Damn. I hope I didn't botch it by allowing the (1). Is it another save or stuck in the past?
-
Will you take over again or do you want to PM some people? There's quite a lot going on with playthroughs, they might not notice otherwise
-
Rock overpopulation, as they reproduced asexually, all the while having no natural predators left, still, one day, when they were about to achieve 2 Earth masses,

You have one compatible breeding pair in each camp. Aside from their 5, Reed also has an novel immunity gene. Wingpebble, Thunderbane, Cloudysnook or Slippingrust can take over. As for my progress, neither webbed hindlegs nor the bearyena ones have left the line, but all frogs have passed away. Food is up from 60 to 477. You can leave for a new island rather easily, now, if you like. Do what you want, but please don't murder Sedge. I'd like to imagine that he is the long lost son of Swiftheavytumble...

Ah! Faline's first good baby, and she gives him the most ridiculous name of all
Well, then... welcome, Bouldergoose. Oh, no. Rokon is just about to die, too
I guess watching Garo must be hard on Darkfire. She was pretty much left to fend on her own since birth, while Garo hasn't taken a step away. Come to think of it, she also looks a lot like Ronno. I haven't even mentioned him yet. Must be some sort of curse
Faline's last child can't do much, either. Brokenpatch is a bit better than Cobweb, though.
Unfortunately, she hit that 6,25 % chance and they all have recessive bearyena hindlegs. But they're quite pretty. Even so, I can't believe Bouldergoose and Cobweb are brothers, looks-wise. Since no one is allowed a personality, they're similar in that aspect 🙃
But seriously, even Lupin is about to die. Only 7 days left...
I wonder if the tribe thinks that Ronno Darkfire's father...
Garro must be working on some ploy, bringing his son here where he first met his mate. Or maybe Darkfire is an odd intruder, standing on his post.
The berry dad has eaten his last berry. Pirnjo is also about to pass away, but Talix will hopefully have a healthy elephant-frog child with him, even if it can only eat ants
Faline also finally had a daughter. The father is uh -- Rokon. Yes.
She's very beautiful and compatible with Brokenpatch. Also, if you whisper only a suspicious word about Mousefoot, this is not creepy at all. His father was Meringue. His mother was also Meringue. Everyone knows that Meringue has recessive sticky tongue
Horray for toxic elephant twins!
And a 'yena coming after my cheesecat. Anyway, the blue one is Cloudysnook. The porcupine is Slippingrust, who's shortsighted, but can gather.
And that would be a Shallowsedgejaw
Good thing that not-Meringue is pretty strong, even with Bouldergoose distracted
Sedge isn't too good at anything else, but he's a great pathfinder. Much faster than Heavyfasttumble while also smelling new bushes from one tile farther away. Like this one:
Please keep him and that bush.
Since it's the last day of Farea's reign, I'll leave you with more fates to decide
Thunderbane, the last and very beautiful son of the matriarch
And Soot, a dying Faline's son, destined to meet his end
-
And apparently it's time to find out the damage settings. Great
Hey! Not dead.
I guess Mousefoot would be fine?
Looks more like a ratty squirrel... and Meringue. Huh. Must be the paws on white fur
Just as we greet a new life, an old one disappears. Old tree man Lurker is lost. And...? The yellow digging trunk? I didn't even notice with all that bearyena trouble!
Also, ew. More frog toes
But this shot at least show's you the mandatory children. Faline had cobweb, a rather disappointing purrsnout. Our leader Farea had Darkfire, who like her sister kept surprisingly good eyesight.
That wanderer might be messing with me. What kind of name is that?
Also, Croweye. He's directly compatible with Flightfallow. Great job Farea! I was getting worried, Lupin being so much older than her.
Speaking of old age. I hadn't quite planned on it, but Lusi really did fall in love with that wanderer. She's about to die, sadly. Though love doesn't require children, having something to remember her by would be nice.
Garo seems to have agreed. Despite his terrible fertility, he passed on his new E immunity first try. Reed looks like a Berry to me, if anyone can be called that, but have at it. Also, completely forgot about Barkfire. I'm so sorry
Even with no bluebreads in the sky, having them sit alone is just mean
-
The new heir will be...
Farea! Out of virtue that her children with Lupin would be guaranteed to have decent movement.
Pretty in blue, no?
Gah! Why was that so scary? Propably because the damage setting is unknown. Anyway, a wild Gara has appeared. He's pretty cute.
Pirnjo is terrible at everything, though. Slow double toxic build. I'd migrate, too, but food isn't great right now. Can't banish him or his yellow brother.
Goodbye Venus :(. You've been a great grass cleaner
Faline and Rakon will leave the camp. It's overfilled. Lusi also found a second nest
Might be worth something
Prinjo finally stumbled into a job. Yay! Denali also had good luck hunting. Food is up at 151
I guess that's good too. I'd feel terrible not being able to contribute.
However, time flies fast. Jamimi will have many grandchildren one day, but today is her last. I really hate it when they die pregnant.

I got a 10% top that (by top that I mean do worse which you cant ._.)
It's trivia, though. Even having made it, I went looking for stuff I didn't know. 60% was the second place result, and honestly, I would have scored somewhere between 50-70%. It's not exactly easy because it includes some details you really don't need to know...
And one choice was messed up, the one about lean body and stealth. It adds 2, but I first considered D as the right answer and forgot to change it.
-
I tested it, but would have propably gotten 50 to 70%, otherwise. Some things are pretty strange
-
I did play it for a bit once, but have an issue where no matter what I do, the game won't save. It's virtually unplayable

I have some questions anyway, though.
Banishment. Outlawed, with permission, or under certain circumstances?
What if someone chooses a child, and it gets murdered the next day?
Can you murder rogue children or other nichelings?
Can sickness mean console death, as to make up for the missing slider? Or manual damage taken?
That might be good to clear before person A banishes B's favourite or something. It's propably redundant, but I don't want to be that jerk on accident

I could take it over tomorrow, if that's okay. Maybe today, but there's a lot of schoolwork still in need of doing... so that would be long after midnight by Autria's time.
Edit: Since no one else seems to have asked, I'll get to it now. Finished that 8 page monstrosity an hour early.
-
Oh God. I thought I was the only one for a while, with Seri and Jessimew practically worshipping these little bastards. They always murder my woodland, so they get an extra patch for the potato party with those red, picky Acer trees.
As you can see, it's ugly. Sometimes, it looks nice, though. Here's the squirrel army
Also placed some guinea pigs in high altitude right next to the eagles. And the foxes. So they'll pay for their crimes... or not. The eagles always go for that one weak, misplaced chicken patch and foxes are somewhat lazy
-
Yeah, I had really bad issues with them in my first save. Turns out they make an excellent addition to a higher grassland. Woodland is possible, but just not as good, so that was my main error. But I believe he fixed some issues. They seem less stupid now and don't starve when an acorn is literally just a few meters away.

I take it that all or almost all here have heard of the game. If you haven't, look it up! It's cheap and a few hours of great fun :)
However, I haven't played in a while and found that some new elements don't fit into my old, priorly balanced biomes. New save it is! Do you have some good or downright awful challenge ideas? I'll try something if it sounds doable.
Here are some perfectly terrible suggestions: no trees! Trees only in the wrong biome; no grass of any kind; entities must always be placed near a disliked species or factor; "true sandbox", the world is a tiny box! There's only space for one biome. Everytime you want to progress in quests, the old one has to go. "Hungry, hungry predators", fill the world with as many carnivores as possible! For every meat eater, there can only be two other groups. "Collector": everytime you unlock a new species, the entire world has to be spawned with it until you get a mutation.

What the heck? That is an old, deleted save I had! How? (I did put that one on here to download under some map thread, though, come to think of it)
