  1. That's actually not a bad idea :0 This is my first suggestion, so I'm really looking for all of your feedback ^^
  2. I think a major bug is that once you change a critter's genes, it makes the creature age faster than normal. I can't think of any real bugs that "break" the game, but I think that one was the major one.
  3. A.K.A.: Just make the descriptions less vague
  4. They were? πŸ€” Huh. I haven't played niche in forever so I didn't know. And, Didn't really think of what counts as "behind". Humm... Maybe I'll change it to "you can determine what direction you want to shoot". I don't think the ink would work on land.
  5. This suggestion was brought to you by my crippling obsession over Splatoon You can take this either way and call it "octopus body" instead x33 Okay, so... that's what I imagine it would look like. (If you're confused by the triangle on it's shoulder, it's supposed to resemble a squid's head... kinda like this) "And why are the eyes so box-y?!", You ask. My idea is that if the squid body gene is in effect, the pupils turn into rectangles. My reason? Squids have rectangular pupils. But squids also have circular and oval-shaped pupils you dingus! Okay, so, what would the squid body do? My proposed idea: they can shoot ink whilst underwater. How would this work? Say a leech sneaks up behind your innocent creature while underwater. The player has the option to squirt ink directly at the leech, and it would travel for two tiles. This stuns the leech for a full in-game day, and therefore, allows the creature to escape. This is also applicable to creatures like bearyenas and wanderers (if also underwater.) There could be an option where you can choose what direction you want to shoot ink. "But what about camera direction," you ask. "wouldn't that screw up where the ink goes?" Actually, good point there, Francis! ...I'm sure there's a logical proposed solution but I can't think of one right now. Other than the option to shoot ink, what else does this give you? +2 swimming +1 Underwater breathing Happy ink shooting!
  6. You just... uh... I'm not sure... How is this a question?! You convert your creatures to unicorns with gills! You dingus!
  7. I feel sorry for that one beige girl in the crowd xd
  8. Oh, lawdie... I can already imagine what it'll look like...
  9. Whaaat? I'm not experienced in the realm of illnesses, but I'm pretty sure that's not a mental illness ya big goofball. Do you even know what "mental illness" means?
  10. Nope. Not copying and pasting Up's summary... Carl Fredricksen, a 78-year-old balloon salesman, is about to fulfill a lifelong dream. Tying thousands of balloons to his house, he flies away to the South American wilderness. But curmudgeonly Carl's worst nightmare comes true when he discovers a little boy named Russell is a stowaway aboard the balloon-powered house. A Pixar animation.
  11. The other day I got this nifty little dot underneath my member rank. I noticed other people have the same thing, and I theorize it might have something to do with community reputation... Am I right?

  13. Anyone else find it weird that carnivorous plants won't eat wanderers?
  14. I see your point, but this would make the gills gene more useless than it already is lol Punctuation is essential, m'dear!
  15. I can't recall anything particularly dumb that I did before... I think the dumbest thing I did was back in the snow biome update. I blazed through the starter island without preparing ahead of time and then died in the snow biome the next day πŸ˜… (During this, I got the weird screenshot of the "hairy guy in a hot tub staring at my crippled son"...)
  16. Got it. Thanks guys ^.^ I started the challenge earlier today and I didn't use the generator, but I did follow the "blind genes" thing. Again, thanks! (It has been revealed that Goggles-Kun was too lazy to use a random number generator at the same time. How unfortunate.)
  17. Bearlings sounds adorable ^^
  18. I hope one day I can hack into Niche and make that happen πŸ˜† > Goggles-kun has been kicked from the forums.
  19. A very nice suggestion! I'm sure a few other people have already suggested this, though. Just goes to show how popular the suggestion is!
  20. I HEARD MY NAAAAMEEEEE That aside, I just don't think Niche would be able to support mods. I think it's because Stray Fawn Studio doesn't have that big of a budget, unlike some other popular games with mods like Don't Starve Together. Like Pokestar said, But it is an interesting thought!
  21. I heard of people talk of it before, and it sounds like a fun challenge, but how does it work? πŸ€” Is it one of those challenges where "If X happens, it affects Y?" Please tell me!!! I'm very confused! - Goggles-kun Should I leave a signature at the end of every topic? Oh, never mind...
