same goes for me, windows 10, laptop so low-medium performance, i know other game that had it stutter while the audio doesn't (making them out of sinc) likly because the audio is separated from the visual since there are multiple languages possible. in this case however... if you use a timer, then i'd guess the video starts delayed, if you use some sort of detection... maybe it detects... the buffering? being stoped and cuts the video before it finishes? you should know more than me...
