(Picture is archipelago Torguin, but with feathers by accident. PLEASE tell me if there are any mistakes! Thank you.) A torguin only appears on three islands: The archipelago, and every snow island besides the hardest snow island.
On the archipelago, they have silver skin with a black shell and black beak. They appear frequently and if you invite them in, they'll help you collect food. They cannot be invited into your tribe, unless you have an armored body nicheling with a beak. They will recognize you as one of their own because of their poor eyesight; but they'll only help you if you invite them as a baby/teen. You cannot breed with them. If you invite them, it takes 3 food, and they will help you collect food such as rabbils. They don't hunt otherwise, only for you once they realize you're omnivorous/carnivorous when they're adults. They are herbivorous in this island.
On the snow islands, they have silver feathers with a white shell and white beak. They appear less frequently, during heat moments when they come to gather food. They cannot be invited into your tribe, unless you have an armored body nicheling with a beak. They will join you because they know you will provide for them as they provide for you. You cannot breed with them. If you invite them, it takes 3 food, and they will protect you from various creatures such as ramfoxes and balance bears. They are omnivorous on this island. They are more adapted to survival on this island.
