Multiple Oh no moments from the Community Challenge: (The first bird of the island spawns at same moment as bearyena) (The bearyena's almost dead, but one more hit and Andre the nicheling is dead and he's out of moves) (Thankfully these things end up working alright cause apparently bearyena AI isn't too great)

Oh well, thought Rata, shaking his head to clear his thoughts, I have to find the others. But the sun was setting. It would be dark soon, and he wouldn't see much of anything and would have to rely on his other senses. They were trained too, but never-the-less the thought of loosing a sense made him nervous. He was getting tired too, especially after the ordeal. Perhaps he would find a place to camp for the night. He listened, looked, and smelled, trying to figure which way would be best to find food and avoid danger.

@da1sy@Cookboi (We were planning on just you answering and since nothing had happened in the actual group, just Rata and Meadow, we were gonna do an earlier scene and catch the story up but this works too. Although now we're all split up and this is seeming more and more like a horror movie, which isn't exactly what I signed up for...so I'm just asking, are the locals on this island ghosts or anything like that?)

Rata looked around, his trained eyes searching for movement, for danger, he moved slowly, moving as quietly as he could with his mammoth foot. The other one made little noise and stepped delicately, but he had always thought of the mammoth foot as a limitation, especially now that he was so hot he was sweating all over and the bulky thin wasn't helping.

(but if u really want I guess I could rp as rata for a bit now and then not rp for him again until the story is caught up seeing as only me and u are online rn)

(I'm sure she will, but anyways, I don't want the story to get too ahead of itself. We should wait to do earlier scenes before continuing with later ones if we can help it.)

(I want to do the scene of the exploring group sending Terracotta (or him sneaking away) to find Meadow which happened sometime before she's found and Rata reaches the river first. But to do that we need @da1sy to respond)

(Well I guess it's good Quartz is gone...but I still feel sad somehow...at least nothing tragic happened this chapter!)

(BTW We're still waiting on Kirlur and it's been like half-an-hour rp time, we should probably say some of this happens after she answers about which group she wants to be in)

(Makes sense with the character and circumstances, but like the whole reason Rata came after Meadow and ultimately got his mouth on fire was to prevent this)

Finally, Rata reached the stream. He tripped over a rock and landed in the water, but he didn't care. He bent his head down to drink.

Rata began walking toward the stream assuming he was hallucinating about Meadow being there, but the sight of her, real or fake, and the sound of water, not knowing whether that was a hallucination as well, kept him going.

(HEY! Don't rp my character for me! I was just sending that to Polly first, then I was gonna have him go towards stream)

Rata couldn't walk another step on his own. His legs didn't seem to work right anymore. But Meadow was there, wasn't she? Could she help him, or was he imagining her standing there? It all felt not real anymore anyways, he felt like he was drifting into unconsciousness
