  1. Sullivain smirked. Maybe Jayden wouldn't be so horrible to work with. They did seem to have the same mindset on certain things. The scientist rubbed his temples. "Why did we decide to use teenagers for this." "Because, and I quote, 'We're more durable than adults." Sullivain stated. "That's besides the point. What usually calms you down?" the scientist asked. Me! Cedric yelled from across the stage. "Cedric, you do quite the opposite of that." Sullivain said. "Who's Cedric? Crap he's hallucinating. Now I have to report this!" the scientist exclaimed. Cedric floated over next to Sullivain. Heh. They think you're crazy. He smirked. "You are insufferable." Sullivain hissed. The scientist raised an eyebrow. "I'm not hallucinating don't worry." Sullivain reassured. "I'm fine. Now, if I try my best to reverse our little situation here can I go back to my room? Its been a long day." "Fine, sure, whatever." the scientist said. Sullivain smiled. "Perfect!"

  4. A guard turned to Cedar and Otto. "Stop crying. He was a criminal. He murdered people with the help of a god. His death was just and deserved." Otto looked at the guard in disbelief. Even if he did kill people, he still deserved a fair trial, and a chance to explain himself. Instead, Kamado just killed him. And I stood by and watched.
  5. Sullivain was growing annoyed. "Clearly none of us know what were doing. And since I'm going to be of no help, I'm going to go back to my room and binge watch the Golden Girls. Bye." Sullivain turned to walk away, but the scientist grabbed his arm. "No one is going anywhere until we figure out this problem you caused." he hissed. Sullivain shrugged. "Not my problem you're a horrible teacher." "Try and will the shadow away. If you created it, you should be able to get rid of it too." The scientist suggested. "Yeah. One problem. How." Sullivain retorted. "Like I said before, you're a horrible teacher. If I don't know how I created this, I have no clue how to get rid of it either."
  6. Tornado if you die again i swear-

  7. IT WAS LIKE IF TRASH AND A BROKEN CLARINET HAD A BABY AND SAID "LETS MAKE IT SING CANDY STORE BUT CHANGE ALL THE LYRICS BECAUSE WE COULDN'T GET THE RIGHTS TO THE ORIGINAL SONG"
  8. Otto didn't even fight when he was led to a lifeboat and told to sit down. The water on the top level was up to his ankles, so anyone on the lower levels was definitely dead. Otto wanted to cry. He wanted to throw up. He wanted to scream. He wanted to punch everyone, but mainly Kamado. But instead, he just sat there in silence, staring out at the endless horizon, thoughts empty.
  9. BECAUSE I WANTED TO SEE HOW BAD IT TRULY WAS SPOILER WARNING IT WAS WORSE THAN BAD IT WAS LIKE IF TRASH AND A BROKEN CLARINET HAD A BABY AND SAID "LETS MAKE IT SING CANDY STORE BUT CHANGE ALL THE LYRICS BECAUSE WE COULDN'T GET THE RIGHTS TO THE ORIGINAL SONG" HM I WONDER WHY YOU COULDNT GET THE RIGHTS (no hate to riverdale actors, i know they're trying their best to make the show the best it can be with what they were given)
  10. WHY DID RIVERDALE DECIDE TO MAKE MUSICAL EPISODES AND WHY DO I TORTURE MYSELF WATCHING THEM THEYRE SO BAD I CAN'T WHAT DID THEY DO TO HEATHERS
  11. Otto looked at Kamado, and then to Iris's lifeless body floating in the water. His eyes were filled with horror. Did he... oh gods, I think I'm gonna be sick- He didn't say he was gonna kill him... Kamado wiped his hands against his cloak. "Well, now that the vermin's been taken care of," he turned around dramatically. "Time to deal with my grandson. Otto, Cedar, you are dismissed." Kamado turned to a few guards on the stairs. "Take them to the lifeboats." And with that, Kamado marched up the stairs. Otto gulped nervously. He took one final look at Iris's body, and followed the horde of guards moving towards the lifeboats.

  15. Iris was to stunned to speak. My father? No, my dad wasn't a god. Mom had pictures of him before she died. Us all together, before they- No. This isn't adding up. Iris just let out a weak laugh. "My father? Uh, my father wasn't a god. He died during a Fire Kingdom attack when I was two. I had pictures of him and my mother in my old house. Sorry, but I think you've got the wrong kid, man." A wave of sadness passed over Nekros's face. "No, Iris, I swear, you're my son. Your mother, Echo, married another man after I, um, couldn't be with her. She raised you to believe that he was your father, but I am." Iris raised an eyebrow. "Got any proof? And if I really am your son, why all of a sudden are you so interested in being a part of my life? Why now do you care if I'm your son, or if you had a son at all?" Nekros sighed. "This is going to hurt." He reached out his hand and pressed his thumb to Iris's forehead. The same white-hot pain that he had felt before he died filled his body again. He winced and grabbed at Nekros's hand, but he didn't budge. A second later, the pain stopped, and Iris looked up at Nekros. "WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT FOR!?" Iris exclaimed. "Well you asked me to prove that you were my son so-" "DID YOU HAVE TO BURN MY BODY IN ORDER TO PROVE IT!?!" Iris yelled. "I mean, sort of. The pain is a sad side effect, and no one has been able to find another way to claim a child of theirs, mainly because not many gods have demigod children." Nekros shrugged. "Sad side effect?" Iris exclaimed. "Sir, I have had my body burned, drowned, found out I died, and then was led here by the creepiest thing I have ever seen. And you go and burn me again." Iris stated. "So if you don't have a good reason for doing whatever you just did, I swear." Nekros chuckled. "I see you got your mom's spirit. Look, this probably isn't going to make a ton of sense b-" "Not much these days makes sense." Iris pointed out. "True, true." Nekros said. "So, whenever a demigod is born, we perform this kind of ceremony called a Marking. Basically a god sends a bit of their power into the baby's body. When the proper godly parent sends their power into the child, it causes their godly parent's powers to be awaken inside them. This also results in the god's crest being branded onto the back of their neck. People in the mortal world refer to it as a "tattoo". Since I already know you're my son, I could perform this ceremony with no other gods required to be present, which is quite a relief considering... certain situations." Iris raised an eyebrow, and Nekros chuckled nervously. He snapped his fingers and two small mirrors appeared in Nekros's hands. He held one in front of Iris and one behind him near his neck. Iris was baffled. On the back of his neck was a small black skull with a crown, which most certainly wasn't there before. Nekros smiled and snapped agaon, causing the mirrors to dissapear. "Told you." He smiled. (I feel bad for typing all of this. Feel free to do lore with stuff happening on the ship.)
  16. When he finally reached the top, the figure turned and reached a bony hand out towards a towering dark door. They knocked and the doors swung open. "Follow me." they said. Iris reluctantly followed them. He was inside a large hall. Other hooded figures missing their faces were there, carrying stacks of paper and talking to each other. They turned around and gasped when they saw Iris. A few mumbled to others around them, while others completely vanished. "Is that-" "No" "He's alive?" Were a few of the comments Iris overheard. "Speed up. Nekros is a very busy man." The hooded figure said, turning down a dark hallway. Braziers boasted blue fire, providing the large hall with an eerie but warm glow. They arrived at a tall door, to which the figure knocked again. Iris turned around and saw tons of the other figures standing at the start of the hall, watching him. Well this isn't creepy at all. Iris thought. As the doors swung open, the figure floated forward and stood in front of what Iris soon realized was a throne. There was a tall and gaunt man sitting on it, with a large black and red cape draped over his shoulders. His black hair was short and held back by a black crown, but it stuck out at awkward places. His eyes were a piercing red color, like rubies. "My lord, may I present Iris Narelle." The figure bowed before disappearing. The man on the throne stood up and looked down on Iris. His gaze was cold and calculating. Remember, Iris, if you meet someone important one day, don't forget to show respect! He remembered his master saying that to him once, before Clearwater was destroyed. Iris dropped to one knee and bowed his head. "No, no need for any of that." The voice sent a chill down Iris's spine. It was deep and cold, but also felt rich and warm. Iris slowly and cautiously stood up, and was face to face with the man on the throne. "Uh, um, hello good sir, uh-" Iris's mumbling was interrupted by the man pulling Iris into a hug. "Oh, I never thought this day would come! Well, I mean I knew it would, but you've grown so much!" the man said. "Excuse me?" Iris said. The man released him from the hug and cleared his throat. "Sorry, sorry, I'm getting ahead of myself. Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Nekros, God of the Dead and King of the Underworld, and I'm your father, Iris."
  17. When Iris opened his eyes again, he was standing in an open field. The sky was red, black fluffy clouds dotting the sky. The field was filled with tall grass up to his knees, each blade topped with little black and red flowers. "Damn. This place is new." He said. He started walking around the field, but he couldn't see any signs of anything but tall grass in the distance. Hell is a lot nicer of a place than I thought it would be. Or maybe this is heaven? Or neither? He was still walking aimlessly, and probably wouldn't have noticed the hooded figure standing in the field if they hadn't spoken. "Hello Iris Narelle." they said. Iris screamed a bunch of unpleasant words in surprise. "Who are you? How do you know my name? Am I dead?" "My name is not important, I know everyone's name, and yes." the figure responded. Iris was taken aback at their direct response. "So, is this hell? Or heaven? Or just the afterlife? Or is everyone in my world stupid and this place has its own name?" Iris asked. The figure didn't reply this time. "I'm sure you have a lot of questions. But I think its best if He answers them for you instead." "He?" Iris asked. The figure turned, and Iris saw that their face was blank. They had no eyes, nose, mouth, eyebrows, anything. It was just a blank white placeholder? "Yes. King of the Underworld and God of the Dead, Nekros." The figure replied. "Now, stand over here." The figures think skeletal hand pointed to a spot on the ground. "Why?" Iris asked. "Would you like to be disintegrated instead and die permanently?" The figure replied. Iris immediately stood where the figure told him to. The figure snapped their fingers, and when Iris blinked, he was now standing on black marble steps in a city. The red sky was still there, but the field was gone, replaced with black brick streets and tall buildings reaching towards the dark clouds. "Welcome to Valhalla, City of the Dead." the figure said. "Now, follow me. Nekros doesn't like to be kept waiting." The figure floated up the steps, and Iris was faced with a large, fortress-like building. I see gods like mansions too. He thought as he trudged up the many, many, many steps to the top.
  18. Otto fought back a gasp. He's a murderer, remember. He... a god wants to kill us all and its Iris. Remember that. Iris was thrashing around in the water, but as the water continued rising, it became harder and harder for him to fight to get back to air. Lockwood rushed to the water, but a horde of guards surrounded him and restrained him. "Take him to the Brink and seal the doors. Lets see if my traitorous grandson can be strong enough to escape before he drowns like Iris here." Lockwood thrashed and fought, but it was no use as the guards carried him up the flight of stairs. Kamado turned his attention back to Iris. "Remember our little fight on the beach? And how you burned my arm? Well, heres a little taste of your own medicine." Kamado lifted Iris's palm out of the water, and stuck his finger to Iris's wrist. Red-hot pain shot through his arm. He opened his mouth to scream, but water only flooded his mouth. He was choking, trying to cough. Water was filling his lungs, his nose, his mouth. He fought against the fire being pressed against his hand, but he couldn't break free of Kamado's grip. Kamado pushed his fingers harder into his wrist. Iris wasn't sure if he was crying. His veins felt like they were boiling, his body slowly feeling like it was turning to ash. His eyes were starting to be dotted with black - he was passing out. Or drowning. Who knew. Probably drowning. He stopped thrashing, focusing all of his energy on just staying awake. But between the water in his lungs and Kamado burning his arm, he couldn't take it anymore. Maybe I can just close my eyes for a bit. Right? Yeah. The world went black, and Kamado smiled as he felt the pulse in Iris's wrist cease.
  19. "You, are not going anywhere." Kamado sneered. Iris turned and saw tons of soldiers behind Kamado. Otto and Cedar also had expressions of anger plastered on their face. Iris smiled nervously. "Uh, well, this is just great." He turned to wave his unrestrained arm, but a soldier came and grabbed it. He couldn't use his powers. Otto approached him. "We know what you are, L’œil de Dieu (God's Eye). You're not making it off this ship alive." Iris was taken aback. He turned to Kamado. "What did you tell them." He twisted back towards Otto, who was now standing next to a just-as-pissed looking Cedar. "Look, whatever he told you it's not true I swear!" he said frantically. "I don't even know what L’œil de Dieu means! You have to believe me!" "Save it." Otto snapped. Kamado smirked, and grabbed Iris's chin in his hand, examining his face. "I've never met a god's son before. Tell your father I say hello." And then Iris felt the cold and welcoming darkness of water as his face was shoved into the stinging ocean waves filling the ship.
  20. (I FORGOT HOW FLIPPING GOOD THE LORE I CAME UP WITH. LIKE KAMADO CALLING IRIS hibou noir (black owl, which means death) WAS SUCH A GOOD DETAIL I ADDED)
