(Frost lands is mountains right? Like where all the snow and balance bears are? Also did the stepping stones crumble into ocean or can other nichelings travel here and they can go back?)

"Male I guess," said Logos, "are you sure you don't want any protection? Sculpt didn't seem too happy with you talking to me, and he sure left in a hurry. I could call another angel down here to protect you."

(This looks so detailed and in depth I must try and join, because you've put alot into it already, tomorrow though. Also, does it have any magic? What are the new species and how do u get one? And are all real life species of bird included?)

(I just tried to play niche and found the friendly bearyena again....I clicked it a half-dozen times while my game was still waking up and froze the game. So I'm not recording an episode tonight. May record one tomorrow or maybe will wait till next week. Will definitely link to the next one for those following along on here tomorrow)

Abelia finally went to sleep. She was very tired after her ordeal, and the hole was mostly dark. So she fell asleep, hoping Abel would come find her in the morning.

Nobody else seemed to be able to. Like, is President Cactus elected? And is there an election every so-and-so years in which he could be un-elected?"

(Imma join lemme go randomly generate some nichelings, and also were they all specially selected to go to jungle by their previous tribe? Or did they leave in a mad dash/whoever got on the port first? Also did the nichelings know anything about jungles who sent them? It will help me with story/genes)

(I mainly want to know what the covering of the opening is, is it a large rock? Branches? Ivy? Sand/dirt? Something else? I want to see if I can escape @Polly)

-Keep going Mekir went forward some more, pressing toward his goal (2 more hexes). He couldn't help but think of that soft nest back where he'd started out though... How comfortable a place it would be to sleep...

4/4 ppl have voted for the same thing thus far, I expected a little more variation, but I guess unanimous is OK too! At least I know that's what people want for sure. The poll isn't closing yet though

I don't really have time to do something like this, but I guess I could try if no-one else joins. Somebody in the world has gotta have more time than me lol.

The angel figured they should start small, "What's it like working for Cactus?"

Mekir decided he ought to stay away from any danger. But he did need to explore his surroundings. He started walking along the beach deeper into the island (not going past the flower port, staying on the side he was on). He figured he should go all the way around the beach of the island (circumvent the island) to decide where he should spend most his time. He went forward as far as he saw (two hexes).

(Congratulations! I don't even know what winner of the day is exactly but it's always good to win a reward.)

(Yay purr snout! Also, back when u said u had alot of babies, me: I have like 6 babies every turn in my niche world Of course that's with 100 nichelings and not on deadly hills)

(Good luck getting through story mode! I found that settling on and taking a really long time on the archipelago and moving to new islands through generations helps keep water damage down and food up. Of course, I'm the person that has 25 episodes worth of archipelago and will probably die when I get to the harder islands, but I've seen some playthroughs of speed-running it and that doesn't work too well. Also, I breed creatures like crazy, especially at first. Food isn't usually an issue on the easier islands, and to get genes embedded in and enough creatures to gather food it helps to have lots of tries. Perfecting your genes before you get to the harder islands is definitely smart. And there's alot of good tips others have said here. Especially digging paw. I remember that keeping me alive on the mountain islands a while back. Food is scarce, but roots are usually around even so. And if you can get two or more food instead of just one it's even better. Also, purr snout is a must-have in the archipelago and elsewhere, especially if you're a bird-brain like me and accidentally drown nichelings fairly often.)

It's late where I am, but here's episode 18: (It's the episode where Dondon the psychopath is born! Well he was already born, but he wasn't known to be a psychopath before this. He was just a relatively obscure nicheling before his psychopath infamy!) In this episode Duktata is betrayed by his brother Dondon when I confuse the two and accidentaly have Dondon breed with his brother's mate (unsuccessfully however because of low fertility genes). Also, the friendly Bearyena reappears after following members of Rekoana's island to the other side of the island. (Also friendly Bearyena! Yay!)

Mekir decided to eat one of the berries and one worm, together as a meal. He figured he should make a new stock-pile in the sand as he had on his former island. He found a suitable place near the water to dig a hole a foot deep. He made a smallish stream in the sand and waited for water to flow into it, then put sand over the stream to stop the water from flowing out. He stuck the worms in the water, and made another hole next to the first for the berries. He put all but one berry in the second hole. Mekir then put sand over it all. This all took him quite a long time, digging out the sand with his one webbed paw, but he figured it was worth it in the end to be able to keep his stuff fresh longer. (Also haven't I used 3 actions now since moving is an action, digging for worms is an action, and all this is at least one action?)

(how many worms? I may eat some and store some. Also does food go bad?)
