New plant ideas? (not a new plant but things to do with them)

So, a while ago i had an idea and went 'I wish i could choose convenient spots for all my plants' and then i had my idea. What if the digging paw could do more than find roots? What if you could use it to dig up fertile plant seeds and things?

Each thing could cost a few seeds (different depending on size and what type) and maybe when something gets destroyed, the diggers could make it so it never grows back? I dont know how it would work with trees getting destroyed, maybe if there were sizes and big sizes would be able to destroy trees? idk. but i think it'd be a cool idea and maybe easier than adding map creating. And the things would have to be in the rain a few times to grow.

Also what if plants could spread or trees could grow more branches or there was a climbing paw. I feel like those mechanics are needed, or there could be a climbing ability that comes in the claw if identical.
