Bug ( VERY MINOR) that gets on my nerves

okay DONT TAKE THIS AS OFFENSIVE but this i will never unsee. When i open the game, and go to play one of my games, before i press play, all my nichelings are facing the same way as wanderers. this never happens when im in the game, but before i press play.

sorry if this sounded offensive, but plz fix it, as the devs are no longer updating, just bug fixes,  i feel like this needs to be fixed, but its okay if you cant ☺️ ( i also dont know what version, but i think its the newest? when did the newest come out?)
