---DAY 49---
Dust tugged his way to the hotspring. Something was on his mind that drifted in and out.
What if the bear was here?
Elle would inform him if that was the case, right?
Would she?
He shook the feeling of doubt away.
Why wouldn't she tell him? If she wanted him dead, why not just do it?
Or did it not work like that?
Then he remembered how she died...
I should lay off of her. She's just a kid. He told himself
Just a kid...

Lareel settled in a nest after Coco scared off the dodomingo.
She wondered if Len would ever get to meet her siblings...
"I want another little girl." She told Coco.
Coco shurgged. "Any will do. How many kids do you want?"
"Three more." She said, smiling. It would mean that Len wouldn't have to carry Coco and her's legacy around on her shoulders.
Coco nodded. "Three kids sounds good." He spoke.
"Four. Four kids." Lareel corrected him.
Coco looked at her funny and went back to thinking to himself.
Did... did just he not count Len as his child? Their child?

"You're the one pushing!" Len hissed back.
Ruby sighed as the to bickered up the mountain.
Looking up, she could see a bluebird circling above, eying them up.
Ruby didn't like that.
She glanced back at Len and Chocolate. "Come on, we need to make some progress today."
Len nodded and walked on. Chocolate seemed reluctant, yet still went along.
After a little while of traveling, and some root collecting, the three stopped to rest for the night.
"You're a stinky face." Len spat at Chocolate.
Chocolate growled. "I'm telling your father when we get back!" She threatened.
Len flattened her ears. "You wouldn't dare." Ruby noted that Len said the last word deeper, in more of a masculine voice.
"I would!" Chocolate sneered. "So you better shut your mouth, or there will be trouble."
Ruby stepped in. "Come on guys, let's go to bed." She spoke in a calm and controlled manner.
Ruby lay down and drifted off, but not before hearing a distant roar...
