I need some help with my pokemon sim!

I got the map, name, and and legendaries sorted out, I just need some help with the Pokemon. 

You can make art of the Pokemon, you will be credited, I will redraw the Pokemon. 

(The map is inspired by cold places, so the Pokemon should be too)
