I just know I want the gym leader to be a fortune teller but because it's also part normal he/she/they are very bad at actually predicting things. Like they'll say that they predict that there are trainers in some places, nothing in others, and one is the actual passage. But they are not correct sometimes. So there would be monkey bars that would have metal bars and rubber sides. If you have gotten to this in science yet, you would know that rubber is an insulator and metal a conductor. Small pulses of electricity would go through the bars, it would go one more bar towards you every time you moved one bar forward. You can go to the side onto the rubber, but you can't progress if you are holding onto the rubber. If you touched the bars that are charged, then you will be shocked and you will fall, having to start over again.
