New body genes. Giant and tiny body.

[MT26 - A Nicheling]

So I had this idea for 2 new genes.

 

Tiny body

It looks smaller that lean body.

It gives this abilities.

+2 speed

+3 heat resistance

+3 stealth

+3 scentless

And it gives 2 new abilities:  “careful collecting” that makes this Nicheling able to collect berries from cactuses without taking damage. (I think this has been requested for a long time) and due to its small size it can attack stagmoles and rabbits inside their burrows.

But it also has 2 new bad things +1 weakness. It makes the Nicheling take 1 extra damage from enemies, also their teens can be stolen by bluebirds.

 

 

Giant body.

Makes your Nicheling the size of a normal bearyena. It gives this abilities:

 

+3 strength 

+2 defense

+2 cold resistance

-1 heat resistance

-8 flight (they are too big to fly)

And it gives a new ability: scruff carrying (that suggestion from Deathpelt)

And also this Nicheling will take 2 food per day instead of 1.

I really like the tiny body, but I think the scentless part has to go. Just because you're tiny doesn't mean you're not stinky. Nichelings can already smell smaller things like roots underneath the ground. I am all for them going into burrows and collecting cacti. I wonder if they would actually be too small for the bluebirds? Especially the babies.

I like the giant body, too. I think this should be a bearyena gene. But then I'd expect bearyenas to start holding their offspring in their mouths, and that would make for a different battle.
