The other cat twisted, letting you fall to the ground, then pinned you underneath their paws. "If you dont come with me willingly, i'll have to knock you out and haul you to camp myself, and I really don't want to do that. so please comply."

They waved their tail at you, smiling cheerfully before signalling the direction to camp. As you were walking, they attempted to converse with you. "Sooooo. Which cave around here are you living in? We recently did a patrol and we saw a ton of caves but we didnt go into any because it was getting dark"

After waking up from a startled sleep, you realized you were late for the dawn patrol but couldnt find the energy within yourself to move from your nest. You had remembered when Crookedstar had been made leader and it worried you to see him this sick. It had been giving you nightmares and you couldnt sleep at night. You could hear other warriors asking where you were and you tried once again to summon enough energy to get up.

After rolling around in his nest for a bit, he finally mustered the energy to get up. They kept worrying about Crookedstar as the dawn patrol started.

You surveyed the other warriors on the dawn patrol. There was Badgernight, who was relatively annoying but bearable, Cypresspaw, who was an energetic apprentice, with her mentor, Rocklight, a senior warrior who was on the cusp of retirement to the elders den, and lastly, Riverflower who was the ex medicine cat before she was found to have had kits with a warrior. You started to leave the camp with the patrol, and you could feel the nip of the cold leaf-bare wind through your fur.
