of the tribe. "The youngest members of the tribe should go. I, and many others here, are growing old and unable to travel far. It would be best for those who still have a spring in their step, and genes that can easily adapt to it, to explore these new lands, while the rest of us remain here and uphold our age-old promise to keep this place a safe haven for whoever passes by. I will select a few creatures to go, and when they all gather near the water, we will say goodbye to them for the last time." Everyone gathered around Elrera to hear who he would choose, and after some deep though, he pointed out to each creature one by one. "Tata..." "Vandukno..." "Isana..." "Kora..." "Lare..." "Valurnu..." "Mera..." "Koana..." "...and Ramesi." "The port seems to be able to hold ten creatures. All of you together make nine, and while some of you may not be perfect, I'm sure that if you all work together, you will be able to create your own tribe and keep it together just as well as me, Reellen, and Kutata have been doing for the past forty-one days of our lives. I would love to come with you and serve as your prophet, but I believe that this tribe needs me more. And besides, what's to say you won't find your own prophet?" "Now then. I wish you all a safe journey. You may now leave to the ports." The nine creatures looked at each other, some uncertain, and others excited. They all did as ordered, however, and began to make their way over. And eventually, everyone made it over. The cold began to come back, however, it was not the freezing cold everyone used to know. Instead.. it was more like a calmer cold, bringing relief to those with longer pelts. As the creatures gathered on the port, everyone gathered around to say their goodbyes. To their relatives, best friends, acquaintances, whatever each creature meant to them. Kutata and Reellen said goodbye to their children, Lare, Ramesi, and Tata. Ralen joined them in saying goodbye to Koana as well, as she was Ralen's daughter instead of Kutata's. Tanupri also said goodbye to his mate, and Isko to her mother, Lare. Elrera and Mesi did the same to Mera, with Mesi being Mera's daughter. Isana, Valurnu, and Kora didn't really have a heartbreaking goodbye with anyone, since Isana was taken in by the tribe and Valurnu and Kora were found in ice blocks. The last person to say goodbye was Vandukno, who bid his parents Elrera and Ralen goodbye. And with all the special goodbyes done, the group of nine stomped on the travel ports until they broke off from the island to sail along their course to a new one, and looked back at their families for the last time. Isana jumped onto the rock at the front of the port, and stared out to the horizon, keeping watch for the new island that would greet them... [-X-] And that ends the Gods of Winter playthrough, to be continued in "A Warmer World"! I hope you enjoyed it despite its short length! The total amount of in-game days this playthrough went over was 45! Would've been more if the in-game weather continued to be snowy! Anyways, see you next topic!
  8. It seems that misfortune might've settled itself upon the tribe after the death of the walrus deer. A balance bear has come in hopes of feasting upon small Lare, but her father and the warm-colored Ralen come to the rescue. However, perhaps Ralen should've stood back, as her defense is only one compared to the bear's two attack. In the meantime, however, Ramesi begins to head out to join Tanupri and Elrera on their journey to expand the tribe's territory, and to find more hidden food. She also hopes to get her little claws on those rogue males that have been wandering about.. After defeating the balance bear, Kutata scolds Ralen after curing her bleeding for being reckless and going to fight the bear without thinking first. Ralen, embarrassed, apologizes, and Kutata sighs as she recommends her tribemate to go see Tanupri to get those wounds fully healed. In the meantime, however, Elrara has taken out one of the wandering rogue males as he searches for roots and clears out the piled up snow. Ramesi also contemplates if it was a good idea to travel alone after all, as the biting cold starts to get to her, making her tired. The next day, a nearly-identical sister to Lare is born: Tare. The only difference between the two siblings being that instead of a bearyena claw, Tare has a runner leg, the placement of the mammoth foot on the two, and the fact that Tare has amber eyes. Meanwhile, however, Reellen gets approval from his mate to have a child with Ralen in hopes of keeping the immunity genes diverse so that the chance of inbreeding will be lowered. The day after Tare's birth, however, the tribe finds something... interesting. Tiny little pink flower buds among all the white snow! Nobody seems to know what they are, however, some creatures speculate if this is an omen of good fortune. The tribe seems to agree on this suspicion, as it has not snowed in quite a while, and the land has been very peaceful as of late. And just to add on to this, the tribe has trapped the second rogue male found in the territory in the snow, and have brought an end to his treacherous life. With all this good news, who knows what's in store for the tribe? ...But it seems perhaps that they may have spoken too soon, as the next day, growls could be heard among the quiet noise of the falling snow. Three arctic ramfoxes have come to threaten the tribe as a new child, Koana, is born. Her mother is quick to take out the first one, and Reellen is quick to start closing in on the rest. However, hope is not lost, as with the defeat of the foxes, the falling snow ceases, and more food is brought into the tribe.. as well as more members. With the birth of Kutata's first male child, Donvanvan, and the appearance of a velvet-furred stranger named Mera, the tribe grows to a size of eleven members. However, will they be able to keep up with these numbers and collect enough food to support everything? The new member makes herself useful pretty much instantly, growing into an adult the day after she joins and collecting from the nearest berry bush. More flower buds grow in the snow, nearby, calling to the tribe. The tribe decides, that after spending so much time at the island's base, perhaps they should begin moving to its peak. However, in their excitement and rush to begin expanding the territory, clearing out snow, digging up food and the such, the tribe makes a grand mistake in leaving young Donvanvan behind, unprotected... especially with three bluebirds circling overhead. Luckily, he grows old enough to be safe the next day, but this doesn't stop a fourth bluebird from flying in. Aside from that note, however, Elrera has finally found mates in Mera and Ralen, since nobody else is willing to take the three as mates. Ralen hopes that he can keep the digging genes alive with the two, as well as the genes that keep creatures resistant to the cold of the land, as all three of them have five cold resistance. While proceeding on their mundane task of clearing snow, another balance bear is taken down. However, concern over the food stocks slowly begins to rise as it also slowly begins to dwindle. Nearby, however, a walrus deer stands on a log and eyes down the tribe. The tribe stares back at it, wondering if this walrus deer could be an omen of some sorts, as these deer normally do not climb onto large structures due to the weight their bodies carry combined with the risk of falling off and breaking a leg due to it. Lare, Ramesi, and Tanupri decide to chase after the deer, in hopes of bringing it down for the thirty food that it will yield. During the chase, they stumble upon a permanent nest on accident. And at the same time, yet another life is brought into the tribe, her snout short and her fur dark. However, as promised, she carries over a digging gene so that she may help the tribe in the effort to collect enough food to support everyone. The tribe has also reached the top of the mountain, and Ralen and Kutata settle down to give birth to their own children. It is the thirtieth day since the founders of the tribe have arrived on this mountain. The walrus deer is still being chased by the patrol of three, Ralen has birthed Vandukno while Kutata has birthed Tata, and the snow has stopped falling again. That doesn't mean the tribe's not getting buried in what did fall though! Also, Kutata seems to be picking up on a nearby, foreign scent... something small and furry, yet not a threat. Something who has tiny pawsteps that can barely be heard amongst the ambient noise of the mountain. However, not all is well, as a balance bear has come to threaten the two newborns. And on top of this news, a rogue male that was previously hidden amongst the other scents of the mountainside has caught and mated with Tare, who was stuck in the snow due to being too cold to move back to her family while it had been falling. Frustrated and angry, she can do nothing but snarl as she walks away, unable to attack him due to having no strength. However, Elrera and Koana will be sure to teach the male a lesson... Meanwhile, Ramesi, Lare, and Tanupri decide that going after the walrus deer was a pointless task, as its ability to simply plow through the snow constantly outpaced them as they tried to chase it. However, they began to set their eyes upon a new prize... a tiny, white creature sitting on a small burrow! They decide to name it the rabbil, due to it resembling a rabbit in body shape, but being mole-like in its nature to burrow into the ground. Of course, rabbits burrow into the ground too, however, only the females can dig with rabbits. The tribe also discovers that perhaps they aren't out of luck with the deer, as two of them have waltzed right up to them like they own the place. Now, if only they could stay around long enough for Reelleen to get his paws on them... The lighting is odd today, and it feels warmer than ever before. Perhaps the world is changing, and begging to ease out of its cold slumber? Who knows! Along with this, a new creature has been found in the snow. Pripripri, a sick double-immunitied creature with a crippled paw and a warm, orange pelt, and a body with not nearly as much fur as everyone else's. Elrera interprets this, saying that the world may soon change from a cold wasteland into something that not even he can imagine in his head. ...And maybe he's right. Instead of snow falling, snow is actually melting. The ancient genes are begging to fade away, more colorful pelts are splashed across the creatures that live here, The next day, the tribe finally takes down one of the walrus deer, and Pripripri helps with collecting more food by being the first member of the tribe to strike down a rabbil. This increases the food stock to 83, and allows the tribe to live for another day. The tribe increases in size, the food stores steadily deplete, and the tribe is slowly becoming more and more disorientated, as more members makes it harder to keep up with everything. Life becomes faster paced, and everything is becoming overall harder for the tribe. The most noticeable change is the heat.. since when has the earth ever been this warm? And with the discovery of strange new genes, the tribe is beginning to think that maybe the earth truly is changing. And what convinces the tribe even more is this creature found in a block of ice... her name is Kora, and instead of having any visible ancient genes, she instead has completley strange ones! With water genes in her dominant and recessive, a large tail that stinks to no end, big ears to accommodate for a warm climate in her recessive, and even a bird beak as her recessive snout, this creature is a sign that the world's former state of snow and ice is definitely ending! To be continued in the next update...
  9. After leaving their initial patch of grass, the three young creatures make their way over to a nearby block of ice. Using his claws and antlers, Reellen delicately breaks it open to reveal the crimson-furred, purr-snouted creature inside. Going by the name of Tanupri, the young creature explains that he was separated from his family in a blizzard, in which his resistance to the cold proved futile against the biting winds. Tossed into the sea, he floated for the gods know how long, until he ended up on the current island and was freed by these three. The three accept Tanupri into their tribe, and he quickly assumes the role of a scout, as well as a healer, as his speed proves to be higher than anyone else in the tribe with a number of three, and his purr snout will allow him to heal the wounds of others nearby. Due to being unable to gather, however, he will only be able to report when he finds something useful instead of picking it up himself. While the four may seem to be alone, they most certainly are not. Looking up into the sky, a bluebird hovers ahead, watching the young nichelings intently. Luckily, everyone in the group is too big for the bluebird to carry off, so it stays above them in the clouds. Elrera perhaps thinks that this bluebird could be keeping watch over them, like a guardian, but Reellen begs to differ. Aside from that, Elrera predicts that in three days, snow will fall, and the land will grow colder. Everyone takes note of this, preparing for the inevitable weather. An uneventful day goes by, with the four exploring what they can with their slow speed. While searching for roots that Elrera could dig up, Tanupri discovers that danger is nearby. Where one arctic ramfox is, there are always more. And this knowledge is proved right, as when Kutata moves over with Reellen, her duty being to keep him warm, she smells three more of the foxes in the pack. She can only hope Reellen will be able to fight them off, but she has high hopes due to his strength of twelve. Snow falls on the days Reellen begins makes his way over to the ramfoxes, as predicted. Along with this, it is discovered that this biome is not as empty as once thought. With a walrus deer and a rogue male passing through, the group knows that if they want to create a safe haven here for anyone passing through, the amount of work that will have to be done to uphold the peace will be a larger amount than once thought. Slowly, the reality of the situation begins to settle in for the young creatures. The next day, snow begins to coat the landscape, and as thought, Reellen is able to easily take down the ramfoxes. However, he has only struck down one, as his speed and lack of a third energy point due to being a teen prevents him from attacking more. However, Tanupri has grown into an adult nicheling, standing tall against the other three, acting as a beacon of intimidation against threats. And in the midst of the current events, the tribe sets their eyes on the wandering walrus deer nearby, wondering if they may be able to catch it.. Following suit with Tanupri, the other three grow up. Reellen takes down another fox, but would've been able to take down two in that same day had he been warm. The snow stops, and Kutata is reminded to stay near Tanupri at all times. And stay near she does, as she becomes his mate, and is now impregnated with the first child of the tribe. The child may possibly be blind, slow, a fighter, or a protector. It's up to nature to decide, but the parents hope that there will be a balance in there somewhere. The next day, Reellen finally takes out the last two foxes, untouched by their claws due to his armored body. However, the tribe is not safe, as a balance bear is discovered nearby. Reellen prepares his claws for another battle, willing to defend his tribe even at the cost of his life. Kutata gently reminds him not to take risks that would put his or anyone else's life in serious danger, however. Elrera takes note of how the two balance each other out well, like a yin yang, with Reellen keeping Kutata on her toes and aware of the current situation so that she doesn't become so soft she won't defend herself, and Kutata making sure his ambition and fiery temper don't get the best of him and put him in danger. Soon enough, with her mother kept safe by her mate, who is nearly finished with the balance bear, Ramesi is born. Her mother's recessive purr snout showing in her genes, and with eyes as golden as the sun, this raccoon-like baby is sure to be a little trickster when she grows up. And with an armored body and mammoth foot to keep her safe, this little one is sure to be untouchable by predators. A couple uneventful days pass by after the balance bear is defeated, providing an absurd amount of food for the tribe. Tanupri finds a tree stump in the snow, and decides to call for other creatures that may be in the snow, to see if they could help the tribe. And while it seems that only two unwanted rogue males may have been attracted, a third creature with icy blue eyes appears. Her name being Ralen, this strong yet nearsighted creature provides a remedy for an issue that the tribe previously had: nobody was able to gather. With a singular running paw, Ralen promises to collect as much nesting material as possible so that pregnant mothers unable to find a proper nest will be able to build one themselves if so needed. . Another day, another daughter. Around three boring days pass, with Lare being born to the same parents as Ramesi. Each creature is given mutations based on their bad genes, snow begins to fall again, and the tribe slowly grows in size. However, the tribe's dream of hunting down the gigantic walrus deer begins to come true, as several members of the tribe surround it and inflict 20 damage onto the poor creature. However, along with the good news comes the bad. A rogue male seems to have taken interest in Ralen, and to say the least, she isn't exactly pleased about it. She sends him packing the next day after restoring her energy. Speaking of the next day, the tribe does successfully take down the walrus deer, providing them with more food! They rejoice in their achievement, and along with this, the prophet Elrera predicts that in one day, it will be sunny with one heat, a rare thing to happen in this cold biome. And with that, I'm ending this update, as I suspect my friends may wanna play the final splatfest with me in a few minutes... hope you enjoyed reading this!
  10. Thousands upon thousands of years ago, back when the world was covered in snow and ice, where berry bushes were an abstract concept, resided a place where only the strongest, most resistant creatures could survive. A place where it was every creature for themself, and if you were unable to survive in the harsh weather, then you were unworthy of others' concern. In the midst of those cold, dark ages, stood three creatures... The white and red one with horns larger than their own body was called Reellen. Out of his group, he was the strongest. A creature destined to hunt down even the largest of balance bears. A commanding creature unafraid of battle, yet still caring about his tribemates. He wears his mask like a knight's helmet. However, with no resistance to the coldness of the area, he will have to rely heavily on those who can to stay near him at all times. The spotted one with antennae, capable of predicting when the next blizzard would arrive was called Elrera. Born female, but transitioned to male, Elrera was a creature with a nose capable of sniffing out any roots, even if they're buried miles deep into the ground. Heavily resembling a mouse in appearance and nature, Elrera is a smart creature that will make sure to provide for his tribe in even the harshest of times. And last but not least, a blind creature with fur that stands out against everything except the shadows. However, this fur is long, and provides heat to those around her. Her name is Kutata, and she is a kind, caring creature who will take anyone underneath her wing no matter what genes they may have. Her acute sense of smell and touch make up for her lack of sight, allowing her to point out any creature lost in the snow, so that she may rescue them. These three come from three separate tribes. They joined together to form a safe haven for anyone out there in the snow, so that maybe these cold days could become a little easier. Nobody knows when, or if the earth will become warm, and some don't even know what warmth is at all due to how rare it is around here. However, these three strive to make a home for those hoping that maybe one day the earth will become more habitable, and hope that whoever becomes leaders of the tribe after them will help do the same. [-X-] (Updates will be posted below this introductory post! I hope you enjoy my playthrough!)

  12. Starting off in this new update, it seems that Rovannu will have to fight for the secret hideout, as a bearyena was already living there! He takes a bit of damage, but with the help of Kirku, he is able to take the predator down. \ Meanwhile, this group of three has found a healing plant among the grass! This'll surely be useful if anyone gets severely hurt in the future! The next day, as he begins to create his little hideaway, Rovannu finds someone left over from the tussle with the bearyena. It appears that this young fellow belonged to the now dead mother! Out of pity, Rovannu invites the young child in. Related to the subject of finding weird animals, young princess Lais seems to have found a dodomingo in the grass! She whacks it with her paw out of curiosity, only to have it scream rather loudly and run away. She is started for a moment by this strange creature's cry, but decides to continue moving on. However, it seems that the bird is not all the young princess will find. By the shores, she can pick up on the faint shuffling of this snip-snouted creature. Not a rogue, no, but a young, patternless male by the name of Vantakir. Despite his mostly awful genes, he carries the poison fangs of the royal family, heat body, big ears, and stripes in his recessives. Is it really worth it though? Perhaps it is, as the loner stays put through the next day. Lais has a chat with him by the ocean, before deciding to invite him into the tribe. And at this point, my mom begins blasting her music really loudly. And by loudly I mean loudly because her room is right next to mine. Lais' mother, Rame, disproves of the invitation of the no pattern, snip-snouted male, but decides not to throw too much of a fit. The next day, this group of spots and no-patterns begins to create the hangout space. This first room is a place to eat some berries for themselves in secret, to chat, and for mothers to have their children away from the judgement of the higher ups. The group begins to make a narrow path leading to the shore for anyone to fish at, and will have some small branches leading to separate rooms, maybe. Dukduknu and Tapriro are exploring near a port, and when they find it, they wonder if moving the whole tribe to a new island would work out. They also find a tree stump. The two decide to see if calling out on it will attract any wanderers. On day 23, Lenraana decides to mate with the friendly bearyena. She mutates in saber tooth fangs and a claw. (All mutations are unlocked on this file. However, pattern mutations are not allowed to be used.) Rovannu is a bit confused as to why Lenraana would want to mate with a bearyena, but decides to accept her decision anyways. In the meantime, Mita and Kirku have made a path to the shore, and are going to continue expanding the hideout. The next day, it starts raining, and the entire tribe desperately fights against the rabbits to protect their food stores. While yelling on top of the tree stump, Dukduknu attracts the attention of his tribe, and a wanderer, who has the mask, big body, and poison fangs of the tribe's royal family! The young prince eagerly steps off his throne to invite her, but she is a bit reluctant, and moves away from him. This female, called Tarako, may be shortsighted, but she has recessive toxic body in her genes. Speaking of recessives however, she does have recessive hemophilia and webbed hind legs. However, she also has recessive albinism to spice things up a little. The next day, the lone masked female is invited, and Lenraana gives birth to her hybrid baby. She is a little bit freaked out by his appearance initially, but quickly accepts him. His two different claws make him unable to collect, and he only has three speed, but he has eight strength, which is perfect for defending the tribe. He would have nine if his horns decided to show up. Another friendly bearyena is found in the grasses nearby, but a mother is there to protect it. Lenraana, fearful for her newborn baby, calls upon her surrounding tribemates to keep the bearyena away from her child. Suddenly, king Tanopri calls upon the entire tribe. "I am announcing the following news: this island has served us for a quite a while, but it's time for everyone to move on. If we never move, we will never gain the experience we need to survive against all odds. I command this tribe to move to the northern ports, and to traverse to the island beyond it. The animals I want to go on this journey are Lanraana's newborn son, Kudukro, my relatives Lais and Dukduknu, and the newly invited Tarako. Anyone else can be invited, but I command those selected four to go. That will be all." Everyone is a bit shocked to hear that they are being evicted from their home, yet they quickly adjust, as it is the king's orders. Everyone begins to talk to each other. "I want you to come, uncle Tapriro!" Dukduknu immediatley shouts. "You're close to the port, so you have no excuse not to come!" Tapriro is a bit surprised to hear this (especially the being called uncle part), but gleefully obliges, not bringing up his old age of 32 days. (My animals live 55 days on this file before dying.) "I'm not letting my baby go up there without even getting to know his mother first," Lenraana comments. "Well, good for you, wanting to protect that... thing," Rovannu responds. He still isn't fully supportive of the hybrid child. "I'll be coming to if I don't die to this bearyena first." Neither one of the spotted creatures show any sign of wanting to come. Danvan chuckles to himself. "I'm too old to go, and besides, who wants a spit-snout anyways?" "And we're too big and heavy to go," Rame comments to Tapriro. "Everyone will die of old age before we get there." "Well, I'm bringing Lenny and Vanny!" Lais shouts. "But why would you want to bring that thing when it doesn't even have any strength to hunt with?" her mother objects. "And besides, Lenlenla is rather old. 32 days, to be exact." "I don't care!" Lais shouts. "Just because he doesn't have any strength doesn't mean he's useless! He could become the best berry picker in the world! And Lenny isn't that old! She can make it!" the young child objects. Her parents sigh, but decide not to interfere. They're not going anyways, so they have no reign over the kingdom anymore. With the talking out of the way, the creatures that are going will be: Tapriro, Dukduknu, Tarako, Lenraana, Kudukro, Rovannu, Lenlenla, Lais, and Vantakir. The only concern of this group is that neither of the spotted creatures will be going. Who will take their role on the new island? Find out (possibly) in the next update, which I am working on immediately after this one.
  13. Immediately upon reaching this huge island of grass, the striped, spotted, and paternless creatures immediately get to work clearing a path through the grass and to a conjunction of two trees where their masked overlord will take their spots on the throne. While first thinking they have the island all to themselves, they quickly discover that they are not all alone. In fact, someone seems to be lurking in the grass! The tribe sends the two paternless creatures to deal with the enemy, but they soon find out that this wretched-looking wanderer is no threat at all! In fact, luckily enough, he has a mask, just like the king and queen do! He is gratefully accepted, the look of his snout quickly shoved aside. His patterns are faint, but his royalty is clear. Although his mask is not visible to most, those who look close enough can see it. (Actually, you can't. His pattern and fur are both the same color combination.) The newcomer, named Danvan, is a bit overwhelmed at the responsibility he is suddenly given. However, he gratefully accepts his lucky spot in the kingdom, and sits down by the trees of the king and queen. As he does, his gem colors change from the lowly green to a royal blue. While he does look a bit dopey next to the majesty of the king and queen, he is still royalty nontheless. While the king and queen only have 1 speed and would prefer to stay put instead of heaving their massive bodies around, the much more mobile Danvan decides to explore and expand the throne room. The rains come on day 7, as well as a surprise bearyena attack. The striped Lenlenla moves out of the way so that Rame can come over and quickly knock the inferior predator out in just two hits with the help of her 11 strength. Lenlenla collects the meat, and activities resume as normal. On day eight, while exploring near the river, Rovannu and Kirku find a spiky rogue male. They are both reluctant to attack it, but decide to hit it at least once to scare it off. Meanwhile, back at home, Rame decides to mate with Danvan to expand the royal line. Tanopri is fine with this, as he knows mating with someone with nearly the exact same genes as him will only produce inferior, useless babies. The next day, a small masked nicheling by the name of Dukduknu is born. He is much more mobile than his mother, and does not carry the snout of his father. He is somewhat strange however, as his body is not that of what the tribe has seen before. In fact, this young child has lean body instead of big or normal, due to his father having it in his recessive! Combined with the big ears, again from his father, this young child has been granted with a total of five heat resistance! Upon receiving the report of the rogue male, Tanopri lumbers over to help deal with it. He is able to greatly damage it without even getting hurt himself. Meanwhile, Rovannu and Kirku block the rogue's only exits. Day 11, the rain comes back, and with it, another threat, this being of the bluebird. Fortunatley, this young masked child is well protected by his mother and the striped civilian. And meanwhile, as they explore the territory, Tapriro and Lenraana decide to move away from a swarm of bugs. And at the end of the day, King Tanopri slays the foul rogue male, freeing the kingdom from its evil, threatening, crippled clutches. Rovannu kindly asks the king for another favor, to break the rock blocking the rest of the path along the river so that he may continue exploring, and with some help with the spotted Kirku, they convince the reluctant king to help them out. A few days later, the king breaks the rock, and Rame and Danvan give birth to a sibling for Dukduknu (who is currently off playing), who is a female this time. They decide to name the young female Lais. Lais shares the big ears and lean body, but has nimble fingers to help with cracking nuts instead of the bearyena claw Dukduknu has. The next day, Dukduknu is all grown up! Lenraana, Mila, and Tapriro, who are all nearby, are facing a bunny problem. Dukduknu, deciding the activity of hunting the small white creatures will be fun, decides to come over and help. Together, they hunt five rabbits before tiring out for the day. Meanwhile at the river, with the rock cleared away, Kirku finds a very healthy berry bush by the water's edge, plentiful in ripe berries. The next day, the group of four that includes Dukduknu collects the rest of the rabbit meat, and the meat of a freshly killed bearyena. The hunt is highly successful, raising the food amount by quite a bit. On day 15, Rovannu seems to have found a nice secluded space by the water, a little ways away from the rest of the territory. He wonders if this place could be turned into a secret hideaway for anyone feeling pressured by the responsibilities of their pattern-determined role. Update ends here! Will update again some other time.
  14. Hello there! Long time no see, Niche forums! Anyways, I'm back, and with an actually bought copy of the game this time! That I bought with my own money! And immediately after downloading it, all my computer space went and crab raved and disappeared afterwards! Anyways, here are our starters that I spent an hour editing to be perfect! Here are their names as well! Red and black mask: Rame White and Red mask: Tanopri Brown and beige-white stripes: Tapriro Chestnut brown and beige stripes: Lenlenla Moss brown and white spots: Kirku Yellow and chestnut brown spots: Mita Yellow and white no-pattern: Rovannu Moss brown+red no pattern: Lenraana My playthrough has slightly edited rules, btw! Patternless creatures are injured first, then invited. Masked creatures are more active, and can+WILL investigate/explore if they are suspicious of anything. Creatures that are above no patterned creatures may do everything patternless creatures do if they so wish. Creatures may breed with others of a different pattern, but nobody will breed with a patternless creature unless they want to, which is rather uncommon. Breeding with a paternless creature gets you demoted to the rank below you, however. Masked creatures cannot under ANY circumstance breed with paternless creatures UNLESS the tribe is at risk of dying. Any masked creature who does is either demoted to the rank of a patternless creature, or permanently exiled. And that will be all for the introduction! I will post updates below.

  17. A person on discord I know is currently working on a fangame. They have the following programs: RPG maker 2003 and RPG maker MV. They basically just need sprites they can use for the game as well as titlesets. If you have any experience in either of those fields, please contact me via dm! Thank you! Also, if you have any experience in music, we'd be happy to have you too!

  23. Hello! I am very unsatisfied with both my starters and given island, but I'll do my best with it! Seriously though, these starters suck. Neither of them have more than one point of strength, and I hate cracker jaw and digging paw and velvet paw. But I guess digging paw will be okay, since most of the bushes here will be toxic berry bushes. Anyways, I'm going to be doing this like a warrior cats challenge, using my own generator here! https://perchance.org/wccgen Anyways, I decide to name the female Oakmask and the male Birchstar. I will not be using console, so no nine lives for you! Anyways, here are their generated traits n stuff. Birchstar - This cat has the urge to kill a predator, is patient, calm, vengeful, wants to prove themselves to their clan, and wants to train an apprentice. Oakmask - This cat has a high sense of morals, is mysterious, honest, obedient, wants to make peace with rogues and potential other clans, and wants to live part-time as a rogue. Anyways, let's start out. We'll come up with a clan name later. The first few days are rather uneventful, with Birchstar and Oakmask exploring this territory they've found and collecting whatever food they can find. They quickly come across a rogue cat, it only being their third day here. To prevent unwanted monstrosities of children, Oakmask mates with Birchstar, and Birchstar swats the rogue, sending them running off a small distance. Oakmask climbs on top of the bunny burrow and builds a nest. Our first kit is Rowanstripe, a cat with recessive violet eyes from her mother (they both have some rather cool recessive eye colors), and recessive big ears and antlers, as well as purr snout. If only they were dominant genes! Anyways, this cat is bad with kits, is energetic, arrogant, impetuous, wants to have many close friends, and wants to become a medicine cat. Among all the poison berry bushes and grass, Birchstar finds a normal berry bush and a healing plant nearby! How useful. The next day, a bluebird decides to hover overhead, and a dodmingo has been detected nearby. It rains the day after that, and Birchstar hastily picks away at the berry bush. The rogue is still nearby, however. But there also seems to be someone else nearby.. Hello, fellow! While this loner only has one strength, they do have two nimble fingers, and recessive big body! Welcome to UnnamedClan.. Crimsontooth! Crimsontooth is a good influence, is selfish, fiery, patient, wants to hunt on enemy territory, and wants to kill a cat. Next day, it's still raining, and despite this, our berry bush only has one available berry to pick for some reason. Also, there's two bluebirds. The next few days are rather uneventful, the only worrying thing happening being our declining amount of food. It rains the tenth day, and Crimsontooth hastily picks from the berry bush, only to find that the source is declining faster than it supposedly should. When he sniffs the air to investigate, he discovers that the bush doesn't have a tiny amount of berries. It's more like someone else wants a taste of them as well! I will find you, and I will invite you into my tribe. This cat looks extremely useful! We head on over, and find this gal! While she does have her share of negative genes, she has FIVE attack power, and big body! I invite her in, and decide to name her Crookedwhisker. The first thing she does is grab a few fish for us, and the next thing I'm gonna have her do is mate with Crimsontooth. While this is a recipe for disaster in the field of snouts, I need their genes mixed with eachother if I want to live. The day after this, there are three bluebirds hovering above despite the fact there are no baby nichelings! But hey, there will be soon so they have a point. Anyways, I've bred both Oakmask and Crookedwhisker with Crimsontooth. I'm gonna give up generating traits for cats until we have a steady settlement of around ten nichelings or so. That's when I can create a story. Next day, and my god, look at these cuties! Two short snouts, and only one derp snout! The red one has 4 strength, the one with red markings has two, and the spit-snout only has one. I decide to name the red one Robinclaw, the spotted one Ramfoot, and the spit-snout Sandstripe. They will shape the future of our clan. Anyways, we found our first bearyena nearby, but Crookedwhisker (with the help of other cats) quickly strikes it down. Also WHAT THE FUCK I FORGOT TO LEAVE ROBINCLAW WITH AN ADULT SO A BLUEBIRD TOOK HIM. BULL FUCKING SHIT. I breed Crookedwhisker and Crimsontooth again and hope for a similar outcome... which we don't get in the form of Nookleg, a pathetic baby with one strength. To the bluebirds he goes, since I dont want a useless kit in my clan when we're already swelling with seven members and eight food. The next day we get another useless baby, it being a she-cat this time. We name her Rateye, and leave her to the birds. The next day... oh fuck me in the asshole with a chainsaw on maximum power. I quickly put everyone into hiding mode, denying the use of the permanent nest due to it being out in the open. The next day, nobody gets attacked, but there's another (normal) bearyena in the nearby grass. Also, we FINALLY get someone ALRIGHT with Crookedwhisker, who has two strength. We name them Cardinalpath. AND I MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AGAIN AND CARDINALPATH DIES. FUCK. HERE'S A LESSON KIDS: IF YOU'RE ON DEADLY HILLS, WATCH YOUR FUCKING KIDS FOR GOD'S SAKE. Surprisingly though, we traded Cardinalpath in for this kit, Cherryclaw, who has three strength instead of two. Also, remember that bearyena? Well, it came forwards and attacked two of the nichelings who were staying behind and hunting crabbits. Rowanstripe took 3 damage. Ramfoot, extremley pissed at this, attacks the Bearyena, and so does Rowanstripe. It isn't enough though, and they get Crimsontooth to help... which still isn't enough. At least he can act as cannon fodder! Meanwhile, in the distance, Sandstripe calls for someone, anyone, to help their poor clan. He is greeted by an elderly tom, who, like Birchstar (who recently passed along with Oakmask), has cracker jaw. The next day, the bearyena kills Crimsontooth, Rowanstripe takes two more damage from uncured bleeding, and Ramfoot takes two damage. Ramfoot kills the bearyena once and for all though, cures Rowanstripe's bleeding, and silently collects berries next to her. The elderly tom, who is named Owljaw, is taken in. Next day, the tribe decides to start moving to an oak tree on the left side of the island, hoping to make a camp there and finally settle down from this chaos. They find tons of rabbits along the way, and a dead crabbit. Food is doing alright. I decide to breed Owljaw with Crookedwhisker, who.. actually has recessive poison fangs! Holy shit! The tom has three days left of life, so im gonna create three babies with him if I can. I also decide to breed Ramfoot with him, because why not? Our tribe's getting old anyways. We have two kids next day, both of which only have one strength. To keep our number at bay, I send them off to play with the birds.. which doesn't seem to work. Oh well, free canon fodder and grass mowers. A bearyena is also seen in the back, which we decide to deal with. There's also a rogue male following us. Welp, here's all our kids! Two have big body, and one has recessive poison fangs. Two of em are shortsighted though. Anyways, we're almost close enough to being allowed to mutate in claws and ram horns, which will be incredibly useful! I decide to name the one with horns Jagskull (yea, I'm edgy. What're you gonna do about it?), the one with medium body Tuftfoot, and the one with nimble fingers Caramelheart. (I also go with somewhat unrealistic names. But hey, Billystorm and Harveymoon exist.) Days pass by. Cats growing older, the oldest cats dying, food amounts decreasing and increasing. And for the first time, our clan defeated a bearyena in one day! (albeit needing nearly the entire clan to help.) We've finally been given permission to mutate ram horns and claws, and we're also kicking around a wanderer that we don't care about. Cherryclaw gets impregnated by a rogue male, much to her disappointment. She mutates in claw and ram in hopes of getting an okay child. The child isn't okay though, and she leaves him out to die. The same day, she meets someone who is quite interesting... and fishy. Seriously, look at that fishing tail and webbed hind legs! He introduces himself as Fishleg, as that was what his previous group of cats called him before he dispersed. Cherryclaw, while not attracted, finds this cat rather cute and silly, like some awkward highschool boy the girls talk about sometimes. Tuftfoot invites him in, and he trots over to the water, a spring in his step, hoping to find some fish. They're apparently his favorite food! As it appears, our tribe has successfully settled down and created a camp! They're planning to extend this territory in the future. Ramfoot, sitting on a tree stump, ponders. Perhaps it's time for her to take a mate. She eyes Jagskull, and decides that he'll do. The next day, she mates with him. Everyone else does mundane tasks. The tribe looks over themselves, and are finding themselves rather satisfied. Two of their members have big body, which means if they keep breeding it, they could end up with an entire tribe of big bodies. It was extremely unlikely they would get that body, but somehow, it came in. They also have a few members with a type of horns, and since they can now mutate claws and ram horns, they'll be in for more of those soon. Most of our members have two strength or more, which means we're slowly adapting to the environment that is deadly hills. If we keep this up, we could have a whole tribe of big-bodied warriors who can take down any bearyena in just a few swipes! The only major goal we have now is to find a friendly bearyena to create hybrids with. Next day, it's raining, and when trying to view the new baby, I zoom in a little too much! Looking very cute today, Ramfoot! Anyways, we now have this small boy, who somehow got big nose despite both his parents having short snout. I guess it came out of his mother's recessive genes. Let's name him Fawnskip, since I somewhat remember that name being said somewhere, and I want to use it. Next day, a sneeze is heard in the bushes, and this fellow pops out! He's small and sickly, but he's kind-spirited and in an upbeat mood! He is chased off the main part of the territory, and hides in the grass. The next few days are again, uneventful, with old cats dying and new kits coming. And.. the player getting bored. I will return and update next time I play niche, but for now, I'm rolling out. Cya.
