PET PEEVE I JUST UNLOCKED:

So you know how in writing (especially fanfiction) they'll sometimes use epithets or whatever they're called instead of the character's name or pronouns? Like 'the woman', 'the redhead' type of stuff

Well sometimes they'll say 'the younger woman' or 'the older male' with epithets when... the age gap between the characters present is like... less than 3 years??? It makes it look so creepy when you emphasize the ages like that 😭

Nyx is a certain one. she's very twitter user. no questions asked. she posts the most awful things. I'd block her if she was real actually

Gwen would have your standard slightly famous person twitter and maybe instagram accounts that she deleted immidietley when she accidentally killed someone oops. there'd probably be a lot of posts on every site ever theorising about their location

Ember would post fanfiction on tumblr and ao3 like that's where her writing career started. her dad would also have a twitter

Scorch would make a tumblr account because Ember got her to and then have no idea how to use it, or any social platform for that matter (her mother would not have given her a phone when she was young)

Tiberius uses facebook or something because apparently thats the old people website

Emblem deleted her social media accounts but she definatley made an r/amithe(swear)hole reddit post and its one of those where the person so not the swearhole that its just sad. no explination
