Part Fifteen, Day Thirty-Five — Chèèpi Yaaawwwn. I tried to open my eyes, but I wasn’t ready yet I guess. “But how is he so...ugly?!” A panicked voice said from above. “I’m not sure and he’s not that ugly just a bit of a crooked jaw with some teeth sticking out and his eyes and ears are different sizes but it’s probably Rahzere she probably put a curse on us or something that mean nicheling ugh I hate her,” said the nicheling curled around me, Mommy, in one breath. “So..do you think all our kids are going to look like this…?!” “If it was Rahzere then yeah probably so.” A small whimper came from the panicky nicheling. “So...um...what are we going to call him?” “Chèèpi, obviously.” “Obviously…?” “Yeah!” I yawned again and stretched my paws against Mommy’s smooth belly, then reached for her teat with my mouth. My teeth, which were barely poking above the surface, raked against her skin because they grew at odd angles and stuck outside my mouth. Mommy flinched, and I wished I didn’t have a funny mouth, even though I was too young to even know what a normal mouth was like. “Aww, he’s so cute,” said a new voice. The new nicheling then cleared his throat, as if trying to hide his words. “Yes, he’s very cute and he is just a tiny bit ugly but he’s still cute and I love him and I hope Enkra will let me have another baby just like him and I hope you find a mate Pnuma and have wonderful little children too though I do hope yours aren’t cursed like mine and…” I let go of Mommy’s teat, now with a full belly, and curled up in a ball. Mommy talked a lot, but it was nice to listen to and it made me fall asleep fast. I quickly drifted back to sleep.

What gets you invested in a playthrough/want to read one?

Haven't read it yet, I've kinda sowed down on reading the playthroughs. Maybe soon, though! -

Good characters and relationships. If there's large blocks of text, I skip it. Same with long periods of dialogue. Pictures help break it up. Shorter entries also help because I fell like I can more easily read a little bit and read the rest later than if there's a very long post. However, too many short entries at once is bad as well. Also, ones that show every single detail can get boring. (Like, as much as I love Floo and Co., I tend to skim because there's too many entries and every detail is talked about. I just want to get to the important stuff.) -
yep, I'll get him later when I can

I explored some and found 2 wolves I named them Jacob and Rachel, and their kids are of course Reuben, Simeon, etc

@Zixvir when you come on again could I please have some nametags? thanks!
-
By the way, the area that's by the river and partially cleared from trees and has a yellow sheep tied to a pole is the home of my future base so please don't ruin it
-
We did it in the last server. They're really hard to get. We could at least set up a little shop where we have to sacrifice diamonds (nobody gets to keep them though since nobody earned the name tags) for name tags so we're not getting them for free
-
@Zixvir I have two requests: 1. give us all a stack of nametags. please. we need them for our pets 2. not as important but turn on keep inventory thanks! ❤️

Don't know when I'll update it. I have to remember to do it, have the time to do it, and be in the mood to do it...

from the sim-building game I abandoned a while ago: The planet is about 85% water. Most landmass is broken into jungle islands. Most cities and villages are made in the water or in trees, as there isn't much land. Trees are considered sacred to most of the population; trees are only cut down when it is clear that they will not live much longer, which means there is very little paper and wood based things (like paper or logs). Many trees are very tall, since they are never cut down.
