Armored body is my go to when lazy, but near immortality gets old fast. So it's strenght and fishing with a decent 8-10. Same overall build for all, but with either saber fangs or bird beak. Lean body is pretty much the only speed gene.

One of mine could fly normally on 1.1.6. Is this the newest version?

Not sure what to do with wanderers at the moment. On one hand, it takes way too long to kill them, on the other, they are generally annoying derplings with webbed paw, shortsighed eyes and no pattern.

I somehow was the second shortest girl in middle school, but fueled by spite and spite alone, outgrew them all. Still got some space to go at seventeen.

I don't know. Jessimew can seemingly survive in a tough situation, but Seri doesn't exactly learn. She seems so busy with producing content that it verges on restlessness. You can't get into a story if you never relax. So it's ideas, and more ideas and even better ones... but they don't quite make it on paper. It's as if her heart's never in it, but you can't expect anything else with a schedule so tight. So views have been dropping and she's pushing herself into burnout. It's really worrying.

I know what really happened.
The smelly fruits were sick and tired of being eaten. So they rebelled! And covered the land with frost!
Maybe they were inspired by the meat eating plants. But one nicheling could never be enough, or even a tribe. No, only a whole save can sate their hunger...

But what if I have to reply? Or it's a question? How long have you played your island of reincarnation?
You generally don't have to? I mean, people can always quote you if it's a direct question. Unfollowing sections helped me personally, but you can always leave for a time span. No questions asked, no one blamed.
About saves... mine don't live long, either. Got the 1000 days achievement, but deleting a tribe is easier than leaving them behind. The island is only 700- ish days old, or 50 hours. Still the oldest tribe alive and likely will always be

But I have too many notifications and I don't want to come back to the forums seeing I have 108 notifications again.
You can change your follow settings. No notifications that way

The cats aren't magical. They're just a healing fruit, carried around by a crabbit and mistaken for a nicheling worldwide.

I can't imagine that it would work well. But cats can learn to hop on three legs. Rogues hop on 2. Maybe a debuff would make the most sense, like 4-5/8 movement.

You can get it in the pattern easily enough, but not with the right stripe and both gloves on. Also had the exact same pattern on the last clone in pink, but whether the stripe may be possible to add is hard to tell.

It's supposed to show a question mark where a gene would be displayed. But it doesn't work in the current version

I think the head angle depends on where your mouse is when you release them. Typically for me, that's over their heads so they do end up having wonky heads. Did they fix that in the new update, did I miss something?
That's a good point. I don't know about fixes, maybe. Some might have their head raised, but the neck doesn't seem that broken anymore

Overworked rules:
Difficulty challenges:
"no berries for you!" (Lilytuft). Someone finally fell for Meringue's scam! Illness deals heavy damage and nichelings with the same immunity are irresistibly attracted to each other.
Story challenge: Rival tribes. A mutation slot is reserved for their respective look. Aesthetics can't determine rank by themselves. However, depending on what the nicheling gods may provide, only one female or male can stay within territory every 35 days. This place goes to whomever fits the aesthetic best and is not sick.
Banished tribe members may be attacked if they steal food, but others won't be harmed on purpose anymore.

Aside from the continuous swap of wanderers, everything's business as usual again. No murders and no swamp frogs.
Pandapana is warding glowheart's suiters off with a stick.
The stalker rogue creeps into daylight for once. Sister Nr 6 is born (or 8 in total). Bearyenas are hunted down.
For some reason, one clawed guy's a magnet. Nr. 4 also kills the bluebread. She got some hits in while it was over Orange's head and a stone.
Mr. Bat finally has enough and hops tile for the tile to kill the persistent rogue. I hate to say it, but he's family by now. Still, he needs to go, but escapes from Notaku's wrath by a few days worth of life. Goldenheart would outlive her protectors soon enough.
A bearyena spawned right in front of them and killed defenseless yellowpaw. Istael died naturally two days later, as she took too much damage in her youth.
Goldenheart was alone for a while as the rogues had migrated to the other side of the island. Soon, all thorns were cleared and wanderers became obsolete. However, it was not meant to last. Sisters "7 and 8" were born. (Or 9 and 10). Goldenheart just couldn't outrun the rogues anymore. Too soon, she burst into ashes. On the same day, her mother passed away.
I tried to avoid it for as long as possible, but there's going to be incest. Their parents had passed on very different immunity genes from child to child, so all that was needed for success was a male. 9,10 and 11 followed. All girls. Dad passed away, the challenge is lost.

if you go to start a new sandbox save and put in the setting you made the pair in, you can still see them!
That's the thing. I deleted the save and the setting. A challenge tribe, gave up at female child nr 13. Even with the task accomplished, the bloodline couldn't survive.

It doesn't seem that hard to unlock, though. It's quite dominant and common. Personally, I love that they made the land more viable. Still, those hills are likely in danger.

Not that I know? But 1.1.6 fixed it for one tribe, while on 1.1.5 they were hopping around one tile at a time
