Anyone with All the Mutation Menu Genes?

Hey, so here's the deal. I haven't gotten all of the genes before yet and for the project I'm working on, I need a screenshot of a completed mutation menu. I know I've seen this screenshot before on the forums, but I can't find it. So can anyone help me out?

I do have a save file with all of them unlocked, I don't have a picture of it though. I will be able to send a picture later tonight, but i'm betting someone else will be able to do it before then.

Yea, I actually tried to open yours first before I posted but for some reason mine didn’t have all the genes. The same ones that I reported were missing on other save files too in fact.
