I think I'll take the risk, along with a note at the start that says:

-The story will include serious topics, which may mean it's on thin ice when it comes to wiki rules

-I'm quite aware of the rules and I'm willing to not continue uploading the chapters to the wiki if it really does break them, and I allow the moderators to take down the wiki post if required.

If it does break the rules it'll only be a post deletion and possibly a warning so it's not really much of a risk lol

Something weird I've been thinking about with my sonas (the 'versions of me' characters) is that even though they all use she/they pronouns because, well, they're me, but for some I default to she/her and others they/them. I still use both for all of them ofc but I just gravitate to one or the other depending on the character??? Like... for LoFi, Radar, and Meteorite I default to 'they' when I think about them...but for Vrina, Seafoam, and Pheonix I use 'she' first

Perhaps this is a manifestation of these sonas all being focused on different parts of myself so uhhh that's interesting

I think a good way to find out if an artist is using AI (when you're not sure from looking at it because AI art has that distinct soulless look and always has the exact same rendering) would be to ask them about their art process.

Just stuff like 'what app and brushes do you use?' 'how long did this take?' 'Can you give me some tips on how to shade?'

Because all art has a process behind it

But if it's AI the only process that happened was lazy button mashing

Today at school during lunch break I just heard a tiny snippet of a conversation between the two girls sitting near me... all I heard before this with what they were talking about was that at least one of them was Christian

and then she just says to this other girl

I’ve been strongly considering making Monstrous Lore Archive shorts on my YT channel. Good way to set up my worldbuilding in a way that people are willing to sit through (most people don’t want to listen to me yap long form or read a 1000 word essay about lore that I made up)

The forums are my go-to place for dropping random ideas for larger projects (less pressure, feel like I’m swapping potential ideas with a friend group rather than announcing/revealing things to an audience) so here’s some ideas for some of the shorts… if you think it’s a good idea you should totally tell me which ones should be prioritsed

Theres so little context to things because this is literally me copy parting the Google doc where I was having a mental conversation with myself about things only I know about because I hyperfixated on a different msm to everyone else

—Monster Governments: Explain the CFU + Balance Council, Fire Haven monarchy, Democratic Republic of Fire Oasis, and whatever the Magical Islands’ government systems are going to be (mostly undecided)

—Cyan War: When it happened, why it started, and how it impacted the world today. (Impacted a large chunk of my OC backstories but I won’t tell everyone how just yet) (this one would be done later in the series either way, I want to give context to the world before I throw a relatively recent war at unfamiliar people’s faces)

—The Elements: Changed breeding/‘genetics’ mechanics and effects of different species existing on society, ‘sixth sense’

—Monster Religions: The two primary pantheons and how you can worship one, both, or neither, symbiosis based Titansoul religion outside of the system

Sub-series giving a brief synopsis of each island’s culture (probably one per short): values, traditions, food/architecture. 

-Conlang introduction (grammar structure, basic words)

I was like “I should accompany these with high effort speed paints!” But now that it think about it I think it’d be less repetitive/more visually informative if I structured it like my sona giving a whiteboard/PowerPoint presentation full of doodles
