The App data folder might be hidden, that was the case with mine. This video helped me maybe it'll help you. This might help you too DawnTDS .

At the bottom in steam it should show the tester branch being downloaded, you should be able to start playing right away.

I'm not sure if this is a glitch or if I messed up somehow? I can see the area for adding custom settings but it's just a blank blue wall.. Any suggestions??
