This is gonna be based a little on this: and this game idea is connected to this: so this game will be pretty average. It will involve both birds eye view and platforming. This is based on the book because that gave me a train of thought, and so I'll be using my art from there here. You would be fighting the chemists(either aqua or flame.) you would have a home base where you would make stuff like potions and maybe other things. When there you would have a birds eye view of your character. When Adventuring into the facility it would become a platformer, and you would have a sword to attack enemies with. I won't have this be the game where you have the sword attack thing, but just have normal swordfighting.

maybe at first they're just carrying what appears to be an empty jar. Though I don't really have much to say.

dead bush can only be used as currency. Then we won't have to balance it. Then we'll just have to do inflation, which will be fun.

plasma is a state of matter. Fire is actually plasma, but weaker. most of the universe is plasma. also there are other words for earth, and fire, and water, and air. you could call them the flame chemists. and the aqua knights. maybe call them wind mages. and maybe earth spys? (ninjas are actually just Japanese spys ) but if you wanna go with stereotypes I won't blame you. also I came up with a joke: wind mages: "We have the power to break wind!" Adventurers:"*laughing*" wind mages: " WHY ARE YOU LAUGHING!" One of the adventurers makes a fart noise Adventurer:" HE BROKE THE WIND!" Wind mages:*confused screaming.

So I guess this is gonna be a comic book.

I've created a sentient matierial. This is just the creature but given sedatives. It is a sentient ball of plasma. I was too lazy to make a bigger version so you'll just have to zoom in. also just know that I made this with my mouse, which is why it took a long time.

ahhhhh... You'd want way higher quality art then. also just, I don't think you really need art. You need plot. Though maybe I could create a game that intertwines with the book. wait, I just realized. This is gonna be a comic book. you need WAY better art. It needs to be hand drawn. for the new enemy I'm creating I'm using Krita, so it'll be higher quality. It's gonna be a pixel art. In 32 bit.

1. I won't be able to create a potion stand 2. I was thinking that the icon would be for a branch of enemies(henchmen/goons) that the evil organization leads. It would be a big organization, with multiple icons 3. you couldn't have it be too big of a thing because since it looks like the national geographic it might be trademarked if used a symbol for the game. 4. this feels like it's gonna result in a game that has flash game vibes, and I want that to happen. 5. to create an item used in potions, I'll have to create an enemy for inspiration 6. I don't know how this game's crafting system would work, but I think you should have a home base where you craft, and have the casual cauldron to make potions, with shelves of bottles in the same room 7. the lines are straight because I use the line tool, and I manipulate everything to get shapes I want, but it's not as good as hand drawing. 8. here's the new version I made! I'll call it a plasma shooter, but you can call it whatever. It only needs a name to be reffered to, most people will give it a nickname. Anyways here it is:

that just, we are thinking on a very simaler wavelength. I made it into a plasma shooter. It's probably a guard for the organization. The only things that I have to say are: 1. maybe it wouldn't be called the plasma organization. 2. It definitly won't have the same icon. It looks even more like national geographic now that you simplified it. (I am laughing way to hard at this) THE BAD GUYS ARE NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC/J (I was laughing for a solid 2 minutes.)

wait, this looks cooler. I don't really know how the projectile would look from the side, but them having the badge as a mask looks awesome.

1. why isn't the link working? 2. the mouth isn't actually a mouth, but a badge, I made an updated design. 3. the crown thing is a star cannon that it wears, it shoots the projectiles out of it. The pentagon is the barrel, and the red is just the powered down state of the inside. Its more of a light cannon, or a laser shooter, but I went with star cannon since the projectiles are essentially just plasma. yeah, it's a plasma gun. I just decided that now. I originally thought of it as a photon cannon though. I'm creating another art. 1.2 I'm changing how the projectile looks.

made something using ms paint. Ask as many questions as you can think of. I want to get it developed, and questions will help.

also with the desert being rare, we could have deadbush as a currency. and getting to the end will probably never happen, so we won't be exploring easily. Deadbush monopoly is a thing
