"A Glorious Reign" Challenge

Oh boiiii this is a lot of rules

start with six creatures, 1 royal breeding pair, 2 gatherer/soldier breeding pair 

royals are marked with blue gems and the "alpha" position

soldiers are marked with orange gems and the "beta" position 

gatherers are marked with the standard green gems and the "omega" position 

And shamans are marked with pink gems(shamans aren't really important for progressing the game, I just use them for the story)

General Rules:

lifespan of 25 days

both mutations are randomly generated for each creature (the entire mutation menu being open from the beginning is optional)

Traveling to islands is randomly generated (1-3)

Rogue males need to be killed

Wandering creatures can be accepted into any hierarchy status, depending on what they're good at

gem color signifies status

Must clear entire island of grass

Females get too old at 20 days (lifespan of 25 days)

children of rogues are seen as low-lives

Royal Rules:

only clear descendants of the first royal pair are allowed to lead the tribe

unattractive(derp-snouts, deformed paws, children of rogues, sickly, etc.) royals become soldiers or gatherers

royals do not have to gather food

two royals must go to the next island

Soldiers:

soldiers need a minimum of 3 attack or whatever

bodyguards are made when a soldier kills a predator

bodyguards can mate with royalty twice and then goes back to being a soldier

soldiers are the only creatures that can explore

female soldiers must be pregnant at all times to avoid rogues, and give birth on their last days 

max of 4 are allowed to go to the next island 

Gatherers:

only the most beautiful gatherers can breed with royalty

soldiers and gatherers can breed

must gather at least one food each

max of 5 can go to the next island

Shamans:

only 1-2 at a time

forbidden to breed

one needs to go to the next island

 

Every 20 days, shamans indicate how you play for the next 20 days, use a random number generator

  1. no healing, no removing leaches, can't protect babies, can't attack predators
  2. in general, good things(aka normal play through, nothing changes)
  3. baby boooooom
  4. produce powerful soldiers
  5.  make a food surplus
  6. rules don't apply for 20 days :D
  7. explore island
  8. island hop for 20 days oof
