lizardcake Posted June 4, 2022 Posted June 4, 2022 I opened up Story Mode with the sandbox settings glitch, set all ages to 1, besides adult that was on 100, and set all damage to 0. I made Adam and Eve the first pair, the first male and female born are the next pair. This went on until the pair had the exact same genes, which took about 10 generations. No wanderers or mutations. Starting genes: (if it just says one gene it means it's the same in both slots) Adam: Immunity: Home Island/G Fertility: High Blood clotting: Normal Pattern density: Medium/thick Pattern size: Medium/big Pattern shape: D Pattern: Stripes Pattern color: Black/brown Horn color: Black/red Eye color: Black/brown Fur color: Yellow/red Melanism: None Albinism: None Tail: Medium Hind legs: Normal Paws: Runner leg Body: Big Head: Poison fangs Eyes: Normal/shortsighted Horns: None Ears: Medium Eve: Immunity: A/B Fertility: High Blood clotting: Normal Pattern density: Very thin/thin Pattern size: Big/medium Pattern shape: B/D Pattern: None/stripes Pattern color: Black/red Horn color: Red/brown Eye color: Black Fur color: Chestnut brown/moss brown Melanism: None Albinism: None Tail: Stinky/peacock Hind legs: Webbed Paws: Digging/runner leg Body: Medium/heat Head: Platypus beak Eyes: Normal Horns: None Ears: Medium Result: Immunity: Home Island (Adam) Fertility: High (Both) Blood clotting: Normal (Both) Pattern density: Medium (Adam) Pattern size: Big (Both) Pattern shape: B (Eve) Pattern: Stripes (Both) Pattern color: Red (Eve) Horn color: Black (Adam) Eye color: Brown (Adam) Fur color: Moss brown (Eve) Melanism: None (Both) Albinism: None (Both) Tail: Peacock (Eve) Hind legs: Normal (Adam) Paws: Runner leg (Both) Body: Big (Adam) Head: Poison fangs (Adam) Eyes: Shortsighted (Adam) Horns: None (Both) Ears: Medium (Both) 6
Robb Plat Posted June 5, 2022 Posted June 5, 2022 Would be interesting to see what would happen if you did this but for two Nichelings with the complete opposite genes. For example, the male has hemophilia but the female has no hemophilia; one has albinism (2 copies of albinism gene) and the other has no albinism at all; etc. And then do it AGAIN (see if they are different between different runs). 1

I'll do this in a while, hold on. 1

Normally would be around 50% for both, wonder why it got so skewed towards the female's genes? 🤔 Interesting! 😆 1 1 1
TurnsOutItsJayse Posted July 6, 2022 Posted July 6, 2022 This is really interesting! I predict if you did multiple runs with the same starters it would average out towards 50% This happened naturally in my game, when I didn't have wanderers or rouges! 3
