    Well, it would be more compact that using logic to do such. The digger ray would be a more energy-efficient device that specializes in digging rather than for combat.

     

    And the bullets released by the bomb can be clusterbullets, so why not?

  3. How about a bomb-type part that, upon being decoupled, detonates after a customizable length of time or if the button to decouple it is pressed again. When it detonates, it releases projectiles in all directions, and the bomb comes in 3 different sizes, which explode into more bullets upon detonating. Of course, a bullet bomb can have the "More Bullets" Upgrade to increase the amount of bullets released for that size. An upgrade exclusive to this part would be the ability to detonate on impact after being decoupled. The Bullet Bomb can also be immediately detonated with a different input key even if it is attached if necessary.

    The Toggle Thruster is also a part I want to suggest; it can turn on or turn off if the key that toggles it is pressed. The thruster does not work if it is not attached to anything, and can be customized to separate its turn-on/turn-off inputs. That way, you can possibly make large compact rockets if you connect it to a Bullet Bomb.

    The Digger Ray is a short-range projectile weapon that deals moderately high damage and can dig through much tougher terrain more easily than other weapons. It can also collect resources that the ray hits, allowing you to get resources without risking your drone core, or if you have a very huge drone which prevents collectors from reaching the resource.

    The Torque-Turret is a sensor that internally torques itself toward terrain, enemies, the cursor, or to gravity. The possibilities with this block are farr to numerous for me to explain. ;)
