  1. Nichelings with low scentless- a strong scent to be able to mark it properly- thanks 😆
  2. Good idea. For me it rains the most in spring and autumn ( I live in Britain)
  3. My idea is that a nicheling with a low scentless score and 2+ strength/ claw could be able to “mark” trees by clawing at them. If they were adjacent to the tree ( but not on it) then they would have another icon appear, a scratch symbol. A marked tree would cause all spaces around the tree for a certain distance to not spawn: 1. Rogue males or wanderers with lower strength than the creature that marked it; 2. Lowers the chances of dodomingos 3. Bearyena if the marker has stronger strength than the bearyena, but not if they have bearyena genes. The distance could be customised in the settings, as well as the time it lasted (i’m Thinking five days) , the option to remove it entirely and the amount of trees that can be marked at one time. I think that this has great potential as both a (warrior cats!) role playing device and a gameplay function. -if a rabbil wanders into the marked area, it will retreat if possible. This would apply for other animals too, except for bluebirds, and possibly apes. -There could be options as to which creatures it repels in the settings. Let let me know what you think of this idea!
  4. This art is AMAZING, I especially love the jungle one and the one with the balance bear in, though they are all good!
  5. We could also have pregnant nichelings consume more food to support the unborn child, this could be a chosen amount too!
  6. What about a random die roll to determine what scar? Like: -nose -ear -body and the damage depends on how much damage was taken? (you can’t get scars from sickness, leeches or starvation)
  7. Pregnant nichelings should consume more food, and this could be a slider from 1-10?
  8. I don’t think you could have trees on every tile because of the leaves, perhaps they’d need a particular amount of clear/ lower tiles around them?
  9. Thank you xx I didn’t think about unlocking genes- maybe you could choose if you wanted to be able to unlock them on all islands or not? đŸ€”
  10. Could you move it to feature requests? Thank you x Yep, I think that’s a good idea with the day passer, I hadn’t thought about that!
  11. I read the second series first, then realised that it wasn’t the first, and read the first series second. It worked out though, because they have different protagonists.
  12. A female blackbird flew into my window once, and I helped her recover. Another time, a starling flew around my living room for a bit, and we still don’t know how it got in there. “Me as a garden bird.”
  13. Bearyena with me here. So what if you could have multiple islands in one save? It would be the cross islands symbol next to the settings that you click and select island 1, 2 or 3. Then after the loading screen, you get to the other islands. You could name them by hovering over the day counter and selecting the change name icon. You could start normally, but if you didn’t move all of your nichelings when you island hopped, a new island would be saved. You could then switch between them and send nichelings back and forth- each would have their own food and nest material counter, and you could send supplies back and forth. It would be good for kingdoms and that, also different biomes- you could have one for food and one for exploring (eg snowy islands, etc.) When you wanted to travel, the icon would say: To Island 1 (default) or whatever you named it. hope this made sense... what do you think?
  14. I do quite like the snowy areas too- I like the prehistoric genes!
  15. I’ve come pretty close! I have a save file where I have flying, poison-fanged, cool looking descendants of Adam and a (winged!) Eve. The only problem is, while I have a tribe of over 30, I have but five males. Five. It always seems the starter nichelings either have all boys or all girls!!!
  16. What is your favourite island type? Mine is Archipelago, because I love the way you can create different cultures on different islands, and have different types of nichelings. I have an island for winged nichelings, one for Derp snouted creatures, one for bearyena hybrids, etc. I love how you can essentially have multiple games in one huge island type, and how there is so much space for underwater creatures. What do you think?
  17. This is such a great idea! I have been wanting to make a birds of paradise challenge but it takes ages to breed the perfect pair to start it off- this could be useful, for instance, if you wanted to start in a difficult climate but still survive.
  18. Eeee! Particularly excited for the scruff carrying, caves and creature creator mode, but I think all of them are great additions!! Also looking forwards to the challenge mode- once you get a stable population and immunity system, you’re good. But this will make it so cool! I’m imagining it to be like a notification that says something along the lines of: ”What was that? A tremor ran through the island.” and end up being like: ”The island is no longer stable and is falling apart!” Sooooooo excited for this! 😆😆😆
