  1. Just now, Clover said:

    "Hey Ink."

"Well, getting some leaves to wrap it would be good. Otherwise, without bluebird keratin or a healing plant, we just have to leave it." She layed down, weakly curling up. Her vision was starting to go dark.

"Vissen don't go to sleep." She looked over to Finch. "We have to get something for her."

  2. Just now, Clover said:

"Sorta." She groaned, bringing a paw to her head.

Issi looked over to Vissen. She scrunched up her face. "That's going to leave a mark." She sat up, "I'll offer to try and help but I don't know a lick of healing anything."

  3. Just now, Clover said:

Vissen jumped in to, feeling the force of sentries crashing into the ground. She slid forward, falling over and panting. The sentries couldn't get in.

"We're safe for now." She let herself drop to the ground. "Everyone still in one piece?"

  4. Just now, Clover said:

"Agreed!" Vissen kept running, noticing that the sentries seemed to multiply. They kept diving down, trying to attack them. She looked around for a safe spot.

"There!" She called out, heading towards a solid looking hole in the ground.

Issi headed to it. Jumping over fallen logs and dodging the attacks from above. She jumped in.

  5. 1 minute ago, Clover said:

She groaned, looking at Ink. "About time you showed up again." More sentries were coming down, and she tried to get up, but stumbled, blood dripping down her face.

    1 minute ago, Flower said:

“Well don’t stand there! We have to move!” He said picking up Vissens scuff and hauling her forward.

    Just now, Clover said:

"Okay, okay!" She yelled, starting to run again. Her vision was starting to blur.

Issi rushed off towards the tall grass. Should we go to where the child is? She looked back at the birdlike nichelings. No. "We have to get to a safe space that doesn't get Akriah into trouble!"

  6. 1 minute ago, Clover said:

The sentries rose to the air, and several swooped down at them. Vissen kept having to dodge claws as she ran, and tumbled over when one crashed into her. She crashed straight into a rock, a crack splitting the air when she hit her head.

"Vissen!" Issi growled and bites at the one that had crashed into Vissen.

Snowdove may or may not have just died

    13 hours ago, Clover said:

Seltek reached the island, landing and gently setting down Snowdove. "This place looks real nice."

    12 hours ago, Clover said:

She took a deep breath. "Me, Flash, Snowdove and Rabbitspring are from thousands of years in the future. We live where four islands are connected, I'm from Rain Venom, a jungle. There's a white tree in the middle of the island, and a while ago, we all felt it calling to us. We met there, and we were taken to a beautiful place. It was like everything became the night sky, and a strange entity showed up. Her name is Pathfollower, and she told us we were chosen long ago to right horrible wrongs. We have to save four nichelings. Blade, Genevieve, a nicheling we don't know the name of and...Carrion. They became corrupt in some way because of trauma, and made the world suffer. Blade and Genevieve are okay now, but we came here to help Carrion-or-Akriah. She...she caused a lot of harm in the future." She paused, taking a breath.

    "That's about it."

    12 hours ago, Clover said:

Seltek looked towards the grass, hesitating before pushing his way through. "Hey!" Vissen yelled, running after him.

    12 hours ago, Clover said:

Vissen suddenly stopped, looking up in awe. "What the?..." Giant mountains stood before them, devoid of snow like the ones in Tundra Heart. Massive sharp rocks surrounded it, and what looked to be flying nichelings circled the different posts. Seltek turned to the others, grinning. "Home sweet home." He said, before flying into the dark mountains.

    12 hours ago, Clover said:

"If I'm correct, this is the Ulreda Kingdom. It was a kingdom ruled over by nichelings who called themselves royalty, and they took over a large part of territory. Winged nichelings were unheard of back then, but when they were discovered, the Ulreda Kingdom's queens wanted them. They took the winged nichelings, and they became sentries and guards for the 'castle'. The royal family was said to take every winged nicheling to ever exist, and when you looked up at the sky, it was filled with feathers and flying nichelings. But eventually, a few rebelled, and the queens were having none of that. Since a few disobeyed them, their logic was that all of them would follow their example. As a result, they executed every last one of the winged nichelings, leaving them extinct."

Finishing, she took a deep breath, almost seeming to shake.

    12 hours ago, Clover said:

They came to a sort of stairway of rocks, and with a bit of hesitation, Vissen jumped up.

    11 hours ago, Clover said:

She tread silently into the cave, being swallowed in complete darkness before some light quickly came. What looked like sticks with grass on the tied to the walls with roots littered the tunnel, and she flinched when she noticed they were on fire. Voices came from ahead.

    11 hours ago, Clover said:

Vissen peeked into the next cave, where the voices were coming from. There were several nichelings. A giant rock was in the center and a teen sat at one end, looking bored with his head in his paw. He was flanked by two other nichelings, and one more was at the other end of the rock. The teen was wearing what looked like a crown of flowers, roots and bones.

    11 hours ago, Clover said:

    She didn't answer.

"In a way." The other nicheling went on. "I suppose you know of my daughter, Princess Nagi."

Haku still seemed uninterested. "Yes?" He said, before drinking some water from a hollow rock in front of him.

"Queen Wirwa has agreed that you two will become betrothed."

    Haku spit out his water.

    11 hours ago, Clover said:

"Yeah. I don't." He said, still not looking up. "I also just..." He took a deep breath. "I just don't like females. I cant tell anyone. My bloodline and my kingdom would disown me."

A few flashbacks for these that are a bit confused. 🙂

  8. 1 minute ago, Clover said:

"Run." Vissen whispered quickly, before bolting through the grass, listening as several of the sentries let out bird-like yells.

Issi jumped up and rushed after Vissen. I want to say I hope they all do go extinct but that wasn't fair to them.

  9. 2 minutes ago, Flower said:

Need a hand? He he asked. (Is Akriah still there? Also what happened?)

    1 minute ago, Clover said:

Vissen looked up every so often, still moving. The sentries didn't seem to notice her. That is until one snapped it's head towards them, narrowing their eyes. Several more did. Vissen froze.

Issi shakes her head ans smiled at him. "Glad to see you're doing better I was worried when you passed out after the birds incident."

Issi felt like her blood was laced with frost as she looked at all off them looking at the small group.

  10. 4 minutes ago, Clover said:

Vissen started jumping down the rocks, landing on the grass and looking up at the sentries. "I don't think they see us, come on, let's move." She crouched down, swiftly stalking through the grass.

    3 minutes ago, Flower said:

He followed her moving with purpose. “Don’t try anything.” He hissed to the other male.

Issi followed all the way praying not to fall and die. She landed in the grass with a huff. "Could we not do that to soon." She whispered before laying low and crawling after Vissen

  11. 2 minutes ago, Clover said:

The tunnel was short, and Vissen could see light. It spiraled down and eventually led to another, shorter, rock staircase.

    1 minute ago, Impy10 said:

    Ink tumbled down the stairs

"INK!" Issi shouted in a whisper. She looked around her making sure their wasn't guards around.

  12. 2 minutes ago, Impy10 said:

Ink popped up next to her

    "Hi!" Ink greeted

    1 minute ago, Clover said:

"Now's not a good time, but hi Ink." Vissen said quickly, before ducking into another tunnel. "This way, quickly."

Issi nodded at Ink before quickly following Vissen.

  13. Just now, Clover said:

She walked quickly through the tunnel, noticing different holes. She stiffened when voices came from in front of them. "You've gotta be kidding me..." She mumbled.

Issi looked around for a hiding place. "This isn't our day." She whispered with irritation laced in each word.

  14. 2 minutes ago, Clover said:

"Probably." She turned to Haku. "Listen, we'll be back, alright?" She then backed into the tunnel they came from, gesturing for Issi to follow her.

Issi mumbled out a quiet sorry at Haku before going after Vissen.

  15. Just now, Clover said:

Haku paused. "What?" His fur bristled, and he growled. "My mom may be annoying, but she's not a murderer."

Vissen opened her mouth to answer, but snapped her jaws shut when she heard pawsteps coming from one of the other tunnels.

Issi looked to the tunnel concerned. "Should we hide?"

  16. Just now, Clover said:

"My father died before I met him supposedly, I'm the only child. Honestly, something never really added up when I thought about the stories of my father. Apparently his name was King Jujin." Haku looked back at them, tilting his head.

    "Who are you guys anyway?"

"Eh, just seeking for some help. But we thought why not help you out while where at it." Issi really, why don't you just tell him that your friend here is a magical niche from the future and she informed me that you future wife might make things a bit difficult so we can't have that now can we. Issi berated herself and then awkwardly smiled at him. "Sounds like your mom might have killed him..." Issi you might as well go jump of the edge now.

  17. 1 minute ago, Clover said:

"Yeah. I don't." He said, still not looking up. "I also just..." He took a deep breath. "I just don't like females. I cant tell anyone. My bloodline and my kingdom would disown me."

"I see your dilemma, but it's not like two male or females can't have children." "There is adoption and if it's a bloodline thing can't your siblings handle that?" Issi thought about what they could do to help and shook her head when nothing more came to mind. She glanced at Vissen. Come on, your the smart one here.

  18. Just now, Clover said:

"We saw your little conversation, sorry-Haku-was it? That can't be fun." She sat down, looking at him.

Haku sighed, still weary. "Yeah...Nagi isn't bad or anything, she's actually quite sweet, I just..." He trailed off, looking hesitant.

"You just don't love her." Issi took a guess.

  19. 1 minute ago, Clover said:

She nodded, taking a tentative step towards the cave. "Hello."

Haku jumped, his fur bristling as he stared at them. "Who are you?! How did you get in?!"

Issi held up one of her paws "No, need to fret. We're not here to hurt you." She looked at Vissen to continue.

  20. 1 minute ago, Clover said:

"We can wait until this Haku kid is alone, then come up with something. Right now it's to risky."

"You don't have a choice in the matter, prince. Your mother has given permission, so it will happen. This kingdom will need an heir." Fedral spat out, leaning forward. Haku looked down dejectedly, seemingly to tired to argue. "Yes, sir."

"I will be going then. Tell Wirwa I thank her for the meal." Fedral then ducked through a different tunnel, the two nichelings that flanked Haku now following him.

Issi felt sympathetic towards the prince. "Sucks to be him." Issi whispered at Vissen. "I'll follow your lead Vissen."

  21. 1 minute ago, Clover said:

"That doesn't seem to smart. This kingdom was known for showing no mercy." She whispered back.

"Uhh…." Haku stumbled over his words, staring wide-eyed. "Danggit mom..."

"Well, you see, King Fedral...I...uh..." He looked around, shifting his paws uncomfortably. "Can I not do that?" He asked sheepishly. Fedral stared at him menacingly.

"If you say so. But it would be easier to get help if we had a prince backing us up." Issi whispered back. "This Fedral seems like a nasty piece of work, right along with Akriah's parents." She leaned back as she whispered.

  22. Just now, Clover said:

    She didn't answer.

"In a way." The other nicheling went on. "I suppose you know of my daughter, Princess Nagi."

Haku still seemed uninterested. "Yes?" He said, before drinking some water from a hollow rock in front of him.

"Queen Wirwa has agreed that you two will become betrothed."

    Haku spit out his water.

"Almost right." Issi whispered. "I don't think he's going to take this so well." She looked at Vissen, "Should we stop this?" She said in a hushed tone.
