Yes I cant figure out how to pull it up

I'm having trouble with trying to add life to my nichlings while playing and I have no idea how to bring up the command settings...i'm on a Windows 10 computer

I have been having a problem with the Defender Bears. Its been attacking at random. I don't even kill anything when I see one spawn in and I'll have Two or Three spawn at the same time just to start attacking my nichielings for no reason. Is it a Glitch? a Bug? Any ideas of why would be very helpfull.
