Yeahh starting my Beta world already *Ahem* WHALE ISLAND YES

YEAHHH Woohooo!!! Definitely gonna try this out!

I'm making some posts for new islands, so here's the second one: Beach -Palm Trees! Would give coconuts (maybe you'd need 2+ cracking to collect it?) -Mostly sandy, not much grass -Leeches, leeches everywhere! (as always..) -Lots of fish (and Carvahnas) -No idea what Island level it would be (as in Easy, Medium, Hard, or Killer) Might make another post for another Island suggestion, so that might come soon

I'm making suggestions for new islands, so here's the first one: Forest -Lots of trees -Maybe a new animal, like a Squirrel for food -Probably a lot of wanderers, since there's so much food from all the nuts - Probably a lot of Bearyenas, searching for some lunch (which, again, seems to be crawling all over the place with all of these nuts!) -Food and Bearyenas kind of balance it out, maybe a Medium or Hard Island? Next Island idea is coming up in the next post!

While on the tree, you could collect acorns. You would be gathering them from the actual tree, not the ground, so it would reduce the amount of nuts that Nichelings on the ground would be able to collect. You would also only be able to stay up there for a few days, then you would basically fall off (maybe with a little fall damage if you don't get off before you fall?). You would then not be able to climb the tree for a day or two ('cause you got to rest your tail up & recover from your fall). Also, if there are new types of trees added with new foods that you can get from them, you would be able to collect them. It would be pretty cool to hang out on a palm tree and eat coconuts all day (I might make that part into a new post)

The cutting out has happened for me since I got Niche (which was right after Christmas). I thought it was my computer too

I just noticed that the Nicheling on the main screen and the Nicheling on the bottom left bar look completely different

Question: For the wings, will you need to have 2 wings to fly (and 1 wing won't let you fly at ll), or if you have a wing, with it just deactivate the other paw gene and only show wings? Another question: Will wings give another attribute than the ability to fly, like +1 Attack or something?

Personally, it would probably be better if it stayed close to how the current game works, but just make their appearances look slightly different. For example, the new Peacock Tails would be bright and colorful on males, and a sorta boring brown on females. Another example would be that Horns (both types) would be normal on males, but shorter on females.

Personally, I would make it a different kind of gamemode (like story mode or sandbox). You start off normally, but you can easily customize your Nichelings. This would also give easy success to commands (old and new), like Give Food, Give/Take Age, etc. Maybe even one wheree you can choose a different island to go too, then select some of your creatures (probably with a limit like 15 or something).

On several tribes (Most of which I don't end of pursuing long), I've come across a weird bug where I'll just be playing normally (not even having any children) when the game tells me that I have a new gene unlocked. I look, and it's Normal Blood Clotting. I just started a new Tribe to check out the Crossing, and on the first day I was just moving Adam and Eve towards the port when it did this. At least I won't be with them long. I seem to come across a LOT of bugs... (at least they're minor)

Does he have the baby like a regular female?

Every time I exit to the main menu on Niche, it'll go to the main menu, but maybe 30 seconds or so later, it suddenly closes itself. Niche has been quite buggy for me Any help?

I like to play kinda casually. I just breed all my favorite/best-gened Nichelings and bring the best to new islands. I tend to breed quite a lot, but usually realize it and slow down before I have too many. In my main tribe, all my Nichelings have Antlers, and many have some Albinism in them, which makes half my tribe albino. I try and get them to have 1 Nimble Fingers and 1 Bearyena Claw, but a lot of them tend to get double of one of them. I've gathered so much food, I'm at almost 800 right now, and at about 700 nesting material. I'm so used to making nests whenever I want that I'll forget when I'm playing on a different tribe

Forgot to say that I don't even know if this is a bug that twins are that rare, or if they're supposed to be super rare.

I'd like mine reset too, please. Apparently, according to Steam, I bred for the first time, got Albinism, got Melanism, AND survived 50 days in one day, which was 2 days after I got Niche. Either I was really lucky, or Steam was acting up again.

In my favorite and main tribe, I barely EVER get twins. My tribe has lasted over 100 days with max fertility, but as far as I can remember, I've only ever gotten 3 pairs of twins. (I might have had more, but not many. Also, the second pair were identical, but the other two pairs weren't.) This has only been that rare in this certain tribe, and I even have a picture of a different tribe where I had 3 pairs of twins, with their parents all being my Adam and Eve.I don't know if it would help, but if it would, below is a picture of one of my twins in my tribe. (His brother was left on another island, and they are also descendants of one of my identical twins.) Also, if you're wondering why there are so many Nichelings whose names start with 'Snow-', it's because they're all albino, and I have a tradition of giving them names starting with 'Snow-'. (It was mostly things like 'Snowflake' and 'Snow Blizzard' at first, but Ir an out, so I just had to use their preset suffixes for it instead.) A lot of albinism got into their genes when I landed on an island full rogues, but I had to breed their children because all my males had died of old age.

This would be great when you just want to create your own Nicheling, or just make an example of what you want your tribe members to generally look like. It would also be fun to mess with the patterns and see what you can make. This is something I would really want

Update: Half an hour later I tried again, and it worked. Hope it doesn't happen again!

Every time I try and open Niche, it crashes. Note that I haven't restarted it yet, but when I can I'll update this to show if it changed or not. I tried to find the folder it asked for, but I couldn't find it. Please help! I wanna play Niche Crash Message below:
