First all the babies slowly appear, it doesn't happen all at once cause my computer has to take short breaks to scream. Then comes the aging, all the pre-adult stages last 1 day so there's always about 100 nichlings changing life stage, what a childhood that must be. Then all the sickness comes in, I turned off all the damage, but it still gives a notification and that sickness icon above all the sick nichlings. When you take into account the inbreeding and how everyone is squished together, nearly everyone is sick.
