Ok so uhhhhI,  have so much I can't choose 😭😭

Currently I'm obsessed with Warframe so let's go with that!! It's a free to play shooter sci fi game. You can get it on steam. It says it's 18+, but that's due to violence when youre running around the maps/missions and killing the baddies. You are basically cutting these guys down so if you're not cool with that then playing is probably not a good idea 😭🙏

The lore is genuinely so confusing do not expect to understand anything after like 1000 hours of playing the game. But anyway, you are a Tenno awakened by your space mom, the Lotus to fight encroaching threats in the origin system (basically the solar system). There's three main factions, the grineer (deteriorating clones who speak like three words, kinda giving old broken tech and crudish weapons), the corpus (these guys genuinely worship money. High tech machine stuff.) and the infestation (basically like these abominations that you learn how they were created later on in the game. Like they're all mutated and stuff.).

Gameplay wise there's story and side quests which for me are definitely the highlights, but there's also farming for items and things you need. As a Tenno you need an arsenal, which will be comprised of the "frames" you play as. A frame is basically the skin your wearing, which you can change whenever and each frame has different abilities and stats. You also need weapons and stuff which you build with the items you collect. There's a ton of grinding involved if you want to get better stuff, but tbh you can float by with mid stuff and still do the sorry quests without a huge amount of grinding. The wiki is genuinely your best friend.

Anyway I've yapped enough this game is so amazing and it's free pls play it 🙏🙏🙏

 

If youre not interested in gaming, there's also a book series I love.

It's called realm breaker, and I am a hater at my core so it's hard for me to find a book I would enjoy. It's like a fantasy book about trying to save the world from an evil god that's trying to tear it apart.

I love the characters so so much but I don't want to spoil anything so I won't talk about them 😭😭

The premise is basically many worlds before have been torn apart by this evil demon called What Waits. This dude wants to eat this world too. He has two disciples in this world, a red wizard who has two total lines in the trilogy and the twin brother of the good guy. There's a pretty big twist right at the start of the book so I won't say anything, but basically the gang have to band together to close all the portals in the world that are being torn open, and prevent What Waits from eating their realm. The world building is honestly so preppy.

Obviously it's a book trilogy so it costs money, but if you can't afford that or don't want to spend the money, I found a site that has all the books available for download (obviously use common sense and don't be downloading just anything off strange looking websites 💀)

Go watch it it's so good- Basically just a bunch of adults causing anarchy on a 'hardcore' minecraft world, but there's different stuff. There's usually 3 main lives, (4+ for certain seasons, being dark green), light green, yellow, and red. You just chill when you're green to yellow (Depending on the series, sometimes), but when you're red, you have to kill everyone 👍👍👍. (Note that this comes from me basically only watching Grian's pov) Fogorp to mention but you can find it on YouTube.

 

Third Life has an absolutely 10/10 plot despite the fact that nothing is scripted. It has the base light green to red life system, nothing fancy. THE PLOT THOUGH. AUGH. SGNMGNSBFGG

 

Last life has some of the best jokes ever (depending on who you watch), a lot of chaos and funny moments, and is cool. It has randomised lives for each player, they're able to get 6-2 (dark green to yellow) lives at the start. There is a system where you can give other players your lives. A boogeyman/men is chosen each episode, only for those yellow and above, and they have to kill someone or they become a red life.

 

Double life has interesting story kinda continuing from Third Life, some awesome duos and some interesting dynamics (It also have 5am/Scarlet pearl!!!!!) (Tbh I don't remember much, it was a shorter season, but it was goob). It's the standard light green to red lives, but your healthbar is linked with another players, so when you take damage/die, it also happens to them, and vice versa.

 

Limited life was insane, and had so many deaths and LOTS of chaos. I haven't watched it recently so I don't remember much either, but it was great. It was the standard light green to red, but instead of lives, it was time. You had 24 hours to live, dying would take 1 hour off that time, and killing would add 30 minutes back. The boogeyman was also there, a boogey kill would give 2 hours, and take 1 hour from whoever died.

 

Secret life was also quite good. Tbh I think it depends on who's pov you watch (also the same for the other series probs) but MAN. I'm not giving spoilers but SCAR'S POV. WOW. It had light green to red life system, but every player has 30 hearts and no regeneration (so you can basically be stuck on 2 hearts for a while). Everyone had a secret task that they couldn't tell anyone else about, and when they complete it, they would get hearts and rewards. (Or just hearts if they lost enough health, or only rewards if they had full health) There was also the option to reroll for a harder task, that would give you more rewards, but take your own hearts if you failed. You could also give 1 free heart to a player per session, not taking away from your own health. Yellow names could go and try to guess someone's task, and if they got it right, that person would fail their task. Red names get a constant stream of tasks, instead of 1 per session, and all their tasks are kinda about murder. (Wow that was long).

 

I don't remember much from Real Life, since it was a 1 session/episode thing for April Fools, but if you want to see a bunch of people suffer in VR minecraft, that's a good one to watch. It's basically Third Life in terms of game mechanics.

 

Wild Life was INSANELY chaotic, there were some hilarious and amazing teams, and it was just pure ANARCHY. Everyone had 6 lives (dark green), and each session there was a different Wild Card, that affected (hope that's the right word lol) the gameplay/environment/what's generally happening in some way.

 

Uhh overall, SILLY MINECRAFT SERIES GOOD. GO GET THE BRAIN ROT 👍 i love it so much sghuuhjsgyushuj yapping about it was so soul releasing

OK ok so since I've been talking about it and only drawing things from it for months you all know exactly what game I'm talking about and that game is My Singing Monsters

Pretty easy to access because it's free on Steam or mobile (pssst, come to Steam, I play on there so you'll be able to friend me (steam/mobile friend codes are incompatible unfortunatley)  and there's no ads if you play on steam)

I do not treat it this way when it comes to the kind of fan content I make (I'll get into it) but it's one of those silly little 'breeding and collecting' games where you can just pop in for a few minutes a day to breed your monsters and collect your stuff... except they also make music! quite a lot of the completed songs slap so like even if this game isn't your thing you should still listen to them

ANYWAYS but the problem with my hyperfixation in this is while the entire fandom is actually intrested in the game and it's canon stuff all I'm obbsessed with is my OCs (I constantly post about them) and my lore rewrite on world anvil I should go work on the species articles for that right now

I've seen some episodes of it! I always try to sit through and watch each series (usually through Mumbo or Grian's POVs because they're the creators I was familiar with already) and it's so intresting but then I forget to finish it sigh...

Uhhhhhhh ok yapping about entirety of Transformers might be a tad overwhelming so I'll just talk about Rescue Bots

So Rescue Bots is about the eponymous search and rescue team they've been in stasis aboard their ship for millions of years and are awakened when the ship picks up Optimus Prime's message to go to Earth and brings them there. When they get there Optimus Prime tells them they're the last members of the Rescue Bots faction because while they were in stasis the Decepticons uh got rid of them. So everyone they know is dead and they're like the last civilians left after some four million years of war (might be twenty million in this continuity? Not sure) and Prime sends them off to be in hiding in Griffin Rock and pretend to be lifeless rescue vehicles for the Burns family who are the local human search and rescue team and only Charlie Burns the father of the family knows they're actually alien robots because the transformers haven't revealed themselves to humanity at large only the government and like three kids know about them. Yes they do get found out on like the first day.

The dynamic between the bots and the humans is the core of the show and it's really good and their personalities develop as the show goes on and you can see them getting closer ajaujqhahaya

The show has four seasons, 1-3 take place at the same time as Transformers Prime which a more serious show and I recommend watching Prime after finishing Rescue Bots simply because knowing the events of Rescue Bots are canon to it is extremely funny. Also Megatron and Optimus Prime are extremely divorced in there.

Rescue Bots is free to watch on YouTube! It's on the official transformers channel! They hadn't uploaded all the episodes yet when I started watching so if they haven't yet you can still find those episodes on YouTube but on other channels

Griffin Rock is insane it is chaos incarnate it's kid-friendly gotham

OH YEAH I SHOULD POST MY THING LMAO

hilda!!! the show i mean. i have not read the books it's based on so i don't know how it compares but i will get my little goblin hands on them One day

basically this kid and her mom have been living in a forest for like the past decade but their house gets wrecked so they have to move to the city. they meet some friends, shenanigans ensue, etc. and there's a bunch of weird creatures everywhere (say what you want but in my eyes no interpretation of elves will ever be able to top the invisible paperwork obsessed ant men in this show. alfur my beloved)

VERY pretty visuals... augh the color palettes,, it's also known as the show that has made me unable to look at a red blue and yellow color combination like a normal person ever again

(the character animation is a little bit wonky in the first season but it does get better later on)

season 1's first three episodes are the introduction and then it's just a bunch of episodic adventures but still with clear continuity between episodes, while 2 and 3 are also mostly episodic but with more of an overarching story to tie it all together.

very much worth noting that there is a movie (hilda and the mountain king) that takes place directly after season 2 and is the finale to it, and then s3 is following a timeskip of like.. 2 years give or take

this is not nearly the end of my thoughts on this show but we'd be here forever

and if you don't have netflix (though this shouldn't necessarily be stopping you, wink wink), then uhhhh. play deltarune the first 2 chapters are literally free

okay guys here we go!!

so ive been hyperfixating on vocaloid and twisted wonderland for the past 6 or 7 months vocaloid probably a little longer than that but not that much longer.

im sure you all know what vocaloid is by now because its hatsune miku but also ive really been into project sekai and project diva recently

theyre both rhythm games with exclusively vocaloid songs, the thing is project diva is $39.39 and pc only and project sekai is free LMAO i got pjdiva on a sale so maybe wait for a sale if you think its cool i guess, project sekai focuses a lot more on original characters than vocaloids but hatsune miku is still there, the basic premise is a bunch of  japanese teenagers in desperate need of therapy are given therapy by hatsune miku and friends

 

twisted wonderland is a disney game with disney villains turned into anime boys all put in one school and you get isekaied there its surprisingly fun and has a surprisingly good story for an anime disney gacha game like one part of book 7 makes me cry when i even THINK about it and i never cry at video games 😭

there are seven dorms based off of seven disney movies, theres alice in wonderland, the lion king, the little mermaid, aladdin, snow white, hercules, and sleeping beauty, and all the characters are hot guys based off of disney villains except for like two of them (one is just kind of a wolf guy and one is based off of the poison apple from snow white)

very surprisingly it is not an otome game but you do get kind of flirted with by one or two of the characters though that can be easily avoided if you dont like that since its pretty much just in level up voicelines

i cant tell you very much about the story but just know it gets a lot better past like book 2 or 3 book 7 is actually peak guys im on my knees begging you to play it

 

both twst and pjsk are gacha games where you gamble for cards but ive managed to get through without spending any money im sorry i love gambling games but you must suffer with me. theyre both free mobile games that are about ~10 gb in size, pjsk because its a rhythm game youll want to have a mobile device to play it on but twst you can play just fine on bluestacks

I ALMOST FORGOT asoiaf (also known as game of thrones) is a super good book series please guys read it there are dragons and also incest and torture and a lot of death but its genuinely so good ive been hypeerfixating on that for so long too guys please im on my knees begging buy these books or dont i dont really care but its good so if you ever want something to read i guess

Well ermmmm as you can see from my pfp I mayy have something or other to talk about (rainworld)

Rainworld is my absolute favorite ecosystem game in the history of ever and I have a ton of ocs 

in the game you play as a slugcat in a whole ecosystem, exploring and surviving. There are different slugcats to play as. It's a 2D platformer technically? But it's so fun, the game is absolutely stunning, and the story is amazing. 

If I give away too much it may spoil stuff! The game costs money but I would recommend watching yt videos it's really good

I also have a butt ton of ocs for it it's so fun to make ocs because technically they could all be canon nothing is stopping it.

Hyperfixation 2) cat genetics... Oh god this one is bad... The whole hyperfixation is just me with cat genetics I can't put it down it has been months help... give me cats and I will gene them

i had a tmnt phase like a couple of months ago and while it has calmed down significantly i never quite left it so here we go.

i have watched 3 different pieces of TMNT media: the 2012 series, the 2018/rise series, and the 2023/mutant mayhem movie so i’ll talk briefly about each one of them

 

1. 2018/Rise of the TMNT was the first series i watched and I LOVE THIS ONEEEE it would probably be my favorite if it wasn’t cut short by nickelodeon 🤬🤬🤬. the artstyle is really cool and the turtles’ personalities are so silly. the episodes are mostly episodic but every few episodes the story slowly starts developing and the season finales are so peak

there are 2 seasons and a movie which are both on netflix and paramount+ (i recommend you watch the movie after the series) but WARNING THE MOVIE WILL RIP YOUR HEART OUT AND THROW IT ON THE GROUND AND STOMP ON IT

 

2. i also really love the 2012 series and its my favorite mostly bc it has the most development. the show overall has a more serious tone than 2018/rise and more traumatizing scenes (season 2 finale and season 4 finale im looking at you) but it’s still very silly. unfortunately there are a few…𝓹𝓮𝓬𝓾𝓵𝓲𝓪𝓻 plot points (ex. LEO HAVING A CRUSH ON HIS HALF-SISTER 💀 WHY DID THEY DO THAT TO MY FAVORITE TURTLE) but if you just ignore that the show is great lol

I was about to spend 15000 hours scanning them all in but then I remembered my trusty pdf website and I found most of them there 👍👍👍
