(Thank you @Snowleopard0 for this idea ^) More coming soon! Healing Plants Bloodshot Blossom Looks- A brown petaled flower with red streaks on the petals. Found in- Forest territory, Shore territory, Plains territory, Flooded forest rocks, and Blood grass clearing. This is a WIP and will be in multiple posts, please DO NOT POST until this message is gone. You may now post your flock sign-ups on this page! Secra is a wild island mostly inhabited by birds. They have created flocks so they wouldn't be fighting as much. That didn't help... They fight lots for flock territory, hunting grounds, foraging spots, etc. The island is surrounded by a never ending hurricane, so birds can't leave. This will be the lore/sign-up topic, the rest will be put in PMs! Map- Key- 1- The great tree/forest territory. The great tree is home to many birds. The forest has prime foraging and plant collecting spots. The great tree itself gets holes pecked into it for nests the right size for a whole family of small/medium birds. 2- Shell cove/shore territory. Shell cove is home to fishing birds. They pile up rocks in the shallow water to make small rock islands the right size for a family of any kind of bird! The territory is great for fishing and shell collecting. 3- is not there cause i'm stupid and I don't want to change it. 4- The tunnels/plains territory. The tunnels are home to lots of predatory birds. They make different rooms for homes, they tell them apart by using a system of talon-marks. The plains are prime hunting territory as well as good plant collecting. 5- Therma pond. This is were the Shell cove and Tunnels birds come to drink freshwater. They both have freshwater sources, but Therma pond is always clear, clean, and fresh for some reason. 6- Bloodshot island. An island where birds are sent to collect healing plants to protect against a certain sickness. This sickness is called the red storm virus (more in next post). They use this herb as a sort of vaccine, but you eat it. But... some birds don't come back... 7- Flooded forest rocks. These rocks are amazing to get some sun, collect plants, forage, and hunt! The great tree birds and shell cove birds fight for these rocks all the time. 8- Blood grass clearing. Blood grass clearing is visited every ten sunrises to fight and see what flock will have the right to forage, hunt, and collect rare healing plants there. It is not a fight to the death, but a fight in the air. Whoever hits the ground first looses. (will explain in another post)

In this challenge, the male nicheling with the most calling ability and attractiveness combined is the dominant nicheling. Whoever this nicheling is will be the only nicheling to breed with the females, unless one female breaks off with another make to start another tribe somewhere different on the island. children are only born in perma nests or nests around trees or stumps. (male has to be able to go onto them.) Feel free to suggest improvements!

I dunno just came to mind. So The nesting fern would look sorta like this. with the improvements I mentioned there. The hiding fern would give camouflage to nichelings in it. They would also hide completely from rouge males with enough base camo on the nichelings.(maybe a dumb idea, might delete) You can't nest in them, but they will sometimes appear with perma-nests in them. (may change to be able to nest in them) The huge leaves would hide whatever nicheling was inside from predators and bluebirds. (if the nicheling is a child.) When the nicheling is inside, it was curl up like a meat-eating plant, protecting the nicheling. (probably with one leave open just to be able to see the nicheling. You can attack this, destroying it. It will not grow back like a berry bush, but will give 5 or 6 nesting material if broken. It would be found in grasslands, jungles, grassy parts of snow biomes, whale island, and home island. IMPROVEMENTS SUGGESTED BY OTHER PEOPLE: @LonelyPerson I like your idea 😃! I think ten nesting material is a little too much, tho. I would say about 5-6 is a good amount @A A A A A A I didn't color this neatly but I drew what I think the ferns would look like
