This is how it looks for me, basically go to the 'exclude' area, click 'Explicit', and then click 'sort and filter'. Idk how it looks for you but hopefully it's similar.

AO3 does actually have some really good stuff (not saying wattpad doesn't). It has a filter thing on the side and I'd recommend just removing 'Explicit', but you could also remove 'Mature' if you wanted (I find that Explicit is mostly the only thing with the nasty stuff)
