Try tensing up all the muscles in your arms and legs for 5-10 seconds. Then just let go and you should feel calmer. I find this works with general anxiety or feeling of anxiousness. You could probably try it now. You can also take deep breaths by breathing into the upper chest and holding it. Then after releasing take in the next breath when your body is reading. After a couple of these you should feel the urge to yawn. You can also try stretching or meditating. I forget to stretch a lot but it feels really nice when I do. Hope these help :).
