What to do when the game does not start or crashes

Please read this first if you have problems running the game.

System Requirements

Please check if your computer fulfills our minimal system requirements. You need at least:

• 1GB free disk space
• 4GB of memory
• a 2GHz quad core processor
• a nVidia 8800 GT / AMD 4670 or faster graphics

If you are not familiar with system requirements, feel free to send us an email (support@strayfawnstudio.com) including the information above. You can find this information by clicking Help / System Information in your Steam client.

Drivers

• Make sure your Graphics Card Drivers are updated
• Make sure you have the most recent version of DirectX installed (Windows only)

Windows 10 Settings

There are some problems with the monitor resolution on Windows 10, if you start the game and get a black screen or only hear the music, please check out this thread for solutions.

Refund

If your computer does not fulfill these requirements and the game does not run even though you updated your graphics card driver and downloaded the most recent version of DirectX (Windows only).

Please get a refund on Steam. You can do this until two weeks after buying the game: http://store.steampowered.com/steam_refunds/

Report Problems

If you run into a crash or bug, please open a post in this forum and include screenshots, your system specification, your logfiles and your savegames. The more information we get, the better!
