Here we go ig-

Darkwings

Personality:

Usually calm and collected, but some dragons are more volient then others

Appearance:

White or very dark grey body with a underbelly the opposite color. Any color expect black, white and grey details and horns, blush is the same color as details, and eyes are a darker version of the color. They have completely black scleras. Patterns on dragon may vary. Tail with a webing on it.

Example: CE986993-E880-48CA-ABB0-B77D644B9E32.thumb.jpeg.3d6196d0ba5f508c2fd34d8f6163194d.jpeg

Allies:

None at the moment

Leaders:

Toxin, Hazard, and Prey

Where they get their names:

Darkwings normally get their names from their color or what they are like, example: the leader Prey acts like prey and always has a guard near her.

Abilities:

Abilities can vary. Dragons that posess a green color often have radioactive venom stored in the spikes on the top of their tails, dragons with a red color can breathe fire, dragons with a blue/cyan color can either breathe underwater like seawings or can produce freezing death breathe like icewings. Dragons with a purple/pink color can produce a sweet scent from their scales and are often put in charge of hunting. (Still working on all the colors)

More:

Darkwings set their kingdom up with a certain hierarchy, if you were of animus decent then you we're pretty high in the hierarchy, but at the top. At the top of the hierarchy is the leaders, it is said the leaders posses an animus ability, although that might not be true, some speculate that Toxin is an animus and used his power to keep him and the other 2 leaders alive forever. If you are an animus, then you we're a adviser to the leaders or second in command. If you aren't of any special decent, then you we're one of the peasants, servants, or citizens. It is also said that toxin or another supposed animus cast a spell so that no darkwings would fall victim to Queen Wasps mind control.

Places they are found:

Most Darkwings live in the kingdom of the dark, located in the caves of pantala. It is rare to find a darkwing outside of caves or anywhere expect pantala. But some moved to pyhria to seek new dragons, they live in villages in the darkest parts of the rainwing kingdom, or in the kingdom of sand.

Darkwings are a open species so I'll make a base for them soon, but you can make a darkwing OC if you want.

TIMEWINGS

appearance- medium sized dragons with curved horns and long legs. their wings are feathered and large. they are strong fliers and fighters. they can have a plethora of black stripey patterns, their claws are long and sharp. they have three main spots where manes or fur can grow, their head, spine, and end of tail. they come in dull colors, never bright colors. they are considered gods in the 5th realm.

names- examples like Clock, Timeline, etc

abilities- there are three specific types of Timewing powers: Past, Present, and Future.

Past- Timewings who can recall details of the past by transporting themselves into the past and watching it like a movie. they can interact with the dragons in the memories but it is costly; every time they allow themselves to communicate, they lose a little bit of their past seeing (memories become blurry and they are often forgetful, dragons who completely lose this ability suffer from extreme short term memory loss)

Present- These dragons can pause time and resume it when necessary. this power also comes at a price, a dragon who pauses time more than 100 times, will begin to freeze in time themself. they become completely frozen at the limit.

Future- the most powerful of the three types, able to see the future and bend it to their will, but of course, the consequence for this is tragic. the penalty for using their powers just three times, they disappear completely, gone without a trace, only past timewings can remember them. however if they just see the future and not change it, they will be fine.

animus timewings do not exist

i will need permission for albino timewings

Moonwings

Colors: Normal-mostly darker shades of purple, blue and greens. as well as black and greys. Their claws, horns, and moon symbols, +patterns on their body (like how hiveinwgs have patterns of black if your blanking on ideas for a pattern) range from bone white to a pale-ish grey. These white/grey areas glow in the dark. (not like seawings just like any glow-in-the-dark thing)

VERY rare- a dark red shade like the blood moon, maybe 20% chance to hatch on a blood moon. (if any moons are a blood moon)

Other general description: Their have cresent shaped wings and symbols that show the moons in the phases that they were when the dragonet hatched on a hard 'mask' thing on their head.

Powers: stingers in their wrists or tail (simaler to hivewing occasinaly won't have) that can inject a varity of 'toxins' a spetial stomach mixes the diffrent toxins (e.g. paralyzing, numbing, deadly, accidic, etc.)  Also, animus dragons are more common and a new animus is gauenteed to hatche every brightest night (100 years) (still need perm though)

Queen: Queen Firefly (no colored image or description as of now)

Other royals: Princess Moonflower, Prince Darkmoon (more dragonets and king could be added)

Diet: Fish, plants, they also can bake somtimes.

Territory: hidden in some of the mountians in/near skywing territory

Special: Blood-moonwing(idea from Pale)-Dragons born on a blood moon have a 20% chance to have scales the color of a blood moon,(per number of moons that are blood moons) They also have magic simaler to animus magic. This magic is like animus magic and firescales combined. Eveyrtimes they use this magic, their moon patterns and white/gray-ish glow and their scales get hotter. Once the dragon dies, the moonscales object will disappear or lose its ability. If there is light from the sun or intence moon light (more thant 1 1/2 full moons?) the spell itself has a chance to fail but the heat from their patterns will still happen as well as the slight glow looking simaler to a blood moon as well.

Special items: One of the most important animus items is a shelf containing a book for every animus Moonwing (any percent if a hybrid) existing or that has existed, these bookes record every spell cast and what it was cast on, very importnat to makeing sure no animi (is it animi or animuses?) turn evil and by checking periodicly the're more likly to catch it befor it's to late. That spell is not bypassable at all.

Perms: animus, royalyty (both open royal line has magic), blood-moon Moonwings (that color or ability), strange or really diffrent than normal moonwings,

Pics:

(first is me, others are edited bases (the blank hollowist bases; had to erase signiture on full body cuz it was in the way of the wings was, so I put it elswhere) (added Pale's base)

CavernWings

Abilities:

Able to withstand extremely impossible amounts of heat. Most CavernWing’s can withstand 8,000F, but some have even been known to be able to withstand 11,000F (hotter than the Sun’s surface).  Some will also be able to withstand less heat than normal.

They can also make the gem’s on their scales twinkle, depending on what colors they are. If their gems are any color of the rainbow, that gem can twinkle the corresponding color. If their gems are white, gray, or black, they can glow any color. When flashing all the gems on their body, they can blind anything near them, usually.

Usual personality:

Confident, Optimistic or realistic, Brave, Rowdy, Loud, and Friendly *in an aggressive way.*

Allies:

None

Enemies:

None

Diet:

Worms that live deep underground (They consume at least 5,000 worms on a daily basis)

Pets:

None

Territory:

Deep underground caves that travel across Pyrrhia (planet) just above the mantle. It extends across the whole dragon world. For some reason, though, their population isn’t very big. They have portals to travel to other villages across the world, and all the rest is mining area.

Appearance:

Usually very dark dragons, commonly black all around, with a shine in their scales of some different colors. Others are just plain dark colors, such as dark blue. They have what looks like gems, embedded in their scales from birth. It is possible to get more added, though. Some of the CavernWings which can withstand 11,000F, have been known to turn a bright yellow, orange, or red, with cracks like magma. They’re called Molten CavernWings.

Normal Base: h9_cLIU-37uXvir07xCy87lWqVD-rgvufgO_ot291-S5MViy0HggLWIH9SjN1EjIyiDweqXaw2wT6qTNlNQjqTRmU7sO2K_18Iw3oQ2cnVYHg0zNVH5jlgT0Qx5F-PFTLSBVRJCB

BOTH BASES ARE EDITED BATTWIINK BASES, I ACCIDENTALLY REMOVED THE WATERMARK BUT I'M PLANNING TO ADD IT V E R Y S O O N

Royalty:

King Grotto, Princess Moonstone, Prince Stalac

Names:

They’re named after gemstones, usually ones found deep underground, verbs or nouns that have something to do with caves, and they’re also named after things that are extremely hot.

Animus Dragons:

It is said that the reason they have portals is because of an animus dragon long ago, but they haven’t had a single one since.

Customs:

They’re very sexist. They only have kings, so a prince must find a female CavernWing to fall in love with before he becomes the king. Once the prince becomes the king, he must have a child with his mate. After they have a male dragonet, the king’s mate is simply discarded and is a regular civilian again. Any princess is just treated royally as a backup in case all kings die.

Their main job is a miner. They have a similar economy as the MechWings. Other jobs include: Worm gatherer, water gatherer, construction worker, Mine safety worker, gem inspector, etc.

Treasured Items:

Crown of justice:

Quantity: 1, locked away

Description: Created by a rebellion led by a princess long ago to try and take over the throne. She failed and was executed for this.

Abilities: This crown lets the wearer/holder become 5 times stronger, and more convincing. It has since been locked away and never spoken of again.

Earring of Power:

Quantity: 1, A silver earring worn by each and every king in CavernWing history.

Abilities: It allows the wearer to command anyone they are speaking to to do anything they wish, and the wearer becomes much more powerful, with added powers: Toxic scratch and bite, *more to be added

Tbh... if you read the WoF books, they're also sexist, having only queens and leaving the princes as minor tools, (Queen coral doesn't even care for them, that's what I'm referring to)  so I like Cavernwings and they're just like other kingdoms, just reversed... kings only.. lol (not the sexist part, just the design, I think it's cool)

Time to add my tribes!!!

(these are still kinda a wip I guess? not sure)

Moundwings

Description

All browns, sometimes having a bit of orange. Black eyes and white pupils.

Abilities

Digging and building! They are incredibly strong and can lift things with ease. They also sometimes gain a non-venomous stinger. A main ability that not all know about is that they are able to communicate over long distances through thoughts. Though they tend to ignore this unless it's something important.

About

They are zoned out most of the time and are dedicated to their work! They have an omnivorous diet and are named after landforms and minerals.

1138682539_Moundwingrefnew.thumb.png.5e04cfa327f3966cfab4e83af05691f8.png

Dazewings

Description

Big dragons that have cloud-like patches that glow. They usually have sunset-like scales or colors alike to the night sky. The cloud-like patches always have pastel pink, blue, or purple colors, almost always being a light variant of the main color of scales. They have pupils that are lighter than the whites of their eyes and come in any color.

Abilities

Dazewings are able to make other dragons think they see things they do not. The more tired the dragon and the less light there is, the more realistic and clear the illusions seem. Though mainly, dazewings can only make themselves seem to look different, some have the ability to change the surroundings of the targeted dragon. this does not work on other dazewings or dazewing hybrids with the illusion ability.

About

Dazewings are very loyal companions and hold a grudge easily. They also enjoy sounds like pianos and violins. Music is common for dazewings. They have names alike to nightwings, consisting of two words, but usually having something to do with the sky in some way. They have an omnivorous diet, but what they eat usually depends on where they live.

1857990458_Dazewingrefnew.thumb.png.cea4fbb0831f9cc0a36cd95b51dd1946.png

Sprintwings

Description

Lean dragons with long legs, sails on their back and tail, and wings that don't allow flight. They consist of browns, golden-browns, pale yellows, yellow-greens, and any other colors that would help them blend into the tall grasses. Their sails and wings are often patterned with stripes the same color as their scale patterns. Most of the time, they have a dark stripe under their eyes to keep the sun from blinding them.

Abilities

The sprintwings seem to have one real ability, being able to, "run as fast as the winds themselves." The sails and sleek wings are to help balance, steer, and overall make controlling themselves while running much easier. They seem to be able to run almost silently.

About

Most Sprintwings have VERY short tempers and get into fights very easily. They also swear... like a lot... But it's not allowed here so... They have a diet that consists of meat that they hunt themselves. And are named after the wind, clouds, and plants.

1350844264_sprintwingref.thumb.png.d08fbeb76fdd47af7c741b5040d6035c.png

Stormwings

Description

Usually consisting of darker, cooler colors such as dark blues and dark purples, lighter colors are uncommon but the usual small bit of cyan can sometimes be found. They have blue, purple, or black eyes that usually glow. They re fairly big, only a bit smaller than the dazewings.

Abilities

Stormwings are incredible fliers and are able to fly through storms with ease. To go along with this, they also have very good night-vision so they can see in these storms. Sometimes, with special abilities, they are able to summon small amounts of lighting. Though this can lead to eye damage if the dragon is not careful They can also sometimes predict the weather! often having moth-like antenna to go along with this ability.

About

They are names after storm elements and natural disasters. They have an army-based tribe, usually being really good at fighting. They are carnivores and are actually really good at fishing, too

Society:  OwlWings have a hierarchy, each with named levels;  [ Quartz, Quartz II, Quarts III, Silver, Silver II, Silver III, Gold, Gold II, Gold III ]

Rankings

Quarts is the lowest, ones on the Quarts ranking eat twice a week, are unable to participate in games, events, or have a job. Instead, they get 2,000 peices of Silver to save up intil the next 5 years of their payment. Rankings in Quartz II are able to have a job, but unable to participate in events or games. She get made below minimum wage, and eat every other day.  Rankings in Quarts III are able to participate in games, but no major events for the community, they can have a job and they get payed just barely minimum wage. They eat every other day.

Rankings in Silver are just below average, they eat every day, twice a day, they are able to participate in games, events, and are payed by med wage. They are allowed only 2 eggs, while those below Silver are scentenced to none until higher in rankings.

Rankings in Silver II

Dragons are after to have 3 eggs in their lifetime, eats everyday, 3 meals a day, payed med wage, and are able to participate in all events and games, they mentor those in Quarts rankings and are the average of what dragons are ranked in.

Rankings in Silver III

These rankings are above average, they're payed a bit more than med wage, they are respected, and have private ball nights with those in rankings Gold or higher. Their life is well treasured.

Rankings in gold

Those ranking in gold are the offspring of royalty, if not respected you are either bumped down a ranking, or scentenxed to 45 years of service to the ones ranking in Quartz. They are usually adorned in jewelry..

Gold II

Ones In Gold II are brothers or sisters to the king or queen, they are second in command and they help as staff to the king or queen. They wear diamond covered cloaks and horn bands.

Gold III

These are royalty, they are adorned in jewelry from head to toe, they are im charge of all the land and every single dragon there. They create the rules and can banish them as well. The only rule made by the public is for rankings to stay.

Coloring: they are colored by the theme of some owls feathers, they can have specks on their wings, usual colors are; black, grey, brown, Silver, bronze, Gold, rose, orange, and cream.

Naming: they are named after owls, or feathers, or types of trees.

Appearance: they are covered in feathers and fur, their underbelly is scaled and their wings are hooded in feathers, the underside of their wings are skin.

Abilities: they have superior hearing and sight, they fly silently and are very agile, they are excellent fighters and can swoop you you in less than a second, you wouldn't be able to calculate what was happening before it was too late, that's why they're very good hunters.  They are nocturnal, but you can find them awake during the day, they can make a pitch so high that you could explode from it, but they don't use it much unless absolutely needed, for the range can reach nearly 1,000 miles

SteelWings (WIP)

Appearence: look unusually robotic, with metallic scales and armour plates that make it look mechanical when they move, royals have circuit board patterns. Colours are usually metallic grey/silver but can be bronze or gold.

Names: Named after types of metal. It’s common for royals to be named after rarer metals

Royals : Queen Platinum, King Gold, Princess Cerium (dragonet)

Abilities: Thanks to their hard metal plates they have natural protection from attacks, and they can shoot bullets out of 4 holes, 2 in the mouth and 1 on each wing. (But the bullets take a while to recharge and aren’t AS strong as real bullets, so they won’t be too op)

Weaknesses: They aren’t very fast and are bad at sneaking up on things because they’re too shiny

tribe customs and stuff are wip

I added abilities and weaknesses

GlassWings (WIP)

Appearence: Slim and sleek, but their horns and spikes are made of floating glass shards, and their wings and tail seem to “fade” from normal flesh and skin to the floating shards. Colour examples (warm colours are rarer)

Names: Named after anything to do with glass, get creative as you like.

Royalty: Queen Mosaic, Prince Shard, Princess Window

Abilities: They are hard to attack because of the pointy glass, fire breath, and anyone who went through the training can fling their shards.

Weaknesses: One word. Fragile.

meet the berrywings, a fantribe me and my aunt made up.

colors: they range from red to purple, rarely blue. their wings and tail tips range from light yellow-green to dark green.

kingdom climate: a lush, dark forest, with a lot of different berry bushes.

abilities, strenghts and weaknesses: they're used to the shade of the trees, as they see in the dark as well as other tribes see in sunlight. however, daylight basically blinds them, and they become very weak. some are though born with a mutation that allows them to see in light, but makes navigating the forest really difficult. all berrywings are immune to berries that are poisonous.

names: they're named after types of fruits or berries. examples: apple, strawberry, banana

Here's my new fantribe, still a wip

WeaverWings

Description:

Usually black, brown, red or dark blue scales. Their wings rarely develop past being wingbuds, mostly showing on royalty. Their eyes can be any color, but tend to be black or brown. Their sclera is black. They have 4 horns on their heads and rounded ridges running down their backs. They may have patterns such as dapples or stripes. Their belly has fluff on it. Winged WeaverWings are bigger and hardier than average.

WeaverWing.thumb.jpg.e1d964fb58ee26dd2f25753ebbbeddc8.jpg

Abilities:

Potentially venom in  claws and stinger, can make silk, rarely have developed wings (possible flamesilk?)

Background:

WeaverWings are the result of several generations of continuous Hive-Silk pairings, eventually declaring themselves their own tribe and running off to a small island near Pantala (you can ignore this lore if you want)

Society:

WeaverWings are close to each other due to their small numbers and distrustful of other tribes except HiveWings and SilkWings. They build their homes with their silk and are trained to walk on it. They prefer somewhat cold environments since their fluff might overheat in hot environment.

Names:

Spiders, sewing stuff, silk stuff

Other:
If a WeaverWing had a dragonet with a Silk or HiveWing, the child would likely be considered a Weaver due to basically having no hybrid features. Several dragonets are results of these pairings since WeaverWings are somewhat closely related to each other

It's uncertain where the fluff came from, it may have been a random mutation.

They only recently made their own kingdom. Most royals are winged due to them being stronger and thus less likely to lose in battle or being challenged by regular WeaverWings
