I really like that this idea is being brought back. I'll probably try to test a few people's questions myself, but idk. I kinda wanna know if rouge males can mate with wanderers? To test this out, I reccomend turning up spawn rates of both of these via the console, and clearing the entire island. If a ton of apparently rouge babies show up, that could be evidence. Maybe the wanderers need a nest though?

I quite like this idea! I thought also, instead of just females having this gene, Males can also carry it, but can use it to carry items/food as sorta an extra energy, and can give stored items/food to the tribe to contribute to the food counter. Otherwise, good job with the idea!

So, my idea for a new semi-hostile plant is poison ivy.Basically, it will grow in any area with trees, except for palm trees. It will grow in patches beside them, and occasional appear wrapping around the tree trunk, causing anyone interacting with said tree (not counting flying on top) to also be affected. If any nicheling steps on a poison ivy tile, it will gain the Itchy status. what this status does is give a 1/4 chance to fail any action the nicheling attempts to perform, as its distracted and scratching its itch. It will go away in 2-3 turns, and afterwords the nicheling will have an immunity to the ivy, and be able to freely walk through it and interact with it. Anyone with at least +1 in attack can destroy the ivy permenatly, but unless already immune, will be affected by it. Thats it for my idea, hope you enjoyed it. Wish I did art for it but my art tablet is broken atm ;w;

Well, I'm new to this forum so I guess I'll introduce myself I'm commonly called Flamingo by my friends so feel free to call me that, I'm a girl, I was born in Louisiana but I have lived in Texas for most of my life. I am a big Niche fan and have been playing since some of the earliest versions (the version with just one island, but I don't remember it's number :p) I own a group for Niche called Niche Challenges, which I started a few months after I bought Niche. My steam profile is flamingogyrl~ (link in my about section). I am a huge fan of Warriors (Warrior Cats), it is by far my favorite book/book series. That's basically it, so ya. I'm also bad at closing off or ending stuff.

So, I came up with the idea of a new plant called Snake Ivy. Basically, it can be found in Jungles and looks like a dark pink snake attached to the ground. When any creature gets next to it or on top of it, and stays that way throughout the night, they take one notch of damage, for three days they're left near the Snake Ivy. Now, after three days, even if no creature has taken damage from it(the three days start when the island is loaded, and resets back to three days if a creature takes damage from it), it curls up for a day. While it's curled up, you can collect it. When collect it can be carried by a nichling. If a nichling is carrying the Snake Ivy, rouge males, rabbils, wanderers, bearyenas, and seeing apes will stay away. After being collected however, a Snake Ivy will wither completely after three more days. Well that's basically my idea. Enjoy!
