  1. "It's fine." She responded, her voice muffled. She walked towards the tree, brushing against Rabbitspring as she passed. "There isn't much prey here, this tribe is really big."
  2. A rustle came from the grass, and Snowdove stepped out, a mole in her jaws. "Woah, calm down. I'm right here, I was just getting food."
  3. He blinked at her, taking a moment to process everything. "Uh, where's Snowdove?" He asked, looking around.
  4. Flash yawned, stretching. The sky wasn't completely clear, and a few raindrops still fell from the sky.
  5. (Since they're all asleep, we should probably timeskip?)
  6. Snowdove yawned, resting her head on her paws and curling her tail around Rabbitspring. "It might get cold." She mumbled, finally falling asleep.
  7. Snowdove looked at him, shaking her head as he snored. "He's knocked out cold. Can't blame, it's been one hell of a day." She joked quietly, smiling.
  8. White+black (so grey)
  9. They all lay under the tree, Genevieve leaning against Vissen as she slept, Flash laying down with his head on his paws, and Snowdove watching the rain fall. "Listen my child you say to me I am the voice of your history Be not afraid, come follow me Answer my call and Ill set you free I am the voice in the wind and the pouring rain I am the voice of your hunger and pain I am the voice that always is calling you I am the voice and I will remain I am the voice in the fields when the summers gone The dance of the leaves when the autumn winds blow Never did I sleep throughout all the cold winter long I am the force that in springtime will grow I am the voice of the past that will always be Filled with my sorrows and blood in my fields I am the voice of the future Bring me your peace, bring me your peace And my wounds they will heal." Vissen finished singing, and curled up, careful to avoid Genevieves quills. "Great, now I'm tired."
  10. She smiled, settling down next to Flash. She looked up at the sky. "Alright, though I suggest you come over here with us under the tree first. It's definitely about to rain."
  11. Snowdove smiled, resting her head on her paws. "Well, it's good enough to make me tired." She said softly. "Singing songs without me? I'm wounded." Vissen stepped out from the grass, barely a scratch on her.
  12. She tilted her head, still smiling, ignoring the fact that Genevieve fell asleep leaning against her. "Well, what was it?" Flash settled down next to them, glancing up at the leaves of the oak tree they were under.
  13. She looked at Rabbitspring, smiling softly. "It's a traditional lullaby in Tundra Heart, my father sang it to me all the time."
  14. Snowdove looked to Genevieve, who still had her eyes closed. "Hold on." She whispered, settling beside her. "Where the north wind meets the sea There's a river full of memory Sleep, my darling, safe and sound For in this river all is found In her waters, deep and true Lie the answers and a path for you Dive down deep into her sound But not too far, or you'll be drowned Yes, she will sing to those who hear And in her song all magic flows But can you brave what you most fear Can you face what the river knows? Where the north wind meets the sea There's a mother full of memory Come, my darling, homeward bound When all is lost, then all is found..." Snowdove sang gently, watching as Genevieve opened her eyes, looking at her.
  15. Flash stepped up. "They retreated because they couldn't handle us!" He excalaimed, earning a nudge from Snowdove. "Aye, you were to busy screaming like a rabbil to fight. Vissen stayed behind to clean up the dead bodies." She joked.
  16. She closed her eyes breathing in, ignoring the rustling of bushes as Snowdove and Flash showed up. "There you are! We've been looking for you."
  17. "My adoptive mother. She took me in when I was little after my parents died from a bearyena." She responded, sadly staring at the ground.
  18. White+Brown
  19. She tilted her head. "Um, I don't know...the only thing that's ever really made me happy is Larasi...I like fishing, but I suck at it."
  20. "Why should I care about the future? I'm not important!" She hissed.
  21. "But why? Where did you even come from? Honestly, dying wouldn't be so bad. My real parents will be waiting for me. They loved me..."
  22. "My own mother....my own mother was going to let me die..." She whispered quietly. She was still young, barely an adult.
  23. Genevieve was curled up by a bush, looking like a hedgehog with her quills spiked up.
  24. "Be careful!" Snowdove called, running to Vissen as she ran circles around some nichelings.
  25. She leaned back, kicking away a nicheling that was leaping at her. "Well, I couldn't let you have all the fun!" Flash hung back, smiling as he watched them beat up the crowd. He let out a scream however as a nicheling jumped at him from behind, knocking him over. Vissen leaped from the tree, seeming to touch the clouds before landing squarely on the back of a nicheling and biting them.
